I definitely wanted a smoothie for a hot day. My go to is the strawberry banana protein smoothie with coconut whip. They had the kiosk so I ordered my drink through there. But for the coco whip there wasn't an option for all around just "coco whip bottom". The workers were all in the back so I couldn't ask. But other wise the place is spacious and they have board games like jenga and connect four. Smoothie was good, got the small for $10. read more

Stopped by towards the end of my cycling workout. First time here, didn't know what to get. The young man greeted me, was nice and offered some suggestions cause I wasn't sure what I wanted. I got the "buzz" which is a juice with carrots and some other stuff. It was perfect cause it was light, and I wanted to stay away from a smoothie and try something lighter since I was planning having lunch soon. The place was clean and had board games for people to relax and play. Good amount of seating to hang out also. Price was pretty fair for the area. read more

Dairy free strawberry ice cream, with games to play at your table, yes and yes! This is a refreshing treat! It's always nice and clean with quick service. I'm happy there are options for dairy free ice cream. Ampersand is next door but I prefer the strawberry option here and if anyone prefers other ice cream, it's right next door. The games like connect 4 are such a nice touch to make your short visit even more fun. It's not a large place, but frankly I've preferred that during these winter months. Nektar Juice Bar on Shepherd and Willow **Service!** This review is based on the slow, rude, and lazy attitudes I have encountered from the staff both times I have attempted to patronize this business. The first time, I waited over 20 minutes while orders placed after mine were served first. When I asked what was going on, the staff member was incredibly rude and said they had "traded" who was making smoothies and who was at the register, and that they were busy. A young man who ordered after me seemed to either know or catch the interest of the female cashier, so she left the register to make his smoothie before mine. Today, I was one of only two customers in the store. No one was making anything, so I asked how long it would take to get a smoothie. The staff member took over a minute looking around before telling me 5-10 minutes. I decided to just get a ginger shot instead. After stepping aside and waiting, I tried to ask how long the ginger shot would take, but I was ignored. The staff member then spoke past me to a new customer, completely ignoring me. Another staff member came out from the back, and neither of them made anything; instead, they began cleaning and slowly wiping down the counters while smirking. I am leaving this review in hopes that management addresses and makes changes. I will not patron this location again without assurance that this tone and treatment is addressed as it is unprofessional and unacceptable! *in addition as I was about to drive away the Blonde associate wearing booty volleyball shorts swept all the trash from the business out the front door to fly into planters and in front of other businesses. Very nice atmosphere. Cool vibe with small parlor tables and games to play. I had the peanut butter bowl. It was beautifully presented and delicious! It was big enough to eat half and save the rest for later! The only con was it took over 20 minutes to be served, and there was only 1 other person there before me, and she was already eating! But, they do take online orders, so maybe they go in order and there were orders before me??? Or does it just take 23 minutes to make an acai bowl? I'm not sure. I will be back because it was fresh and yummy, and although everything is expensive right now, for what you get, a fair price. My new go to smoothie place in fresno! I have a very specific diet I need to stick to because of my allergies and this worker recommended some great options for me. I got the tropical cooler and it was so yummy! I think the workers name was aiden if I remember correctly but I will be asking him for other great recommendations next time I go. read more

I ran into this place by fate through DoorDash because I was craving an açaí bowl! I end up ordering the dragonfruit bowl and when it arrived it was so aesthetically layered and very appealing to consume. It was delicious as I can never say there's been a bad açaí bowl or dragonfruit bowl. Amazing Açaí bowls!! The service is okay. I order the food and drove 5 minutes to get there, when I get there the açaí bowls is barely getting made. Sometimes they mess up our bowls and do not make us what we ordered. They will forget to put the granola on the side or forgot to give us the two extra bowls we brought. First time here because my 14yr old daughter wanted an açaí bowl after church. Sunday at 12pm 1/26/2025 Honestly the only way I can explain how the associate "Emma" greeted us was fake. Very interrogative look while she hovered the computer to take our order, felt like I was rushed, and she wanted us to order quickly because she was in a hurry? Even though there were only 2 other women sitting in there. She didn't offer to help me at all when I said I'd like to build a bowl but it's a little overwhelming, hoping she would have a personal touch and explain to me how it works, but instead she said, maybe you should try a premade bowl. I said I'd like to build one but it's a bit complicated since river never been here...pausing for her to step in, but instead just eye balls on me. I said okay, never mind, and she quickly moved to tell me the total $ for my daughter's bowl. Didn't say, oh let me explain, or anything like that, just lost out on an opportunity to keep a customer and even make a sale. Not only was I put off with her lack of warmth, and the snooty attitude, I also was not impressed with the bruised banana on top of the bowl and the 6 blueberries and 3 thin slices of strawberry for $11.50 We will not be back. Lost a potential customer. I guess good help is hard to find, this business will not sustain with staff that isn't interested in helping customers feel welcome. read more

Went here hoping for an açaí bowl and a nice experience but this place is just another cash grab. You walk in and are greeted by the cashier. After you order they do the inevitable where they show you the tablet that asks you to tip. Then the cashier tries to make awkwardly friendly conversation at that same time hoping you'll hit the tip button. Now you either have to pay $15 for a bowl that costs $1.50 in product to make. Or you awkwardly decline the tip while the cashier is staring you down. This is not a welcoming experience. Just another unwelcoming experience by greedy companies trying to pressure you into overpaying even more for an average product. I will not be coming back. read more

Love there bowls my go to is the peanut butter açaí bowl! Love how they can accommodate to the ingredients, daughter has nut allergies and they're able to switch out the cashew milk in there smoothies to what you prefer! Love it read more

i placed an online order before arriving to the store for the sole purpose of being able to be in and out since i had somewhere to be but instead was left waiting inside for 25 minutes. the order was not made on time and the girl working was in the back for many minutes before she even began working on my order. i paid for extra granola and strawberries and got neither. she should not be working alone if she's going to be that slow. i came in on a wednesday at around 4:00 pm. read more
