I would very highly recommend Ben's Auto Body to anyone I know who needs auto body work. I came in needing a repair of my back bumper, as parts of it was ripped off and dangling off of the brackets. While other body shops said the repair wouldn't be possible and recommended a full bumper replacement, Ben from Ben's Auto Body quoted me a reasonable price to repair it on short notice with no frills or upsells. I really appreciated the up-forward pricing and timing estimates on top of the high quality of repair. On top of that, I mentioned initially that I didn't care about the looks and just to repair it (I had some scratches on the bumper and nearby panel), but Ben fixed the scratches and buffed it up to make it look almost brand new for free. I had accidentally a hit another car in the back while driving so it affected my front bumper car to be heavily dented and basically busted open. I wanted to get my car fixed because it was too risky to drive around like that. While I was in Ben's auto shop, I also asked for the trunk of my back car to be fixed since it had a lot of old unsightly scratches. First, the lady in the office was very rude. I brought my car in for front bumper cover replacement. They charged me $2000. When the car was done and ready for inspection, found that there is a big gap between the front cover and the body on the driver side, which they did not want to fix. Also the paint on bumper cover does not match the body of the car. I had to pay another shop $400 to repaint the cover. Watch out! they don't guarantee their works. First of all, how many stand up guys greet and shake you and your son's hand when you've just come in for an estimate? Ben does!! He looked at my son's Ford Explorer which needed the bumper pulled (bumper pressed against the spare tire) and quickly said "yes" and it can be done the same day! Then, when my kid told him the process of opening the drivers door (fob no longer opened the door) and the mechanical parts have failed. The auto locksmith that worked on his SUV said that it would need dealer parts. Ben said he could fix that with after market parts!! When picking up the SUV, bumper seemed like it never got hit and the fob opened and locked the car doors (all of them, perfectly). They also properly buffed the paint to make it smooth, instead of that ugly orange peel look. These guys absolutely know what they're doing.
