From the mall, Netflix House is located in the northwest corner of Galleria Dallas, with its only mall-accessible entrance on the second level near Nordstrom. From the street, Netflix House is located off North Dallas Parkway on the west side of Galleria Dallas. Guests are welcome to enter and explore areas of Netflix House anytime during open hours - it's free to enter, no ticket required. However, for several experiences (Stranger Things: Face the Dark and Squid Game: Survive the Trials), you'll need to grab a ticket. Netflix RePLAY has Netflix-ified interactive arcade games like KPop Demon Hunters, Floor Is Lava, Love Is Blind, and plenty more. There is also an opportunity to shop exclusive Netflix merch-apparel, collectibles, and more. In addition, you can choose bites from a Netflix-flavored menu. I walked through Netflix RePLAY and it looked like fun, they were very creative with the arcade games and there is a statue of a demogorgon. In the Netflix merch section, there is a statue of Vecna and many Netflix products from blind boxes to clothing to tea. I purchased a Netflix Chilleez exclusive One Piece blind box pin. I've been to Netflix House Philadelphia before and they have different experiences which I liked more than the experiences at Netflix House Dallas. I was eating dinner nearby and found myself right next to the Netflix House! There is plenty to see and a lot of great photo opportunities. It's 2 stories and the top floor leads you into the mall near the gift shop area. It's free admission!!! You only have to pay if you're buying from their gift shop, themed food court, or taking part in the offered immersive themed experiences. All the staff I met with answered all my questions and were extremely helpful. You can tell a lot of the employees are fans of the Netflix original shows or at least knew a lot about them and excited to talk about them. read more

We are big Netflix fans so when we were in Dallas, we decided to go here as you can play games! We decided to do the Squid Game: Survive the Trials. When you walk in there are cool displays and decor! There is food as well along with a gift shop. The staff was really nice and we were waiting for 1 person to join us as they needed 6 or more. When the 5th person arrived, the games started. The person walking us through the trials was fun and very cool. The games were easy to complete and it was very competitive (depending on who you are with and we are very competitive). This was so much fun! We were there about 3 hours and feel like we were only able to experience about half of what they had to offer. We came on a weekday purely to check out the area and see the displays. We did not book activities or meals. The outside had some awesome statues of popular Netflix shows like Squid Games, One Piece, Stranger Things, and Wednesday. The inside is decorated with all sorts of photo-worthy settings along with a huge area for merch in the upper level. You can also eat themed food in the cafe. There's an arcade also with themed games. So, there's some things to see and do even without paying or booking an activity! The workers all greeted us and were so friendly and positive. Upstairs is the café, merch booths, and the hottest new arcade. This arcade is not what you expect- it is fun and new and imaginative!!! Everyone can play!! Downstairs are the "experiences" which currently are for Squid Games and Stranger Things. The current ticket price is $45 per person. The experience lasts about an hour. This was so much fun! The age range was from child to adults and everyone was able to participate in a way that was not eliminating but allowed everyone to have a great time. 10/10 just truly a great way to let everyone experience a fun activity. Even if you don't wash the shows, there's still a way to participate. And if you're a fan, it really immerses you in the world that you are accustomed to loving. My family and I decided to visit the Netflix House while in the area. I didn't realize that it was part of the Galleria in Dallas. We found parking in the purple garage and then walked up to the Netflix House. From the exterior there are a lot of stairs to go up. It was raining when we went so we had to be careful. At the top of the stairs there are a few sculptures of different characters from a few Netflix shows. Upon entering the building there is a ton to see. There are more stairs to climb. It's very overstimulating with the setups and sounds. We basically just walked through and saw the displays, food court, and merchandise. We didn't make any reservations or buy tickets to any of the games but I am sure that there is a lot more to see and immerse yourself in if you do those things. I went to see what all the fuss was about. This is a really cool immersive space, the gift shop alone is full of interesting items: T-shirts, curios and whatnot themed from your favorite TV shows. I have to say my favorites were the Bridgerton collection as well as the K-pop Demon Hunter's merchandise. If you've ever binge watched a series in one evening, you'll probably enjoy a lot of the inside jokes featured on some of the clothing for sale here. Getting to see Queen and Charlotte's dress up close in the exhibit was also really cool part of the experience, it felt like you were in a museum. The Netflix restaurant had a food court type of feel with tons of bespoke neon signs everywhere. If you're a television aficionado, this is definitely worth a look-see before the pop-up experience leaves town. read more

It's immersive and creative. The entrance alone is worth a stop. Statues from Stranger Things, Wednesday, One Piece, and Squid Games make for great photo ops. After the activity, we went upstairs to Netflix Bites, where the menu features dishes inspired by different Netflix shows. It's a cool concept and adds to the whole themed experience. I have visited about 4x now and I love all the merchandise and layout of their TV series, I've thoroughly enjoyed watching Bridgerton, KPop Demon Hunters, I definitely need to get on the bandwagon for Stranger things esp since the series has come to a close. I think the food area is very unique and the menu items are intriguing. I have yet to do the fun events and try the food, but I do keep going back to get some cute merch. I'm not quite sure what I experienced. We opted in for the Stranger Things activity. There is so much ambiguity around what you're actually going into. I thought it was an escape room but it's more like a guided performance. It was very anticlimactic to me. Especially considering how nice the production is, I just expected to be able to participate more and feel like the "clues" we were looking for actually mattered. In general the Netflix house is so cool. They have these huge tvs set up at the bar, a dining area and arcade as well to check out. I may return to explore that but I wouldn't do the Stranger things thing again. read more

Came here for the first time. We parked in the parking garage of the Galleria because the line that leads to the front of this Netflix building was insane. There were cars backed up onto the main roadway. Definitely highly recommended to park on the other side where it's free and mostly empty. On the 2nd floor of the mall is another entrance into the Netflix House. There's a huge gift shop, food court area, mini arcade, and lots of awesome decorations where you can take lots of pics. Keep walking around until you find the huge stairwell that leads to the main entrance of this building where you can find awesome statues outside and a great pic of the front. There, you will also be able to purchase exhibition tickets each to either the Stranger Things or Squid Game attraction where you can interact and there's a mini show. They last approximately 1 hour, but you don't have to do this if you're just cutting through and browsing. If so, it's completely free to enter the building and take pics. Lots of security and staff who are friendly. Lots of tables to dine at when you go to their restaurant. Lots of parking all around the mall. read more

Netflix House Dallas! When I heard they were making a Netflix House in Dallas I was so excited and the entire experience did not disappoint. My favorite part of the experience: Escape The Dark- Stranger Things Experience Yes the line was long, kind of like I was waiting in a Disneyland line. I would say this is justified since the Netflix House is still new and we went on the weekend. We probably waited about 30 minutes after the designated time we chose to do this. Once inside of the experience, I would like to say the actors were great, each scene was done well with a lot of thought and overall was a fun thriller. We wanted to eat at Netflix Bites, which is something I have wanted to do since this restaurant was available in Vegas however once we entered the online queue, we waited over an hour still and ended up eating somewhere else. I will have to come back to experience the food. Average pricing is expected for drinks, around $18 a drink. I did not get a photo of this, however LOVED the Texas themed merch. I have a couple reasons to come back, and want to do the Squid Games Experience next time I go! read more

This has got to be the future of what to do with large empty and unwanted mall spaces - fun immersive experiences. Netflix house has two immersive experiences to choose from (squid games and stranger things) as well as a store dedicated to merch from its most popular programs. After choosing a time slot (which can be achieved ahead of time online for less wait time) and your desired experience - you are placed in groups of 20'ish to be guided through about an hours worth of entertainment, games and fun. The level of detail in the decor is off the charts and the staff are on point about timely guiding you through while keeping the illusion of it being as real as possible. We choose the squid games experience and I was a little worried that it would be too complicated, adult or scary for my 11 year old but I needn't have. I would say that this option would be great for anyone over the age of 7'ish. Even my hard to please 19 year old deemed it a great family fun activity- high praise indeed!!! Only slight downside is the cost - at almost $40- $50 a person (depending on when you go) - this can be a little pricey for a family of 5! read more

I'm probably not the target audience for this experience. If you're a tourist or a big Netflix superfan, you'll likely enjoy it but it just didn't land for me. When I arrived, it wasn't immediately clear what the space was supposed to be. I wandered around for a few minutes before finding an attendant. The venue was extremely crowded, with people stopping every few feet to take photos with the props. There are two immersive experiences on the first floor one themed around Squid Game and the other Stranger Things. Upstairs is a dining area serving food inspired by Netflix shows, along with a small game room and a merchandise shop. The merch focused mainly on top shows like Bridgerton and Stranger Things. Overall, I was underwhelmed. Even factoring in wait times, you could easily see and do everything in under an hour. That said, plenty of people were clearly excited running around, jumping at the chance to see props from their favorite shows and snapping photos. Would I go back? No. Would I recommend it to someone visiting or a die-hard Netflix fan? Sure. read more

Oh what fun! I had the pleasure of going during opening week and had a blast! So the "house" has different experiences: squid games (downstairs), stranger things, a bar and restaurant, arcade/gaming area, and gift shop. We did the squid games experience which was totally immersive, surprisingly fun, and appropriate for a range of ages. The actors were great! The arcade area works like Main Event or D&B- buy a card and play until the tokens run out. And, of course, the games are based on Netflix shows. The restaurant/bar also has show-inspired cuisine. Nothing creative, but cutesy, overpriced things similar to Disney restaurants. Service was really bad on our visit, but I'll attribute that to opening week kinks. Hopefully things will improve as they find their groove. I had complimentary tickets so I have no clue what tickets cost. Anything over $40 would give me pause. You could honestly just visit the shop and walk around for free and still have a great experience. Definitely recommend for keeping kiddos entertained or a fun night out with friends. read more

It was a nice first experience here at the Netflix House. My friends and I joined the Fear the Dark experience which was great. It was really crowded when we got there, with a few birthday parties happening at the same time, thankfully they were joining the Squid Games interaction. If you're a Netflix fan, this place is great. It got all the popular shows, with a lot of merchandise. Now, the merchandise are a little bit expensive, as expected, but the decor, the game room, and they also have a restaurant area as well. Loved visiting the Netflix house!!! This was truly a one of a kind experience. We did both the stranger things experience and squid games experience. Each experience is about an hour long. You can buy tickets online or at a kiosk at the Netflix house. We arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled time and it took about 30 minutes in line to go into the experience. Squid games is 5 different games you compete in. It looks a lot like the show inside the experience, I definitely recommend. I like the squid game experience more than stranger things. Stranger things experience is similar to looking at clues in escape rooms and can be spooky at some times. It feels like you are back in Hawkins, and the actors are great in the experience. I was so excited to bring my family of four to experience the Netflix House. We drove in from another Texas city, 5+ hours away and stayed at a hotel in the Galleria to be in close proximity to this experience. We arrived at the 10am opening and immediately learned that the Stranger Things AND Squid Games interactive games were sold out for the day, but tickets were available for the following day. Tickets are $40 and $46/47 per person, per game for a 55 minute experience. We explored two floors, arcade with 10-12ish games, took pictures and looked at the gift shop. They also have a restaurant that I figured we would eat at so I tried to look up the menu on the wall kiosk, but it only offered drinks to go. I asked an employee passing by where to find the menu for the restaurant and she directed me to the two hostess stands where one hostess was talking to a guest (these stands were not not obvious because they seem to be randomly placed in an open space outside the restaurant area). I went to the stand that was unmanned to find a menu and picked one up, but was quickly told "you are NOT ALLOWED to pick up a menu from the hostess stand" in an ugly tone. I said "o-k" but didn't understand why I'm being treated like a criminal when I just want to view the menu and spend money at the restaurant. I looked at the menu and then left because I certainly didn't have to eat there. Read the other reviews here on Yelp - the restaurant seems to be very hit or miss with terrible service (which I experienced without spending money for it). There are plenty of other restaurant options in the attached mall. It was such an unpleasant experience interacting with that hostess and left a terrible impression on me. I don't think I will return tomorrow to spend nearly $200 for our family to experience the interactive game. Overall, we thought there would spend a large part of the day and a good amount of money exploring the Netflix House, but it was pretty underwhelming and we did everything we could in about 30 minutes. We visited the Dallas Netflix House and participated in the Squid Game experience and WOW. From the moment we walked in, the entire layout was creative, immersive, and full of imagination. Every corner had something visually exciting, from illusion displays to themed areas inspired by Stranger Things, Wednesday, and of course Squid Game. It truly felt like stepping inside Netflix. We came specifically for Squid Game, and I was blown away by how similar everything felt to the actual show. The details were incredible. The Red Light, Green Light game felt SO real that I was genuinely scared to move an inch my body was literally shaking! It felt like there was a sniper on my head ready to go off The atmosphere was intense in the best way possible. Now let's talk about Edward the host absolutely MADE the experience. Edward is fun, Edward is fair, Edward is loud (in the best way), Edward is very observant, and just the right amount of scary to keep everyone on edge! The way he controlled the room reminded me of my bootcamp days He made sure everyone listened and followed directions, but he was also very polite and kind to the kids. He's informative, engaging, and knows how to command attention. If the game were real... I'm pretty sure he wouldn't show mercy Edward deserves a raise!! I also didn't realize the last person standing wins a prize which made it even more exciting! I won't spoil it, but let's just say it's worth it. The only slightly confusing moment we had was when my family and I were standing on the stairs deciding whether to grab food upstairs. A security staff member called us over, she didn't directly say we had to leave, but we understood that we shouldn't remain there, so we left. It wasn't a major issue, just a small moment of miscommunication. Overall, this experience was absolutely a blast. Fun, thrilling, well-organized, and incredibly immersive. After my friends did Squid Games at Netflix House, they wanted to check out Stranger Things. It was horrible! They sold it as an escape room where you go into a warehouse, collect clues, and figure out what happened to the missing kids. You don't need to collect any clues because they tell you everything. It's basically a storyline you're following in dark rooms with loud sounds and fog. I would not recommend the Stranger Things escape room to anyone. I will check out the Squid Games experience, though. read more
