Everyone here was very helpful and friendly. we purchased a machine on Lincoln road and unfortunately it had a leak. We did not want to travel into Miami again so we opted to go to Aventura Mall. While we waited for our machine to get swapped out we were offered a cup of their delicious coffee. Not like it used to be in the beginning when they opened. The pressure in selling you coffee is insane. No more samples for you to try a possible new coffee flavor that you would like to try. The customer service is cold not friendly, more like a fake welcome and hello. A young female was helping us and out of the blue this french employee matured woman appeared to supposedly help her, but what she really did took her sell. She began rushing us to pay and not letting us look around. Continually telling us the amount due for the transaction.. horrible!! I would not visit this place again. Love this place. The service is always amazing. The attentiveness and the professionalism is on point. Having the Key Fob also makes the transaction smoother so you don't always have to speak to reveal who you are (not a fan of having to yell out my phone number for them to look my acct up). It's nice when you can walk up and scan your fob and they ask "would you like the same order as last time Ms.H? I LOVE THAT!!! Also like the fact that you can sample some of the new pods that come out. I love my espressos and I'd like to say that I know my coffees. I have by far been very impressed with how Nespresso delivers them. Not only are they a 100% recyclable they truly respect the earth. I love Nespresso so much that I now have them everywhere I travel.... Malaysia, Dubai, Philippines and across the US. I now have a total of 27 machines so no longer need to travel with my Pixie . I don't own a Nespresso machine (yet), so come here solely to enjoy an espresso when I'm around Lincoln Road. If you're seeking wifi, they don't have it. This is not intended to be a coffeeshop you can hang out for hours in getting work done, but instead, meant for having a sophisticated cup of espresso with friends. That being said, I've cheated the system a couple of times by bringing my own wifi and cracked open my laptop. No one seemed to mind. The coffee drinks are good and will cost you a pretty penny. Gratuity is included because #SouthBeach, so I'll admit the service has never been stellar when I've stopped by. I do like the open and sophisticated ambiance of the place. I feel a little European every time I come. Besides that, if you're looking for the latest Nespresso machinery, pods, and other accessories, there's a shop in the back with folks eager to help you out. All in all, it's one of those places I reluctantly head whenever I need to chill on Lincoln Road. Sorry, but Starbucks although not my favorite coffee shop or even my favorite coffee chain is all over Lincoln Road. Cheaper coffee is cheaper coffee especially, when you have more choices. What's that? Nespresso isn't trying to compete and wants to pull a different clientele? Ok, great! but, It doesn't have that inviting, stay a little bit longer feel. I had high hopes for Nespresso and maybe that's where I went wrong. We sat in the corner closest to the showroom/sales floor. My friend and I perused the menu and opted for coffee and quiche. She had a hot coffee that was a mix between an espresso and an americano as it came with a side of milk and she could add as much as she wanted and a veggie quiche. I opted for the ham and cheese quiche and a vanilla cafe. Nothing stood out as memorable. Still, this café provides a bright, colorful, modern, venue, more intimate and upscale than Starbucks but without being a full on restaurant. It's in the perfect location on Lincoln Rd in the heart of the beach. The coffee is excellent, very much above average and fancy, from the presentation, to the service to the sitting area. It feels like you having coffee in the future. If you sit outside or in the lounge area a waiter/barista will bring you your coffee, again very elegant and personal. There sweets are also above average and made fresh with excellent taste and flavor. They also have a shop for you to purchase there coffee and espresso maker and accessories. This would be in my opinion the boutique area where they sell several items for coffee lovers. Nespresso is not cheap ladies and gentlemen, My latte was $6+ and the sweets are about the same. The onlycoffee machine i had ever previously owned was a cuban cafetera. Register your machine on line and you have a full year warranty. The customer service 800 line is open 24/7 and they can troubleshoot you with any qualms. I love coming to the boutique to sample new coffees and get new capsules. Look out for promotions because when I bought my machine I received a credit for $75. My morning coffee has never been so easy and the aerochino frother is a nice touch. read more

Curiosity is the lust of the mind... That's what brought me to this place. Service was better than I expected. Our server was Biljana and I cant complain. She was patient and although straight to the point she did some guiding. I am a coffee fan like soo many people nowadays or always-days. I was excited, i can tell you that. I couldn't sample any of their coffees because i am not a member so I went and ordered the monthly special. It was a mix of espresso, milk, hazelnut cocoa spread (sort of) and chocolate shavings. It was different and tasty but not worth the $8 plus tax+ 18% tip included. Their moka with k was ok, i wouldn't order it again. The place looks modern and the aroma is extremely inviting, yet not inviting enough for a second visit. I shall wonder what their monthly concoction might be and i could go back one day but It is not on the top of my list. I was really excited to see a Nespresso cafe. Needless to say, this place is very well-designed just like other boutique stores. Offering a full experience with a showcase of their machines, capsules, cup sets and all sorts of accessories.. and even coffee scented candles (yeah really). Other than the sales counter, the cafe has both bar and lounge seating serving light lunch, desserts and coffee beverages. For me I don't own a Nespresso machine but have tried their expresso. Although I rarely drink expresso straight up, I like theirs mostly because of their beautifully designed capsules! After touring around, I stayed for coffee and desserts of course :) Prices are quite high.. single expresso $4/ double $5. In terms of desserts, there are choco mouse, crepes, creme brulee, tarts, macarons etc for $8 each. Each of them comes with a suggested pairing of expresso type. I was more drawn to the pre-fix menus with the dessert and coffee pairing. I love caramel so I ordered the caramel moka latte which also comes with a caramel macaron. They also have a few others such as hazelnut cappuccino + mini choco/expresso eclair for $9, expresso + macaron for $7, etc. My set came in a nice presentation which has won me over, a Nespresso branded plate, coffee cup and spoon etc.. quite fancy I must say. But once I took a sip.. it was way too sweet! With the caramel syrup on top, and chocolate at the bottom, I can barely taste the coffee... the macaron wasn;t bad, but they didn't make it in-house. For $8 + tax + 18% fixed tip (only in Miami), I was very disappointed. On the side note, the barista has told me that they do the milk frothing themselves instead of using the machines.. which is good to know. Overall, great place if you're looking to get a Nespresso machine or want to stock up your capsules! I have seen them serving complimentary coffee to those who made purchases. Also for those who are looking to get gifts for Nespresso lovers, they do have a large range of products with nice packages. The concept of it is a bit atypical, as it's both a showroom for their home pod-based coffeemachines and pods... and a full-service coffee house featuring various coffee drinks and desserts. The front features seating and a coffee bar, although once you are seated, servers provide menus and table-service. This flows into a showroom filled with candy colored coffee machines that would look at home in a mid-century World's Fair. The back wall is a towering display of bright capsules that enhance the overall decor. The walls are lined with underlit and backlit shelves featuring a variety of decor. It all looks like the executive lounge in a spaceport, as envisioned in a 60's James Bond film. And yet, they didn't sacrifice comfort in the quest for style (as many SoBe places do). The midcentury modern chairs in a variety of bright colors are incredibly comfortable -- the better to lounge around with friends and talk. In the showroom, you can also try free samples of the various coffee varieties available in the Nespresso pods. In the cafe, our group tried a variety of teas and coffee drinks. I had an 'affogato' type drink of coffee poured over salted caramel ice cream, and it was delicious. They also have a variety of confections. The staff is likewise extremely friendly and attentive. So, if you ever find yourself on Lincoln Road, and need somewhere to decompress or hang out with friends where they won't pressure you, this is a great choice. read more

This is not starbucks so do not expect a latte for $4. I had an iced cappuccino that was so amazing it gave me heart palpitations. It was just delish and everything a coffee drink should be. When you first walk into this HUGE store there is a coffee bar and a lounge style seating area. Continue walking and you will find an array of different nespresso machines and gadgets for purchase. I come into this store to buy refills for my nespresso machine only, which is located in the back of the store. They have a massive wall of options that makes your decision making process quite difficult lol. Each box of refills will run you about $7 unless you have a large machine. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoy this store and I'm always in and out pretty quickly. Beautiful establishment located in Lincoln Road many places to sit, have a conversation with your friends and enjoy gourmet coffee - and everyone knows the word gourmet not only represents quality but it also represents $$$$. The place is usually busy on a Saturday night, filled with tourists and locals alike. After a boring movie we needed a little cafeine to bring us back to reality. Nespresso, hmmmmm. If you like being ignored and neglected and then given the most minimal service and have gratuity included, go to Nespresso. The iced latte I ordered was divine. It was made with vanilla ice cream and was creamy and cool and delicious. We received more attention from the pastry chefand dishwasher than our actual waiter/waitress/server/barista whatevs. Apparently two of the boys that worked there thought it was better to spend their time arguing with their manager than to attend to their patrons. Unfortunately this is just one of many places on Lincoln/Sobe that provide horrible service to patrons as tips are generally included in the bill. Pretty cool concept, excellent coffee (if you love the nespresso line of coffee you'll love this obviously) my first experience here was horrid as you need to "check in" with the hostess to be seated and no one informed me of that so I was waiting in line for 15 min while people were being served. They don't do "to go" cups either so you have to sit in the restaurant to have a drink. Second time coming made up for the first time and our server was really nice and very helpful. They really know their product line well. If you like nespresso, then give it a try. It gets crowded at night though, beware!!! read more

The spoons, cups & saucers they use are so cool too! I love it so much that my hubby bought me a Nespresso machine, so I like to come in here to buy my capsules. The service is amazing in the store, and if you ever call customer service about the machine, they treat you like you're VIP. My hubby jokes that I like to invent random reasons to call them. I have been here many times and each visit is always pleasant. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services. Though we usually stop by to refill our favorite pods, from time to time we sample new limited editions and get enticed into taking a few home. It's only normal to do such a thing. This store is really busy so please have patience during busy times. When that happens, I just stop by the tasting bar and have a quick espresso courtesy of the lounge club. Stopped by here because it looked pretty inside. Waitstaff is slow and obviously is bored of their job, but the hostess/waitress who served us at least put on a fake smile. Hey...at least she kinda cared and put forth an effort. Cappucino and frozen iced vanilla latte for $15. Overpriced but I wasn't disappointed with how it tasted...esp the iced vanilla latte (what the heck was in there? ICE CREAM?). They need to capitalize on their wonderful location on Lincoln Road. After a full day worth of art, books, good company and great weather, chilling at Nespresso was just right. Made a quick stop here for a pick me up snack and it worked! The menu is mainly coffees and sweets...SWEEET! Coffee was really very good. The decor is really nice though we opted to sit outside since it was one of those perfect south FL days. There is a section inside to shop for all of their products. Not sure if that should have been part of this experience and if it would have hindered my take on this place had I sat inside. I love coffee I mean, I HAVE to have it. Is is my fault that the roasted goodness of an espresso bean tantalizes my tastebuds and provides me with that jolt that just gets me up and going? So I heard a lot of people talking about Nespresso, and while out on Lincoln Road I was instantly drawn to the bold rainbow-colored store and had to experience it for myself. I tried Nespresso a few times before at various home goods stores around town where they give you samples and they are trying to sell you the machines. Of course they have this too, in the back part of the store, so this is a multi-purpose bar/store/lounge. Way to ring in the $$$ Nespresso- You got all the bases covered. We sat at the bar, which was inviting and with roomy barstools. But also seeing the sales area gave me that not-so-cozy feeling. The side tables looked pretty neat, bold colors yet once more, and it was crowded, so I guess they are doing something right. Then we got the menu. Espresso $5.50!!?? Cappuccino $6.50?! Oh no no no there has to be a mistake. Truth be told, I know for a fact that those little "pods" they use for the coffees cost roughly $0.50, and I know they are trying to make profit, but seriously?!? Now in their defense, they do have great coffees. I was impressed with my concoction of espresso with ice cream, as they called it, a "Liegois" (better spelled than attempted to pronounce IMO) and my friend had a cappuccino, which was done quite well and tasted superb, but not close to $7.00 superb ya know what I mean!? Our total which included 2 drinks, 3 mini pastries (and I mean mini), some free water plus tip equaled $22.00!! That's insane! For coffee?! My advice if you are going to come here, order the specialty drinks and truly enjoy the experience if you are spending your hard-earned money here. Sooo... The first time I came to Nespresso I had this BOMB mocha latte (I think that's what it's called). I remember that night my sister and I coined it the "Perfect Mocha" because it really was perfect. It tasted delicious and it looked beautiful! They served it in this awesome white mug/cup and it had this delicious frothyness on the top! I fell in love with Nespresso right then and there. BUT the second time I stopped in and tried the same Mocha it wasn't the same. This time they served it in this glass mug and no frothy goodness.I kind of felt like it was a half ass mocha especially compared to the awesome mocha I originally tried my first time there. I'm not sure why they changed the look of their Mocha but I definitely much prefered the original. Their sweets are great but man... now I have no perfect Mocha. The search continues... read more

It came in a beautiful glass mug, and you could see all the 3 layers of coffee, milk and foam.
