The owner didn't mention ay additional charges. When I went to the shop , the owner told me I need to pay additional $40 dollars for oil recycling which is not mentioned on the groupon website. I told him I can accept the charge and I need the receipt with the $40 additional charge to follow up with groupon about it. The owner said I am not interested in the deal anymore and asked me to leave and get a refund from groupon. I also noticed the owner increased the break fluid flush price on groupon from $160 to $240 after I left the shop today. It's a really bad experience for customers that the owner can change his mind and reject the service. Update for owner's review below "a vehicle that is directly not covered in the advertisement" , groupon adversisement doesn't mention any special vehicle price. After the owner told me to charge additional $40, I was confused and later accepted the charge while telling him to get the receipt for reference then I can follow up with groupon. After that, the owner refused to do the service. I guess the owner don't want his practice to be exposed to groupon. The owner could have listed the additional charge on the groupon website in the beginning to let customers be clear about all the cost. " TheThe individual came in with a vehicle that is directly not covered in the advertisement. That alone is huge, because a lot of places make you feel rushed or like you're being talked over--but not here. They were upfront about pricing, didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and got the work done quickly without cutting corners. You can tell they've been doing this for a long time and actually care about their customers and their reputation. What stood out the most to me was how honest and straightforward they were. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but this is definitely one of those places. If you need a smog check, repair, or even just an inspection, I would 100% recommend giving them a shot. I'll definitely be coming back here for anything I need moving forward.

In addition, the owner is totally a bully. He will respond to people's posts in an abusive and belittling fashion, which is extremely unprofessional. People complain (rightfully) about being overcharged on their credit cards (since the cost per minute isn't posted this makes sense) and he insults them in response. The quality of the car wash is fine, I guess. I think it's very hard to mess up (it's just water and soap). I would not come here again if there was a different car wash in the area! Think twice if you can wash at home or somewhere else!

They gave me a good competitive price for the work and I agreed to have it done, and they let me borrow a car until the work was finished. At first glance, the paint job looked alright. The major damage and rust appeared fixed. But they left a bunch of overspray on my windows which they did not want to get rid of, I had to do it myself. They also had of my car that were not properly buffed out, so some parts of the paint job looked "blurry" and unfinished. They told me to come back another day to have it fixed, and when I came they looked at it and pretty much said "it'll fix itself". A year later and it's looking just as bad. The worst part though, is that I noticed a huge portion of paint begin to peel underneath my passenger side window (which was over sprayed all over). It's flaking off and there's other parts of that side where the paint is flaking. All in all, good price, decently accommodating, but the quality of work is terrible. Go elsewhere if you need paint done.

They also take care of customers if customers need to pick up a rental by driving you directly to the car rental place, instead of you waiting for a pick up.

Based on the damage, they basically had to replace a large portion of the exterior, and the difference between the before and after is honestly shocking. My car looks brand new again. You would never be able to tell my car was in an accident. I also asked for a headlight restoration, and they did an amazing job with that too the headlights look clear and refreshed, not cloudy or dull anymore. It comprises of a black base that has color metallic shifts of purple, green and gold. After working with the painter mixing so many test cards to see what would match best we came to an agreement of which we thought was the best one. Simply using their fancy computer to figure out the paint to match was not enough. Glad they were transparent with their findings and made sure I was happy with the end result.
