Great service. Our sofa, which was a cream-colored disaster, has been reformed. Neto is one of the nicest, kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He arrived right on time. But before he got to work on our sofa, he first helped my husband charge the battery on his car, then came right in and set up. When I returned home two hours later, the work was completed and looked fantastic. We felt no qualms about leaving Neto alone in our home. He finished his work and went on his way. Reached out to Neto's Carpets in July regarding carpet cleaning due to moving out. He had availability for day and time and his pricing was fair (given this was my first time hiring for carpet cleaning). He reached out same day to advise he was able to arrive earlier, which was a plus for me. When he arrived he knew pets lived in the home and offered service to help remove pet odor (I might be nose blind). Overall the work was completed in a good amount of time (couple hours for 4 bedrooms and living room). The space definitely smelled cleaner and carpets looked like new. I was visiting my elderly in-laws, and they had a plumbing issue and flooding over Christmas. I used Yelp to find some carpet cleaners on Christmas night. My dog puked on my couch. It was gross, real gross. I felt bad to even have to have someone clean the ick for me, but every attempt I made to clean it made the fabric look worse while the splotches got bigger and bigger.
