Regarding making my wedding ring larger, two Bronx jewelers informed me that my wedding ring could not be made bigger because it has a feather-like design on it and it would be ruined if altered. (Palmer Jewelers was able to do it and you couldn't even tell anything had been done to it). Palmer Jewelers to the rescue! The three women who work there are exceptionally kind and considerate, even offering me water, as it was quite warm outside. The pendant was repaired and my ring resized in a few weeks. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a professional jeweler, who really did a fine job on my jewelry. Also, they have exquisite jewelry for sale. They said they would redo it asap but when I went in on the specified date it wasn't ready. So, finally they got it right and charged me $75 to attach 2 charms. Im disappointed because they didn't seem to care that they botched it and took a while to make it right. Sal was very respectful, and like a friend, told me we were going to do this together and do it right within my budget. The end result was a beautiful 1 carat man-made diamond that absolutely blew me away. He made sure it was in my budget.
