The process for me was absolutely frictionless! Caliber got my car checked in, and coordinated with the Enterprise down the street to shuttle me over to pick up a rental car. Caliber was very thorough--because the damage included bumping the tire, they made sure to check and fix the tire alignment, in addition to all the body work. I got text updates when they started and finished working on my car, as well as estimate dashboards so I knew what was being billed to the other driver's insurance. They had my car back to me in less than a week! They'd given it a full wash and interior detailing, which was kind--it's a 13-year-old family car, plenty of dog fur and debris. Mace was so helpful and excellent to work with, and the whole team did a great job. I'm glad I didn't have to foot the bill, but the result and experience were terrific!

Routine maintenance does not magically cause accident-related engine damage, and anyone with basic automotive knowledge knows that. Let's be very clear: * The engine issue started immediately after the accident * I reported it from day one * Caliber Collision ignored it * When they could no longer avoid it, they tried to shift blame onto me This wasn't a mistake -- it was negligence and gaslighting. If you don't fight them every step of the way, they will minimize real issues and protect themselves instead of your vehicle. I would never trust Caliber Collision with another repair. When they were done, my tonneau cover had been damaged by them to the point it would no longer close. It took them months, and me basically forcing them to finally replace the entire cover. I am all about second chances, and though this body shop ruined a part on my truck, they eventually did the right thing. So I brought it back about a year later. It took over a month just to get in to have it looked at. Then another six weeks to get it into their shop. Unfortunately the ice storm kept me (and everyone else) from getting our autos there for repair. Once I was able to, they pushed me out over a month. I spoke to a manager and he incredibly rude, calling me ridiculous when I said I would submit a truthful review of my experiences at this shop. I would steer clear of this terrible place. Rude receptionist, even more rude manager, shoddy work that takes forever.

After a couple of days I was going to move the car He said if I gave him a chance to do the estimate after insurance that if I didn't like it I could move my car and there would be no storage charge. The insurance go was pressuring me to move to a network shop & after 14 days of no action I made arrangement to move it. He then held my car hostage for $3500 storage fee and $450 tow fee for a 2 mile tow that the co he recommended charged and he paid. He said insurance would pay it didn't I had to pay part so for my car to sit out in the blistering sun (caused my car magnets to meld into the car) and other things in the car to melt it was so hot, he did nothing and earned $3500, plus a hundred over what the tow company told me the bill was. That cost me over $1000 for nothing that I had to pay for the privalege of my car sitting in the sun there, insurance paid the rest. We took the car out and had Baha Autobody come look at it at the insurance lot and gave me an estimate for the insurance within 12 hrs. Baha drove all the way from Wilsonville to the airport with no charge to do an estimate. Better off going else where to someone more trustworthy like Baha Autobody!
