If a business has a straight 5-star reviews, it may seem too good to be true. But I can say for sure Neto totally earned it. After the sloppy roommate moved out 24 years later, I can finally clean the carpet. Neto showed up as expected with his son, a fine young man, very courteous and appreciative. In today's society, he's a breath of fresh air. Neto used a truck-mount system which yields better result than a portable, and dries faster too. Some cleaners didn't even bother to follow up after I told them the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Arrogant landlady barged in and started questioning Neto how he was going to do the job. Neto politely and confidently told her "I know what I'm doing. I do this 25 times a day" and she hushed. Neto proved it! His son vacuumed the floor first, then Neto thoroughly sprayed the shampoo, more so on badly stained area. It was therapeutic just to watch the steamer in action. He was very detailed. He would meticulously pick up bits and pieces from crevices as he went along. Carpet hasn't looked this decent since 2000. The job took more than 3 hours to complete, probably longer than anticipated. I read on Yelp some cleaners end up charging more on the spot. Neto quoted me $350 based on the video I sent him. He did extra and also such a good job I felt that it was an underestimated quote. But he was so professional he insisted on the $350. So I bought them lunch and it was a very happy ending for all. We needed our area rugs cleaned and so we reached out to Neto for his carpet cleaning service he responded promptly and picked up our carpets. These rugs were dirty we had recently moved and one of them had a lot of foot traffic, in all we got three area rugs cleaned that ranged in size. We also have a small dog that has been having some accidents on these rugs. After a week we got our rugs back and they were spotless they looked brand new he was able to remove the pet urine and the layer of grime on the fibers.
