I didn't realize google would send out my online request to multiple services. Fate smiled upon me as Neto was very polite and inquired how he could meet my requirements and do so in a timely manner - suggesting I check out his online reviews to verify. We scheduled service within 48hrs which was another surprise as many other services quoted Jan 2024 as their earliest availability. I had 10 dining chairs, 2 club chairs and a suede sofa and 4 hrs after arriving he had finished the requested service and was wiping and cleaning up his gear. For example, he spot-treated a several stains that I did not know were there; and he took extra care to try and remove a six-month-old coffee stain from my sofa. Neto's cleaned and repaired a much beloved, old, red wool carpet for me. To give you an idea, when he took the rug away and I threw out the old padding the house no longer had a faint smell of dog pee! Not only does the carpet look much brighter, but it FEELS so much nicer to walk on. Of course it no longer smells icky. The original fringe was ragged and really filthy, and Neto replaced it. The new fringe is a bit longer, and I LOVE IT. His communication was great. As a bonus, his young daughter, who came with him to pick up the carpet, was sweet and delightful.
