Instead, they refused to honor it over a technicality, claiming it expired down to the exact minute they received the car. That's not clearly stated anywhere and comes across as misleading. A "guarantee" shouldn't exist just to be denied on a loophole. What made it worse was the complete lack of customer service. The employee I dealt with was unhelpful and unwilling to do anything to make it right. On top of that, I was put in a position where I had to reverse out of a dangerous driveway just to leave--completely avoidable and poorly handled. The wash itself didn't even come close to "premium." I understand these washes aren't perfect, but if you're charging extra and advertising higher quality, it should actually show. This didn't. At the end of the day, this felt like paying more for marketing than results, with a "guarantee" that isn't actually honored. If the owner sees this, I'd genuinely like to hear how this is considered acceptable--or if you're willing to stand behind what you advertise and make this right.

So I spend another $2 dollars to clean and spark my rim and wheel.( yes the wheel and rim was washed but it is not really clean) I had been to other car wash shop in City of Industry and choose the middle plan with Wheel and rim Sparkling. Although it did not polish evenly.( so I saw spots of polished oil and some parts were not polished) so I assume there are the function of Wheel and rim sparkling however it just not work in this store) . You tell the attendant so he can make a note and give you a receipt. You then walk inside where you can see the cars going through the wash. There is also a cute boutique inside. Towards the exit on the other side of the shop is the cashier. You pay and thats it. You can look around or go outside and sit in the waiting area for your car to be ready. It does get busy. Prepare to wait a while. I was there for about 40min but I was already expecting that since usually thats how long I have waited at any car wash. My car looked good once it was done. No streaks on windows or scratches. There was some trash left in the inside. I threw it away when i went to the gas station. Not a big deal. The over all experience was smooth. The price was good. I will definitely come back.

It's just a good idea to do this in my opinion ANYWHERE you have someone wash your car. This way I don't have to worry about anything and everything gets cleaned. If your car gets covered in bird poop like mine, this is a great, quick option! But if your looking for you car to be brand new again, hire a mobile detail service and pay a few hundred for the quality because that's not really offered here...

It's always good enough work but sometimes I do leave extra happy with it. Went today around 1pm and I would not go when they're so busy again! I typically go during a week/work day and it's not busy. I was there for an hour and a half today. But there were a lot of cars so I knew there would be a wait when I chose to still go in. The service is always great though - everyone greets you and is friendly and even when leaving, people are always saying have a great day. Variety of seating inside and outside. They do detailing here but I have not gotten that done but you can check out all that they offer through what people have posted here or on their website.

Also a free air freshener and microfiber cloth! My car was super dirty and i had not gotten it washed in over a month. So this was gonna be a test to how good their car washes are since it had heavy dirt build up on my car. I didn't think it would come out spotless. But it did! Also the value for the monthly pass is a great deal. I think i found my new spot to get my washes. Im going to see how it holds up over the next week.
