This place is by my mom's house and sometimes we'll stop here for a pedicure. We have been here a number of times and always leave happy. Clean and updated facilities, comfortable chairs. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The wait (if any) is always minimal. Good selection of colors. Reasonable prices. And, one of my favorite parts, they don't try to upsell you with some lengthy menu (flowers, sugar scrub, callous removal, etc.)...they just give you what you ask for. They may make an occasional recommendation but I have been some places where I feel like I'm being harassed to get more services and I have never felt like that here. Although I typically get pedicures here, my mom did treat me to a gel manicure a few weeks ago and I was very happy with it. It lasted about 2 weeks with no chipping until I couldn't take the growth anymore and removed it myself--so, it may have lasted even longer. I use to be a regular, get my eyebrows done and sometimes my nails. There is a new owner who bumped the prices up. Usually for gel polish on your fingers, and a pedicure it is $60 or a little less at some places. Here it was $90!! And they upped their prices for eyebrow waxing! Please please ask the prices before you get any service here!!! They are so overpriced it's horrible. My daughter and I had an appointment she is 11 and got a mani pedi, jell on just her fingers and regular polish on toes, they charged her $59.00 and a very poor job. Then to top it off I got a REGULAR acrylic fill with regular polish $35 dollars and they were so bad I told the girl first are you kidding me $35 for a regular fill?? She said yes mam. I said The shop I normally go to that was closed on Sunday is $20 for a regular bill and that girl that did my nails said I don't believe you nobody charges $20 for a regular fill. So that was appalling and I said mam are you calling me a lier and she stated I don't believe you. But this is what we charge. I called 4 days later because all my nails were lifting and she made them so narrow my natural nail was already coming apart on all the side from the acrylic. I asked to speak to a manager because I wanted this to be fixed that I spent $40 on my nails for a regular bill because I still tipped the lady five dollars. They regular pedicure is $27 dollars without jell! I called yesterday to speak to a manager she stated there is no manager what did I need, I told the lady that answered the phone I just want them to be fixed and she said well I need you to come in and show me because it's already been almost a week so we probably won't be able to take care of you. I don't mind paying for the service but I refuse to be overcharged. I've had my acrylic fill done twice here by 2 different people. Nothing frilly added but charged differently. I felt like I was subsidizing the shops loss of business due to the snow birds leaving. Odd that as a customer I'm not able to leave a tip while use my debit card, cash only. read more

Came here because on their website they said a pedicure was $22, went in and it was $25, but I still got a pedicure. I'm a nice person and was talking to Long at first, but when I asked him to cut my nails shorter he refused and very obviously started talking about me to the girl next to him, who then went to the back of the store and started talking about me to someone else, with all three of them staring at me the entire time. Next, I told him about my Morton's Neuroma in my right foot and asked him not to squeeze it because it hurts, which he blatantly did not listen to. He squeezed my foot four times after that, causing pain because of my condition all four times. After he finished painting my nails, his shirt messed one of them up and he was not even going to fix it, I had to ask him. All I have to say is either do not go to Neo Nails at all, or definitely do not have Long do your nails. read more

I have been coming to Neo Nails for a few years now. I have a nail tech named Tina and she is awesome. I have never had a problem with her. She always does what I want and never tries to push any extras like other salons. I would recommend this nail salon to everyone. I am so happy that the previous owner recommended Tina to me. I recently moved from the Ocotillo area in Chandler to the Riggs/McQueen area Paseo Crossing. I needed a really great nail gel person but who? And where? My new neighbor Erin suggested Bill at Neo nails. so ok about 3 weeks ago I made an appointment with Bill for a jell backfill. Very nice salon very nice guy and the VERY best nail work I have ever had done!! You never know have to wait a week or so to really make an accurate evaluation well they looked like little pearls on the ends of my fingers and lasted perfectly I am so happy to have found Bill. He told me he has been working there something like 12 years and I can see why he is mine for life and I very seldom write a review!! what a smoothed soft touch he has and FAST !!! I am still amazed and cant wait for my appointment tomorrow Wed at 12:30. What a nice pleasant experience with such a talented nail designer. My mani pedi turned out OK. The terrible part was when I went back to have my acrylics removed. The guy who did it hurt me, TORE my nail/cuticles and made me bleed. They did not soak my nails and I left with glue still on my nails. I refused to pay $10 for this (I paid $100 for my manicure and pedicure with tip) since he hurt me and I showed him that he made me bleed. I got my nails done there today and they look terrible. The girl that did them she was pregnant and she wasn't very nice and she did an awful job and she didn't clean the nails underneath. They looked better before I had them redone today . she stuck me way back in the bank to dry my nails she never came back so I had to just get up and walk out. My nails really looks bad they look artificial she didn't smooth then out.and I had to redo the polish when I got home they were a mess. read more

This place had 4 workers and said they would be able to do my mani n pedi if I came back in an hour. I asked could they do the glow in dark polish they all said. So I came back in an hour. The lady looked at my nails said she would have to cut my real nails off add tips and she was not comfortable with the polish style. The owner was the only one that did styles and he was not there. They asked if I could come back another day. These people don't know what they are doing and I wouldn't return with my dog. read more

I had to give them a 1 because Yelp doesn't allow you to do negative numbers for ratings...this is the worst nail salon i have ever been to in regards of the nail tech i had. I had gotten a full set with gel polish, in almost every single nail there were air bubbles. I went back to get it fixed and the nail tech (the owners husband) laughed at me. I had already been there for 1 1/2 hours and now had to waste more of my day for careless work performed by the tech. I then asked to just remove my nails so i can leave and he laughed AGAIN and then told me no he wouldn't take them off. I paid $70 for my nails to look horrible. On top of me going back to get them fixed, they are STILL messed up. I have never experienced this at any salon before. I have never been so unhappy with the service I have received until now. I just had pedi with my husband, and Bill was my nail tech. Very clean facility, disposable plastic liners. Bill was very gentle with my feet, and did an amazing job! I am Massage Therapist, and I know what good foot massage is. He went above and beyond. People usually don't leave a review if they had good service, but so quick to write a negative one. I've been using Neo Nails for pedicures since 2013 when I moved here. Felt something was different the last few times I was there. I was no longer greeted by name each time I walked in. Learned Chris and husband were no longer the owners new owner is now Jimmy. My last visit on 5/31 would be the last. While waiting for the polish to dry the worker who did my pedicure started with another customer, no problem. The worker acknowledged I was ready to go and called over another worker. She approached me with iPad in her face said "that will be $25". Gave her the money she went to the register and still with iPad in her face proceeded to walked back to where she was sitting. What?! Left me at the chair with spacers in between toes and to put my shoes on myself. What the heck! I've never received this type of service in the 5yrs I've gone to Neo Nails. I am big, HUGE on customer service. I'll pay a little more for exceptional customer service. I'm done with Neo Nails. I miss the previous owners. Looking for new nail salon now, argh! read more

David, my nail tech is awesome there is nobody else I would go to since I came to Az. in Nov. of 2012. David takes great details to your nails and is a very sweet and friendly person. You won't be disappointed as Neo Nails is just like the professional place I went to in Syracuse, New York. Went here to get a fill on my acrylics and they did amazing! I went to another salon to put them on and they did not do a good job, but Neo nails fixed the problem. My nail tech was a man, not sure of his name, but he listened to everything I had to say and what I asked for. It was not super busy on a Wednesday night and everyone working without a client was cleaning or organizing. They made my day and I will defintely make this my go to place. read more

I decided to write a more current review since most of what are here are at least a couple of years old...I went to get a fill on my pink and white acrylic nails and the service was okay but not spectacular...I had made an appointment so I didn't have to wait but I felt the place was extremely dirty!! Everything had stains and his equipment was sticky- I don't think any of his tools he used had been cleaned in months! I sat there worried the whole time that I was going to get some kind of fungus from his dirty tools he was using on me!! The nail polish looked gross - like he just kept refilling the bottle- The outside was covered in dirty sticky product! He was friendly enough but I felt like I needed to go home and bathe after being in there! The owners need to update and clean their tools they use on nails!! I don't believe it would pass any health codes and am actually surprised they remain in business!! read more

I went to neo nails since its in a great shopping center and had a horrible experience. I was ordered to sit down while i was still picking out my color, my pedicure was rushed, the pedicurist gave me the third degree after i said i didnt want a manicure too and the other men were sitting in massage chairs sleeping.
