Pool and Spa Connection was called out because I have a policy with AHS to repair my pool filter…read more They did fix the filter issue and electrical, but when they put everything back together I noticed a lot of bubbles through the intake and blowing into the pool. How did a pool company open 30+ years miss this? The access is tight around my pool, and it's very possible their tech clipped one of the diverters and cracked it, letting air into the intake side. I wasn't accusatory, but let them know this was possible. I asked them to come back out and take a look and they insisted I call the warranty company or I would have to pay "out of pocket" because that would be "plumbing" and not "filter" or "electrical" related. So I called AHS back and explained the whole situation and they issued me another dispatch. So this morning I get a text (see attached). Pool and Spa Connection called AHS back and got the dispatch cancelled. Looks like recent reviews for this business are a sign they may want to reevaluate their SOP for customer service, since it seems to be lacking! I like to support local businesses, but with service like this, might as well use "POOL MART"

We told them we needed a…read moredetailed inspection and what it was for, and they did the most generalized inspection did not even bother to fill the liner and see where it had bubbles and where the water was getting back behind the liner. Do not use this company for inspections. We had two other companies come out here and give an inspection and they showed things that were definitely wrong with the pool, but this company had no clue what was going on with it. Their inspection said that all looked good. With an inspection like that, I would be afraid to have them install a pool. It would make me scared that their work would reflect that as well I would be very weary.
