His staff were very friendly and when i met Dr Keyhan for the first time, i got the impression he is one of those doctors who is very sensitive in what he does. Because in the past i met some doctors who were just like butchers and just wanted to get the job done and get paid. I cannot say enough good things about how this practice treats its pediatric patients. My 4-yo was having a very difficult day and was anxious about being at the dentist. I highly recommend that you AVOID this office. While Doctor Keyhan is a lovely and worthy and professional dentist, his office staff is just the opposite. They are rude and belligerent. My bill was mercilessly padded. I was in the chair for exactly 25 minutes for 2 superficial fillings, one even without Novocain, and I was charged $400!!!! I nearly fainted. I would give zero star if I could, Why? Because both me and my 70yr old dad got yelled at by some very rude person: Dr Siamak Madani and the office staff. My 70yr old dad who is an Asian was referred to this office by his general dentist, since I worked and lived very far away from my dad, I couldn't go in with him, so when he needed help he would call me. Disappointment no.1: I had to do the front desk's work. My dad's insurance company sent him a letter saying they approved his treatment, so I called this office to make an appointment for him, however, the staff said they didn't receive any referral, and asked me to contact the general dentist. So I did, and the general dentist asked an empty referral form from this office for them to fill out, I then provided the general dentist's email address to prospect dental and ask them to send over the empty form. Instead of communicating directly with the general dentist, the front desk sent me the form and have me to communicate back and forth with the general dentist on their behalf. Excuse me? Why do I have to do your work? Did this office hire you to ask patients to do your work? Disappointment no.2: my 70yr old dad who speaks little English went into the office alone and called me for help, when I answered the call, I heard Dr Siamak Madani yelling at him, then my dad gave Dr Siamak Madani the phone, and immediately Dr Siamak Madani yelled at me: "YOUR DAD DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! WE CANT DO ANYTHING! HE DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH! HE DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH!" I told him I will be translating over the phone, however he got angrier: "WE DONT DO TRANSLATION OVER THE PHONE! YOU MUST COME IN! WE DONT TRANSLATE VIA PHONE!" This is the very first time I heard someone who worked at the medical field refused translation over the phone, and yelled at patient and patient's family so loudly, as if as if he was a crime. My dad been to many medical offices, pharmacies, doctors, private clinics and all of them either provided their translation service or talked to me over the phone so my dad could get the treatment/service he deserved. You can do the work as long as you have the skill, not what language the patient speaks, "not speaking English makes you can't do anything" just makes no sense. Your office only have dentists and staffs who can speak English and Spanish means your office isn't diverse enough and you are in favor of only specific race. Disappointment no.3: the staff refused to write down what medications my dad been taking. My dad been taking lots of medicine and the medicine always changed, so he always brings all his medicine with him when he needs to see a doctor. He been doing it for years and there's no problem with it, because every time someone will write them down and take notes. However, this office refused to do so, when they saw the bag of medicine, they immediately laughed sarcastically and yelled at me over the phone: "YOU NEED TO PROVIDE THE LIST, THE LIST! WE ARE BUSY SERVICING PATIENTS WE DONT HAVE TIME TO WRITE THEM DOWN!" At this point, I can tell that the people who work at this office are very lazy, disrespectful and possibly racist, they refused to communicate with my dad's general dentist and they refused to serve my dad, if you guys are busy to serve patients, then how come you don't have time to write down the info? Getting them is a part of serving patients but you said you don't have time to do it. Disappointment no.4: Dr Siamak Madani got mad because my dad's general dentist couldn't see and didn't clean up the cavity on my dad's teeth and yelled at me because of this. This is a dental office, opens to everyone, not a restaurant that only provides a certain type of cuisine that targets a certain race of people, but it seems like they only target a specific race and only want to serve them, they don't welcome patients like my dad, all they did was yell, yell and yelled. We will never go back, and we will tell all our friends and families about it. read more

Dr. Koushyar - Please read : My experience today with your staff: I called Prospect Dental as I needed to cancel an appointment as I had an emergency at work - I was told a fee would be applied due to the cancellation - I explained what had happened as it was an emergency. Your staff then discussed waiving the fee; however, a deposit would be required for rescheduling and future appointments. I did not think this was fair and tried to talk thru the issue. Still no flexibility - I explained if this is the case, I will look for another dentist, thinking there could be some sort of compromise. The staff member said - go right ahead - which I said ok. 30 minutes later, I received a voice mail stating I was no longer a patient - same with my wife - all future appointments have been canceled - Call if you have any questions. I did call back explaining how I did not agree with the deposit. She said that is our policy. In about 20 minutes, I found a new dentist closer to my house, with more positive reviews, and had a great discussion about how they could provide the care I needed - The appointment was easily set for next week - basically not too much effort on my part. Amazing how staff can be a wrecking ball to a business - My wife and I have excellent insurance and have been long-time patients of Dr. Madani - When he moved to Prospect Dental, we went right along. This was a situation that did not need to happen. The main reasons I will continue to come here for dental work: 1- I'm one of those annoying people that want to know what is happening and why. I was talking with Prospect Dental Care every week about the billing statement and sent all the documents to their email that claim has been processed by my dental insurance but there was no response to emails. Over phone, they always ask to call back in a week or email them the details. Now they sent the payment due to the Collection Agency saying that the payment was not made. When I called them again, they are asking me to ignore that mail and call them back in a week. At the same time, they are not ready to send any statement over emails too. Seems they are not legitimate being in medical industry. Good thing is that I didn't do dental treatment there, just facing troubles for their consultation. I don't usually provide feedback in Yelp. New favorite dentist. I was referred to PDC last minute and they were able to squeeze me in. Absolutely loved the service and detailed explanation on what they were seeing in my mouth. I was looking for a place to do Invisalign, and I heard this office does digital impressions rather than old school impression which I could never tolerate and make me throw up. First off Dr. keyhan is very soft spoken and gentle. We did a consult for Invisalign, he took my teeth's digital impression which was amazing, u can see ur teeth exactly as they are scanned on the screen, once the scan was done he showed me all the areas that my bite was off as well as the final result of how my bite will look after the Invisalign. It was all soooo amazing. He submitted my digital impressions right away and told me it takes 24 hours for the clean check to get back and as soon as we both agree on clean check we can start the case.
