Between my oldest and my second child I consulted with many orthodontists over a number of years. I'm glad I chose Dr Nejat. He is phenomenal and he runs his office with a caring and patient staff. We are always seen within 5 minutes of our appt time and Dr Nejat addresses all of my concerns respectfully, even though my OCD nature has been known to drive others crazy. My daughter had a small mouth with big teeth growing in. A bunch of my friends had spent 10k+ putting their kids in expanders so I figured this is what we needed to do. Nope. Dr Nejat said the simple, basic braces will do just fine. I didn't believe him and kept asking questions. He convinced me with a computer graphics model of how my daughter's teeth would move. We proceeded with the braces and literally within hours my daughter's crowded teeth, some that would not grow all the way out due to lack of space began correcting. At one month teeth looked amazing but she kept them on for two years to set and fine tune as she grows. She just had her last adjustment and will be removing soon. Now she has the most confident smile and is very pleased with her perfect teeth. Dr Nejat is smart, knowledgeable, and has a passion for what he does. The Staff: I first was introduced to Nejat Orthodontist about a year and a half ago. I walked into their office and automatically was greeted by such sweet front desk staff that still until this day has shown me amazing service since day one. This orthodontist's office is not like the average office- it stands out the moment you walk in. You can see a lot of the doctor's personality through the style of how he decorates his office. Large flat screen televisions with island music always playing, surf boards and skate boards mounted on the walls, I always feel relaxed when I walk into my appointment. Cleanliness: This is a biggie for me. Gloves and masks are worn and changed with each client. Bathroom is always clean and tidy. Chairs and wait room is organized and stocked wit water and coffee. Most importantly, the tool are individually wrapped up and sterilized immediately. Finance/Cost: I wanted to get the invisilign because I was not happy with wearing braces for a second time. I was really concerned about my appearance and I was certain that invisilign was the way to go. Dr. Negat educated me about my teeth and provided me with knowledgeable information and assured me that getting braces would be more beneficial and the outcome will outweigh the process. Cost was also a factor. They were able to work with my budget and I was able to get financing that fit my budget accordingly. The Process/Procedure: Being the impatient and anxious person that I am, I wanted to speed up the process. This was my second time around, and in my mind, I wanted it to be a quick fix. I often joked with Dr. Nejat and indirectly tell him that he had the ability to use his magical powers to speed up the process to get my teeth where it had to be. He would laugh and say the he will let the 'gods' know and will do his best. 5 months before my baby shower, I asked him if he was able to fix my teeth within 4 months because I needed to look fabulous before my baby shower. I'm not 100% sure of how he did it, but by the end of the 4th month my teeth were straight! Although I feel that Dr. Nejat down played his talents and expertise, I can honestly say that he may under promise but will over compensate with his work. He is the best! Rosario is very sweet and friendly, Amanda is very talkative and pleasant, but the doctor is very thorough explaining the treatment, the cost was reasonable, and the most important was the waiting time. We got the referral from Dr. Rosa Wynn next door. We made an appointment to get a mold at 9:45am. We got there early and waited 25 minutes and they still weren't ready. It's unprofessional to make appointments you can't accommodate because you just end up wasting patients' time. When they were finally ready, we had to leave for another appointment. They asked us to just come back after our other appointment as a workaround which I find a little ridiculous. You can't just ask people to come back again after they have already gone there a first time. This is not ideal customer service. When we called back to say it was inconvenient, they didn't apologize and just said "ok you wanna cancel? That's fine. Bye." They made no effort to remedy the situation. They didn't care at all.
