I have never left a negative review for a business before, but this experience was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn other people. Before I ordered, I specifically asked if they had Wi-Fi because I needed somewhere to work. I made it clear that having Wi-Fi was the only reason I was staying there and ordering a drink. The employee assured me they had it, so I placed my order. After I paid, I found out that wasn't actually true. Their Wi-Fi required a password, and not a single employee knew what it was. They tried looking for it, asked each other, and attempted to contact the owner, but no one could get the password. So despite being told they had Wi-Fi, I had absolutely no way to use it. As soon as it became clear that I wasn't going to have internet access, I told them before my drink was even handed to me that I just wanted a refund because the entire reason I purchased the drink was to use their Wi-Fi. Instead of simply refunding the order, I stood there for nearly 20 minutes while the employee stayed on the phone with the manager trying to figure out how to process a refund. It honestly felt like they were scrambling to figure it out, and after all that time, I was suddenly told they couldn't refund me because my drink was "already being made." So let me get this straight: I was misled about a service I specifically asked about before ordering, couldn't use the Wi-Fi I was promised, waited around for 20 minutes while they tried to process a refund, and then was denied one because too much time had passed during the very process of them trying to figure out how to refund me. That's completely unreasonable. The employees were polite, so this isn't directed at them. This is a management issue. If you're going to advertise Wi-Fi, your staff should at least know how customers can access it. And if you can't provide something a customer specifically confirmed before purchasing, the right thing to do is issue a refund instead of making them pay for a purchase they only made because of that promise. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've had. If you need reliable Wi-Fi or a business that stands behind what they tell customers, I'd recommend going somewhere like Pressed or Loving Seed instead. read more

Service here is much different than the one on Shepard. I walked in and all their workers were in the back. They saw me walk in and didn't help but instead went to the back to continue their conversation. Also the workers need to be trained better at making smoothies because mine came out like a juice. read more

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I finally got the chance to yesterday. There was one person in there waiting for their order. There was also only one person working. She was taking the orders and making the orders as well. The service was ok, but maybe she was just a little overwhelmed. I ordered one açaí bowl and one smoothie. The peanut butter açaí bowl was very big and flavorful. But the apples were browning a little. The Popeyes smoothie was ok and lacked flavor. I will say that this does look like a cute spot to take your family or friends. They had cute photo ops and game boards available. Used to love coming here as a treat after orange theory but alas like most places the price has gone up while the quality has completely gone down. You're better off just getting ideas from their menu and making the drink yourself. They want to charge almost 10 bucks for a small and they don't even fill it all the way up. First, let me say that I support and appreciate any business that would open during a pandemic. I was very excited when I saw this business. I absolutely love fresh juices, acai bowls, and detox juices. The interior of the store was clean and bright. The displays were organized and well stocked. The area behind the counter was clean and not cluttered. The staff was wonderful. I stood there staring at the menu and was promptly greeted. The employee engaged me in conversation and was incredibly nice and warm. All the other employees seemed busy with their assigned tasks. The food was okay. I was actually quite disappointed. But let's stick with the facts. First, the size of the cup was a good serving, however the cup was only half full. You can tell from the photo that only half the cup had the açaí base. On top of the base was some granola and some berries. From the photo, the whole cup was only about 70% full. It looks as though only one strawberry, half a banana, and less than 10 blueberries were added. The fruit was fresh and the flavor of açaí base was just okay. I prefer it to be a little bit sweater. The granola was okay, but not much flavor or texture. I paid a little over $8.50 for my bowl. For the amount of food I received and the just "okay" flavors, I was disappointed. I'm a huge fan of eating açaí an fresh fruit bowls. I've gone to many places in town (one place only about two miles away) and out of town that have better ingredients, more options, and serve more for the same price or about $1 more. read more

Popeye's açaí used to be my go to when it's made right. It's always a hit or miss at this place. Sometimes it's so good, other times it's like did they even try? It's the same drink in all three pictures yet the colors of the drink are so different. Today was my last time going there because I'm pretty sure they just blended spinach with milk & sold that to me. I don't know what happened to the açaí or bananas since I ended up with a green smoothie even though it's literally called açaí. I always leave a $2 tip despite the worst customer service. Not Good. Acai tasted... well tasted isn't the right word because there was no taste to it. The girl working was super nice and she was all by herself so she was making the bowls and working the register. What I didn't appreciate though was that instead of finishing our bowls she stopped in the middle to take orders so mine was all blended with half the fruit on it and she stepped away and left it there to take orders. After taking orders from three separate parties she came back, without washing her hands, and started making my husbands. She did put gloves on but she grabbed the gloves with hands she just handled money with. I wanted to like it. This was our first time here.... But we will never go back. read more

I ordered pick-up through Grubhub here on Yelp, which was quick and easy. I went for the berry açai bowl. I like that you can sub cashew milk for coconut water as I find nut milks a bit hit or miss. I headed on over and arrived at the time it said my order would be ready. The space is quite open and there were a few people waiting. Everything looked clean and tidy. I waited a minute to be greeted. They asked for my order name and it was already prepared and bagged and waiting in the fridge - ready to go with the bowl, a spoon, and some napkins. There weren't as many toppings as some pictures show - maybe a little under half a banana, one strawberry, and a few blueberries. I think I saw an option for extra granola and I would probably add that next time. I also threw on some Nutella of my own because, well, have we met? It was a good bowl, a little icy near the bottom and there were still a couple of chunks of banana in there, but it was pretty good. There was a lot of the açai mix. Ultimately I'd prefer a smaller bowl and more fresh toppings. Overall it's pretty good but I have had fresher tasting bowls at other local places that were a bit more flavorful and had more fresh toppings. read more

I was searching for a good juice bar. I was wanting to do a juice detox. I looked on yelp and found Nekter. I went this weekend and purchased the one day detox kit. I am not a vegetable person and really don't like vegetable juice but the combination of vegetables and fruit they added into their detox drinks was very pleasant. I did not mind drinking each drink, it was actually refreshing. I will definitely go back again next time I want to try one of their bowls. read more
