I stopped only for french fries. I was disappointed as I felt they were overcooked. Sometimes I wonder if some of these fast food places double fry the same batch of fries. My fries tasted that way. Very greasy and most likely won't go back. If I do I will reevaluate my rating. read more

The sauce was scarce...on top of all of this, the meal itself was ridiculously over priced. If you're looking for an expensive, dry, tasteless burger, then this place is for you! I won't lie, for years I resisted going here because of my perception of a side of the road shack in California. I regret those wasted years. It's moved about 3 times, but let me tell you the food is worth the drive. Roughly 15 dollars for a burger, fries and a drink. The fries are enough for two, they pack it like Five guys. The burger is the biggest in town. So if you don't want to sit 20 cars deep at inNout take a drive up the 15 and exit hwy 76. read more

We used to love this place esp when we eat there but now that we do takeouts, the service changed. a lot. theyre very stingy with the sauce . we ordered 2 nessy burgers and 2 fries and they only gave us 4 small packets of sauce. they said it's their limit. Their sauce comes in a very small container and not even enough with the fries we got. I would do 0 stars but that is not an option. We showed up at 6:10 pm and they said they were closed. Clearly on the website it states that they close at 7:00pm. Burgers are amazing. The Patty is fresh beef doesn't taste like freezer, thick and full of flavor. French fries were nice and crisp i think next time I'll just ask them to fry them well done, their thousand island dressing makes a great dipping sauce. This is a family favorite. The beef burgers are big and filling. An order of fries is definitely for sharing. The turkey burgers are also large and well cooked. Ask for your onions grilled. I've been a fan of Nessy Burgers for longer than I can remember. I started going there when it was just a tiny stand next to the gas station at 76 & 15. I have always had great burgers there. The most recent experience (05/02/2021) was a big disappointment to say the least. The burger was overcooked, dry and tasteless. The fries were slightly undercooked and limp. It was embarrassing. I had talked the other couple into stopping there. I know every place can have an off day, but the four of us were all disappointed. It wasn't busy, there was no line to order and several empty tables. I'll give it another chance the next time I'm out that way. Maybe I'll amend this review. read more

I have lived here for a year and a half at fallbrook and finally tried this place out! DAMMM! Nessy burgers man. Ill tell you suuuuuper delicious! It reminds me back then the days of George burgers being in a yellow building. All crappy and delicious food im san marcos. Man this place though... sooo freaking good. That nessy burger is big! I love Nessy Burgers. My wife does not. She's wrong. We ate there today and ordered two Nessy Burgers 7.95 each and a chili cheese fries 6.50. The total with sales tax $23.97 The hamburgers were much larger than burgers you get elsewhere. I thought it was awesome, my wife was lacking enthusiasm. The chili cheese fries was large which is important to me because volume is of paramount importance when I am starving. The water was even good. You could tell that they use a good water filter. I recommend eating in your car because the flies were annoying. I am already looking forward to going to Nessy Burgers again, my wife not so much. read more
