Nope. Just nope. This place has a weird odor like overripe vegetables. Lord knows how old their juices are or what they put in them to keep them from turning -- or how much sugar they add to make them not taste like wilting spinich. I had one of their bowls, and it tasted like mushy overripe banana. I could have made something far better at home. The nut-based yogurt they offer is the cheap kind that is watery and gross. They don't offer gluten-free options for their granola, which is sub-par for those of us who are celiac. None of this stuff is organic which, whatever, that's why it's so cheap. The service I received today was great, but the two bowls I received had about 2/3 the amount from previous ones - the top 1/3 of both containers were empty. Also, the person who assembled the bowls used his bare hands to pick up and place the fruit on top - apples, strawberries, etc. The person working next to him had gloves on. Not happy about the hygiene or the reduced amount of product. I will give it another try, though. read more

I have made Nekter a routine stop at least 2 times during the week (sometimes in weekends), mainly because the products are DELICIOUS, FRESH, and the customer service I have experienced has been impeccable. The employees make sure that the customers are happy! Management is GREAT, and expects nothing but the BEST from their team, and it shows in their customer interactions. I recently went on a fast and the staff were supportive as well as encouraging especially when I was ready to give up. My bowl of choice is the protein power bowl (see pic below), which I customize to my liking and turns out PHENOMENAL each time regardless of who has made it. Nekter is also a business that cares about community. They recently hosted a fundraising day for my daughters school and were very easy to work with and even matched the contribution. I went up and told the staff that I don't like my drink and that it tastes bland and icy. The staff said that that's how it suppose to taste and that I would have to pay for another drink if I didn't like it. I insisted that they make me a different drink and then the cashier said he'd have to call his manager. I went up to ask again and none of the staff cared to answer me. I ended up leaving without a drink after paying over $10. My husband got hooked on this place months ago after we walked in and shared a couple of scoops of ice-cream (charcoal vanilla and chocolate bliss w/ toppings). I went in to order a bowl and I had a gift card which should've covered the entire amount and it was loaded in the Nekter app. The cashier said he couldn't get the gift card to work and I was told to pay 11 dollars instead. The cashier was incredibly rude and dismissive but I paid and stayed quiet to avoid ruining my day. I also stressed to the cashier that I am extremely allergic to bananas and I asked if they use a specific allergy blender and to please note that on my order. I went above and beyond to express that I'm very allergic and the cashier literally could not have cared any less and told me it was fine. Once I received the bowl, I took two bites and instantly knew that it had bananas, even going as far as having my friend test it to check and she confirmed there was absolutely bananas in it. My throat began to seize up and I was rushed to get allergy medication. I now am left with a gift card to here that I never want to use and the worst experience I've ever had at any business. read more

I am very upset after entering into Nekter juice bar. I put in my order and was the only person in there. After 10 minutes I asked the guy working if my order was on it's way. He looked at the other guy and they both shrugged at each other then one guy said he'd make my peanut butter açaí bowl. I received the bowl with NO peanut butter and the wrong fruit. Two other people walked in after me at 6:50 and they said they were closed. They close at 7:00. I really hope the Cohn's are reading this. It's a great idea but so poorly managed.
