This was my first time attending this restaurant. It is clean inside and outside. I love the art that is inside and in the bathroom. You can tell that they right Mexico to this restaurant. I really enjoyed the food l. Best salsa I've ever tasted so far. The chips were nice and crispy. I enjoyed the music . The service was good the only problem is that the waiter no speak English and I only speak español a little I'm on the process of learning. So if you speak English Mae sure you have someone who speaks español or have your google translation ready beside that great food and great atmosphere. The Diablo shrimp is amazing. The house margaritas are good not too sweet, but I don't think they are very strong. it is hard to get a glass of water or a refill. It takes a long time for them to bring your water out. Food is phenomenal. I like getting breakfast here or tacos à la cart. The salsa is served warm and it's green and not really a tomatillo. It's more of jalapeño with green peppers and I forget what else he told me was in it but I am obsessed with their salsa. I have visited the restaurant a couple of times now and they do not disappoint. I have different dishes and all of them have been very good and large servings. The green salsa that comes with the chips is the perfect spice! The service is OK, It is a small place and they are always packed at meal time, so be patient. WARNING. Two things to be aware of. Normally a Mexican restaurant does not charge you for additional tortillas when you order fajitas and need a couple more. This restaurant does. Item 2. This restaurant discretely adds a 10 percent tip to your bill listed subtly under the sales tax and then shows recommended tips but doesn't state ten percent is already included so while I normally tip 25 percent I left it at ten percent. Another warning which I heeded from someone else's review was to be aware that they serve the best salsa I have ever tasted and restrained myself from filling up on the chips and salsa. They need to bottle that stuff!!!! The fajitas were delicious and came with shrimp, wonderful sausage, beef and chicken and vegetables. The Lengua tacos were delicious and dressed them up with the sides from the fajitas. The best meat from a cow is the lengua. Try it! read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I don't usually leave reviews, but I have never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant. The server completely snubbed us and had the worst attitude. Then added gratuity on to the bill that they brought out to us in the middle of our meal. We had planned on ordering more food to go and another round of drinks. We where only a party of two. We asked for to go box and when they brought it out they just slammed it in the table and walked away. It really is a shame because the food was good and I would've been back if we weren't treated like we were despised and I usually always tip more then 20%. But clearly we weren't welcome. Noticed the place as we drove by, turned around to give it a try. Food was acceptable and freshly made. Service terrible. We ordered the Nacho Special for the day for $6.99 as advertised on the Daily Specials board. They would not honor that price when I went to pay. Ordered three items, including a Chili Relleno...never received the Relleno after repeating the order three times. The music was so loud a normal conservation was impossible. A request to lower the volume was ignored. Once we were served, the waitress never again checked on us...and we were the only customers most of the time (2 more came in shortly before we left). If I opened a restaurant in Mexico hiring employees fluent in Spanish would be a priority. The place was clean and tastefully appointed for a small restaurant. I would recommend this place only to those fluent in Spanish. Maybe that way you can get what you order...and won't be otherwise ignored. read more
