They have TERRIBLE service. I have Onstar for my vehicle and I thank GOD!!! My brother called me because his car broke down and he needed to have it towed. I called this place at 1pm. They either didn't dispatch the call out until 2:30 or the guy was just upset that he had to come further than he expected. Around 4pm, the guy who dispatched the call - Jerry called me to tell me the guy told him he wasn't coming that way. Then, he said he was arranging another pickup because he was leaving for the day. Thankfully, I happened to tell a friend that we were waiting for this long and he recommended a towing company. They were there within 30 minutes! I wish I would have known about them first! My advice...don't waste your time. SN: Thankful that I did make other arrangements because they didn't call back and when I called, I got the voicemail twice. I will definitely tell my friends not to waste their time. read more

My car got stolen and long story short it ended up in the middle of a field on top of logs and rubble. I called Debo's towing and Anthony responded right away ensuring me that he would be capable of retrieving my vehicle since the vehicle was lodged in an area that was not desirable. Honesty I did not think I would be able to pull my vehicle out in the current state it was in. Anthony gave me a 35 min eta and showed up within 10 mins to my amazement. This dude had an amazing personality and was very persistent, knowledgeable, cordial and kind! He was patient and took his time using the tow hook to pull the vehicle out of its position since the car was atop of logs and rubble as stated earlier. Somehow after an hour of planning, he was able to pull the vehicle out. I can't say enough about this man and this company, all in all 10/10!!!! Highly recommended!! read more

After having a flat tire on the stressed day, I stopped by Toyota car dealership, being sold an expensive brand new tire...I thought it was nonsense to pay that much, so I decided to look for a used tire shop. Then, I find this shop as "Towing" but I believe they sell used tires as well. I just drove-in, and explained what happened to the Latino gentleman...he was kind, explained to me the type of tire I would need. He needed to make sure he carries the stock. He came back and told me that it would cost only $35...yes, it was manageable. The Gentleman took good care of me. I was able to go home without any problem. The tire is still good today :-) I would like to do more business like this shop, just being kind and helpful. Please support the small business like this. My car wasn't turning on or starting for a few days and since I don't know much about cars, I had figured it was my alternator or battery that might need to be replaced. I had reached out to Debo's towing to get it towed to an auto repair shop and I wish I could leave more than a 5 star review! When they showed up to tow the car, the person who helped me (I believe his name was Michael) was able to get my car up and running and even told me that it was the starter that needed to be replaced, not the alternator or battery. When they towed it to the auto repair shop, he let them know the exactly what the issue was which to me was going above and beyond as most towing companies wouldn't do that. He might have even helped me save some money as some auto repair shops would have just repaired all three (alternator, battery, and starter) just to put some extra money in their pockets (not saying this was the case but as a female, this has happened to me in the past). Not only was Debo's quick to respond and picked up on the first call I had made (I had called three other towing companies and they all went straight to voicemail), but he arrived on site within an hour. I could really tell that he cares about his customers and he was really easy to work with. He even gave me a follow-up call after the vehicle was dropped off which I appreciated. I was also charged $135 for it to be towed under 10 miles which I think was a fair price. I 100% would recommend Debo's, 10/10! read more

D-Bo Towing is the best towing I have used in a long time. My 2000 Honda went out on me and I needed to get my car across town to a shop during rush hour...called many places that were waaaay too expensive. Anyway called D-BO towing the price was more than fair considering the competitors. The guy was at my location swift and careful with my car and was very very professional! Great Attitude...! I needed a tow asap because my car had problems starting. I needed to get it towed to a mechanic before going to work today. I called a few places before calling this place. After reading a couple of great reviews on Yelp, I decided to give this place a try. I called and the owner answered and quoted me a very resonable price. He was there in less than an hour. Super fast and reasonable. He didn't try to nickel and dime me like some other places I called. All around great service! Will use this place again if I ever need a tow :) read more
