I've been coming to this location for a few years now -- almost every day -- and I always leave happier than when I came in. The employees somehow manage to put a smile on my face even on my worst days. If I could give them more stars, I totally would! The manager goes above and beyond every time, and the employee with the long hair deserves a special shoutout -- I actually found out about Nékter when I met him at his other job at Sprouts. We came here after a relaxing sauna session from the place next door to rehydrate. Everything was clean to the touch and there weren't any sticky tables. The decoration at this location is chic and modern compared to others. After talking to one of the staff we were recommended the Pink Flamingo and Popeyes Acai and both were amazing. Every time I go to Nekter always place my order online when I am on my break or going to work it ready. So I decided to place online order 7:25am it said it was going to be ready at 7:50am. When I arrived which was at 7:58am then they said it well be ready in ten minutes when that was the main reason why I placed in online order so be ready when I arrive. Two employees working, saw customers come in - and did absolutely nothing - no greeting, no order taking. One employee walked away and the other kept her head down chopping food. After 10 minutes I and 2 other customers left - 3 lost sales. I've been to 3 other Nekter locations in the past 2 weeks and they all offered friendly and efficient customer service. Hope corporate takes note of this store and it's poor ratings, and implements changes. If you charge $10 for a small smoothie, your customer service should be outstanding. read more

This Nekter is always consistent with my orders and service. I love how I can grab and go choosing my 6 favorite juices with a free Nekter reusable bag or quickly picking up from my mobile Order! Jesus the Manager is awesome! When ordering my ginger shot he suggested I add Orange for sweetness and vitamin C along with Cayenne pepper to help boost my metabolism in the morning! Love it! Nekter is a juice bar chain that I've seen everywhere, but never had the chance to visit until recently. It's nice that they open at 7am on weekdays, so my co-worker and I were able to drop by for a healthy morning energy boost. Besides juices, they serve smoothies, acai bowls and even their own healthy version of frozen soft serve called skoop. I ordered the Acai Banana Berry Bowl ($8.25) for something more substantial. It only comes in one size, but it was the perfect amount and just filling enough. It consisted of an acai blend topped with bananas, strawberries, blueberries and granola. It had all your basic fruits plus the antioxidant benefits of acai. I'm not an expert on acai bowls, but this one was refreshing and delicious. It can get pricey to make daily visits here, but it's a great option when you want something fresh and good for you. If you're in a hurry, you can also order ahead online. read more

Then he said ok, I guess that means it went through. 15 minutes later and three customers after me, I stepped back up to the counter, they asked me if I wanted to order. Delays happen but here are the reasons I will not return: 1) could hear kitchen conversation for 15 minutes splattered with the F word. 2) drink was 80% cashew milk. Not fruit smoothie, more a bland milk surprise. 3) no real apology for the delay from staff, just here ya go. After reading reviews - this business has been apologizing for years. Love Nekter and this location is awesome!! I stopped in to get more information on their juice cleanses. The lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the juice information. They have both the basic and advanced cleanses already prepared so you can purchase the cookers with the 6 juices for the day. I did one day since I had never done a full day cleanse before. I love it and would highly recommend! The advanced had a good mix of vegetable with the nut juiced. I'm excited to try the other cleanse soon. I love to drink my veggies and this is a great place to do that! They have a variety of juices, smoothies or you can choose your own combo. The only employee wearing one was at the register. Additionally, there were three customers who entered the place not wearing masks, even though it was posted that you had to wear one. I love this place! It is super expensive but I feel like all juice places are. The Acaii bowls are delicious, even though they're around $8! Still worth it when you're eating healthy. They have a good selection of fresh juices and healthy snacks as well. This place is rarely busy which is nice. Well got a dollar off by checking in with yelp to start things off. ::Important point:: when I don't see a nekter I usually go and get my juice at mothers market; you can call it in but Mother's Market recently raised their prices to $6.50 for 16 ounces------ compared to $4.95 at Nekter...that's more than they charge for 24 ounces. The quality of the juice is great!! It tastes fresh & fantastic and they have the most choices of any juice bar I've been to. I recommend the greenie. I usually add beets to that and ice.
