They turned this job around in less than 2 months and the paint job is just glass! No orange peel at all! They can accommodate every level of work from "get the job done" or "make it a show car".. one thing you can be sure of... They don't cut corners. Every job is done right. I wish I could recommend this body shop, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Last year, I brought my car here after a hit-and-run incident. I was told it would be ready by Friday, but as Friday came and went without any word, I finally called them at 4:50 PM (they close at 5) to find out that my car wouldn't be ready until Saturday before noon. Frustratingly, Saturday noon came and went as well, and once again, I had to follow up. I finally got my car back close to closing time with no proactive communication from them. When my insurance company asked for feedback, I suggested they work on their communication. Fast forward to today - I returned for an estimate on a new repair, completely forgetting about that review. As the guy looked up my car in their system, he apparently saw the review, and instead of focusing on the job at hand, he chose to give me attitude about my feedback. I was taken aback by the unprofessionalism; rather than accepting the feedback constructively, he was defensive and argumentative. This body shop could benefit from learning that feedback is there to help them improve - not to be taken personally. If they had simply acknowledged the issue and demonstrated better communication this time around, it would have made all the difference. Instead, I left feeling undervalued as a customer and not at all confident in bringing my car here for future work. read more

They told me they can't help me because they never touched my back camera but have clear clear video showing my rear bumper off which has my camera. Making me go through insurance again for an issue they caused. Look for other shops before going here. I had numerous items that I had wanted to fix with my car and Henry was very knowledgeable about them: I had been interested in getting a window tint and roof wrap for my car for quite some time.
