It really doesn't get much more glam than this high-style space on Lincoln Road, with just OK service and good but overpriced coffee. The marketeers at Nestle spared no expense in decorating this beautiful, soaring art-filled space. It radiates class and glamor...you almost expect George Clooney or Penelope Cruz to be filming a Nespresso commercial there. Even the music is classy. It's just the right mix of high-style and quiet retreat for this part of Lincoln Road. Service was good but not great. It started out well but involved an eye roll and some 'tude when I misheard "fifteen" as "five" on the check total. Does anyone actually expect to pay $15 for coffee? Cheap ole' Joe should read the menu carefully next time. Now I realize the prime spot on Lincoln Road and the movie star ads don't come cheaply, plus that the Nespresso machine is unique, but let's get real: $15 is insane for coffee-flavored water. The Nespresso machine uses aluminum pods of coffee roasted in Switzerland (we used to have one in my office). It's not dramatically different than Keurig. Nespresso pod prices on Amazon are 30-75 cents per pod. The great ambience and OK service were not worth the extra $14.25-$14.70 per cup. read more

I would leave a minus one if available. I have been buying Nespresso for about fourteen years. I had a guest from the hurricane issues and she loved the coffee. I took her to buy a machine and pick up some pods. She has never been in a Nespresso store before. I am trying a new flavor and decided what I needed without paying attention to my Mom and guest. When I walk over Christopher (apparently a team leader) was very abrupt to the point my friend walks away and says she will not buy another from that store. I asked what was his problem. He said I don't like your attitude and you should leave! We were told that we were interfering with a customer order although no one was standing in front of the displayed pods. He still was not clear what to do or where we should stand to get service. One of the worst customer service experiences ever and I have travels all over the world. Oh and I live in Miami so that should say it all. He should be fired for his treatment of a customer and the embarrassment he put on himself and the shop. Another employee was terrified and customers were looking and laughing at him. I updated my review by another star for the fact that Nespresso reached out to me. I am happy they will take care of this issue of someone so aggressive. I will change again if I return to that store and it shows that the "team" leader is no longer yelling at people. A five star rating for me for a place that sells mainly coffee says something about Nespresso. I do not drink coffee but can definitely appreciate the high quality of service this store offers. They are there to help you if you have any questions and thankfully are not pushy. Their coffee machines are exquisite. I love that they have so many flavors of coffee. I know several people who own a Nespresso machine and love them. When I was here, I ordered a chocolate coconut milkshake. Fortunately, they were able to exclude espresso from the milkshake. The milkshake was so delicious. It was so high quality and tasted extremely fresh. If I drank coffee, I would definitely buy one of these machines. I'm almost tempted to just because they look so darn cool. LOL The store does have a European Flair. The arrangement of the store is such that you can definitely find what you need easily. I have visited several Nespresso stores. They all give samples and the other stores they have given me milk with my sample as I cannot drink an espresso without it. This store refused to, and said it was against company policy to give milk while sampling you could only get milk if you purchased from their coffee bar. I bought four different Nespresso machines most recently the expensive Christa along with hundreds of dollars worth of coffee. In the future, I will be buying my capsules from Target. They sell the Starbucks brand capsules for the nespresso machines. Employees were not flexible or helpful I wish I could update the review to zero stars but that's not an option on this platform. When the espresso saw the review they wanted to call me. I had a brief conversation and they said they call back within a week that never happened. I now understand why their stores have such poor service, if customer service is that poor, how can you expect the employees to do any better? read more

After not being able to buy the clothing item I was looking for, I casually walked the area until I came upon this place. My venture to the shopping center in which this place sits was not in vain. I walked in to a nicely decorated boutique coffee shop. I ordered an iced latte and a macaroon. The coffee was pretty good, and gave me a much-needed energy boost. The macaroon was delicious, and enjoyed it although I don't usually go for the sugared stuff. The place is clean and staffed by nice people. Toward the back of the store, there was an abundance of products. I usually go to the store in West LA, so I opted not to buy anything here. I feel mixed about my experience at Nespresso for a few reasons. When I first walked in, I was aesthetically pleased and impressed by the design... especially the colorful seating that lights up the whole place. Everything just feels so grand! Actually, my colleague and I came here to get work done because Yelp advertised Nespresso as having free WiFi but when I asked one of the staff members, he said that there is no internet. WHAT?! Talk about false advertisement. That started my annoyance. Speaking of staff members, they have a mixed customer service thing going on. At first, I was pissed because no one was waiting our table (even though I clearly made eye contact with many of them) and all the other tables around us were being waited. There were many staff members standing by doing nothing and just looking like they don't want to be there. Fortunately, one of the waitresses (Bienna?) apologized profusely when she realized we were not being served and quickly took our order. Way to redeem yourself, Nespresso. I ordered the Iced Caramel Latte ($7) which comes with cute packets of white and brown sugar, as well as a square of Nespresso chocolate. One of the best presentations of beverages at a coffee bar I have ever seen! This place is such a hub for tourists since it's located on Lincoln Road, so if that is not your scene (like me, because screaming kids and loud teenagers make me want to kick something) then I would not come here unless you desperately need caffeine. read more

Right in the beginning of Lincoln road. A fancy area of town with a lot of fancy places. This place may be fancy but with a budget to live for. Love the variety of coffee choices and shakes. The entire area is humongous and has plenty of seating to offer. My down side is a few things. First, the lack of wifi is unattractive and a big minus in my book. It's great place to sit and converse but it would be even greater if we were offered free wifi. Another thing is many of the workers weren't as approachable. My waiter was great but that's about the only staff member that was. Yes, you work in a high end coffee shop but don't make it your priority to be boogie about it. Bathroom situation is another problem, instead of having small bathrooms, combine the two small ones and create a bigger one with more room for both sexes. It's a turn off when you have to wait in line to attend a tiny bathroom. Other then that the drinks taste great, and yes the variety is tremendous. This is the Saks fifth avenue of coffee ladies and gentlemen because let's be honest; I don't know many people who could afford one of their fancy schmancy machines that they're trying to promote, but the good thing is that you can sit at the bar and order one of their very delicious coffee's like you would at Starbucks Or.... you can walk over to the tasting area and ask to try one of their Peruvian espresso's free of charge, it came with a delicious little almond cake on the side. We sat down on one of their posh chairs that reminds me of macaroons, and enjoyed our free coffee, an extremely delicious coffee that gave me the much needed energy I required for the rest of the evening to follow. It reminded me a little bit of Teavana and maybe there's a connection there that I'm not aware of; it was great though and I'd stop by again if I were ever in the area. read more

My hubs and I went into the boutique this afternoon to browse the machines, but didn't have any intention of purchasing one yet. We were fortunate enough to have Michael Lopez greet us and explain the differences between the machines. He is so knowledgeable and since I'm not a coffee drinker, he explained it all in terms that I could easily understand. Not only that, but he is extremely friendly and clearly enjoys his position representing the company. Since I was skeptical about the worth of the coffee vs the cost, Michael took the time to make my hubs and I different types of coffees, and for the first time in my life, I actually enjoyed the taste of coffee (shocking and weird, I know ‍). After he told us about Nespresso's awesome recycling program, I was sold. We bought a machine, as well as the milk frother and a couple of sleeves of coffee as well. Waking into this coffee cafe/ store was breathtaking. The design was so very well thought out. They have a cute array of tables and super comfortable colorful chairs. The service we received was so good. We came here once and a week later came again before we left back to the PNW and the waiter that waited on us the first time remembered us, and was so nice and polite. It is very well maintained and clean. The restrooms are also very clean (which is a deal breaker for me). They also have a large selection of coffee drinks, from hot, cold, shots, and coffee with ice cream with an array of flavors. If you have a nespresso machine, you are able to buy the coffee pods here as well as a machine if you like. Definitely will be coming back to this location next time we are in South Beach. read more

The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because of the two servers. They both treated me bad, in the tasting station and the cashier. But this place is Amazing, so elegant and neat. For a small dry cookie with maybe a little bit of flavor like as if it was baking in the same place as a chocolate chip cookie candle.....unreal. When i said where is my cookie? It was in a cup under a napkin - so strange! Honestly places like this annoy me.....give me a great cookie, dont make me regret walking in with this cheap cookie. Ive been here before for coffee and I find it to be alright albeit always outrageously expensive. Stopped in for a coffee and it's nice and open inside, however the coffee is just ok. The presentation is nice, but the taste isn't anything special. The service, however is super slow. Our server took forever to come back with our check. We waited to so long actually, walked up to the counter and still waited some more.
