Oh yeah. This is legit gooood ass food. Stopped to get some sides for Fat Tuesday and couldn't pass up the nephew burger. Owner is great and food is outstanding.

What a shame they now have a minimum $25 order for deliveries. I've ordered several times in the past with only a $5 delivery fee that I was happy to pay for delivery. I'll never order that much food being just one person. They would be better off using Uber Eats' delivery system than losing business because of that large minimum order. Too bad because their food was good.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. My husband had some on his truck around the corner so he checked it out. He bragged about how good it was and how awesome the guys there are. He had a polish boy and gyro. Due to some other stuff that came up, he wasn't able to eat them right away. He had them a few hours later and both were really good. We went back today & Ray gave me a sample of some of the sides. All were amazing. I'm not a big coleslaw fan but theirs is really good. We had the shrimp po boy & a regular burger today. The fried okra was absolutely the best. There wasn't anything that was just ok. Everything was outstanding. Ray gave us a sample of his peach cobbler which is the best I've ever had. Next time I'm getting one of their huge baked potatoes and some sweet potato pie. It's on the other side of Akron from us but well worth the drive. They do have a couple tables but it's mostly takeout.

First time there I had the Shrimp Po Boy, fries and mac-n-cheese. The Po Boy is a good size and DELICIOUS!! Don't know if I'll get to review anything else, that sandwich is so good I'd hate to go there and not get it. The place is super clean with full veiw of the open kitchen. Seating is sparse. The people were really friendly. I highly recommend this local business.

Cat fish dinner...so good that I couldn't wait to eat it.

Gave them 3 starts because I believe they are minority owned and I'm rooting for them but tbh I wasn't impressed by the taste of their food.

Service was friendly and the other couple seated near us were regulars and said they've never had a bad meal there. We ended up deciding to try the western omelet and a pancake with added blueberries and a biscuit on the side. After we ordered, the owner came and talked to us and said that they are famous for their eggs Benedicts and hollandaise sauce... If I'd have known that before ordering I would have tried one of those. He did bring us a little hollandaise to sample though and it was amazing! He also brought over a piece of baklava for my husband and I to try and we agreed it was the best we have ever had! Delicious and flaky and not too heavy...the owner said they make it without honey. My husband really enjoyed his omelet (it did look super fluffy and delicious) and my pancake and biscuit were good as well. They only brought out syrup packets though; I wish they had a syrup pitcher/jug but that's just personal preference. They also charged for the tap waters we ordered so that was definitely strange. Food was solid though and everyone inside was nice. I would go back and try an eggs Benedict and get some more baklava for sure! Thank you, Enchanted Cafe, for a nice Saturday morning breakfast.

Nothing super major went wrong, but many little things added up to a not great experience…read more First, the restaurant was colder than we expected, and the bathrooms were absolutely freezing. It was a cold night (20 degrees or so), but I was surprised the restaurant it self was chilly. I'm not usually cold, so it was surprising. Second, I ordered the "Build an Entree" and chose the pork chop and broccolini as my side (it comes with two sides, but I asked for extra broccolini because of my diet). The pork chop comes out covered in this glaze that I find out is a bourbon glaze, but there are onions in it. I cannot eat onions at all (allergy), and nowhere on the menu is it listed that there is a glaze. The broccolini was cooked but was no longer warm. I mentioned these things to our server, and she said that their pork chop has always come with that glaze and it is mentioned on the menu. I asked to see a menu, and the only place the pork chop is mentioned is in this "Build an Entree" section, and no glaze/sauce is listed. The pork also looked slightly undercooked for medium, but maybe that's just me. They cleaned off the glaze and reheated everything, and the food was good. My wife had the salmon and very much enjoyed it. Finally, the check came and everything was priced 4% higher than the menu prices. When I inquired about that, they said it was because of credit card fees, and if we paid in cash, they would remove that fee. I understand the need for credit card fees, but it's not listed anywhere on the menu that they have such a fee, and the fact that it came out with such a fee built in already makes me question whether or not they reduce it unless someone asks specifically. All in all, it just wasn't the quality experience we were hoping for on a date night. I don't think we'll be back any time soon.

It was early on a Saturday night and the restaurant was empty but the large bar area was crowded. Before we left a large party arrived and a few more tables filled but it was not too crowded. We were told the ingredients for our cocktails were not available due to a large party the previous night then waited 30 min for the oysters Rockefeller, which were overcooked. I tried the ribs that seemed to be reheated and we got the smoked chicken that was pretty good. The grilled potatoes were raw inside and the greens were undercooked and lacked any flavor. Prices were a little high for the quality of the food. Overall the staff were great, the restaurant was nice but the food was not great.

So let's go... Prices are decent for the portion sizes, come on they are huge. Pasta, ribs and chicken dishes are the winners. The side veggie egg rolls not so much. Don't order them if you are expecting $15 egg rolls because that is not what you will get. The bread is fresh and warm, so good! The oil dipping sauce is tasty as well. The service was great, very attentive. The mixed cocktails were excellent. When you think golf course, you have to remember this is Akron and this place is on the edge of a neighborhood. It was nice enough for the enjoyable dinner we had for decent prices. Again the service was on point and the cocktails rocked. Bonus for having vegetarian options. I look forward to returning and enjoying the patio that over looks the golf course. They also set up a few weekly events so be prepared to see an artist preform on a random night.
