I get my carpets clean every year, sometimes twice a year if the carpets merit it. I have used JJ and CC and each time they have been exceptional. This year our carpet, which is a creamy light color, really needed some love. And that's what this company specializes in. Miguel and Danny came as they usually do each year and did their magic with their magical wand (I think that they said that a tool they use to clean the carpets it's actually called a wand, lol, so there you have it). Had an appt last thrusday, and was pretty happy about the service except for one thing. There was a huge ink stain by the front door that was never there before. When I called them, they didn't even let me get a word in because he was too busy scrambling his words up trying to explain some bullshit. He said he couldn't clean it up because he doesn't know how to clean ink.. So my boyfriend used some cleaning product we already had at the house and cleaned the NEW spot himself. I see others have had a great experience with JJ & CC, but I couldn't even get them to keep an appointment for an estimate today, so I guess I can't comment on their service. But what I can comment on was the lack of respect and professionalism in regards to making and then keeping an appointment. We are all busy, so when I make an appointment and arrange it so I can be there, I appreciate the other party doing the same. Juan at JJ & CC this morning completely blew off our 9 - 10:00am appointment. When I called him at 10:30am I had to leave a message. He finally called back 1.5 hours later, but the mobile call was dropped. I then sent him a text. He responded and apologized, telling me he could arrive in 30 minutes. By that time I was walking out the door to a lunch meeting. I suggested later that afternoon at 4 or 5:00pm. No response. When I got home earlier than expected, I called him to let him know I had more flexibility and could meet anytime between 3 - 6:00pm. No response. I suppose Juan at JJ & CC is too busy to meet with new customers and give estimates. Good for him. I'm glad business is doing well. No hard feelings, I just won't be giving him my business. read more

First, a word about our situation: we have three dogs and two cats. We also, because we are nuts, have white chairs and a white sectional. We have had Juan's crew come out three times now to clean our upholstery and each time the furniture comes out looking almost new. These guys are phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. Today, the two-man crew spent close to seven hours getting everything clean (a sofa, a large sectional, two chairs, and two carpets), and worked like crazy the whole time. And as I say, the results are spectacular. As I mentioned, this is the third time we've had them clean for us and they've done a terrific job every time at a reasonable price, shown up when scheduled, and gone the extra mile to get the job done right. Our school (Family Developmental Center) has been using JJ & CC Janitorial & Carpet Cleaning for years now. All I can say is they are awesome! We always have issues with parking in SF (neighbors move our reserved parking cones) and the guys are willing to work around this. I definitely can't complain about their pricing - very reasonable considering they are cleaning carpets in 10 classrooms for Infant, Toddlers and Preschool Age children. Keep up the good work guys! I had a really bad experience with these guys. I called to book an appointment with them, provided information for the apartment. Stated CLEARLY that the carpet area is around 1000 sq ft. Also mentioned that I would be moving the beds and everything from room. Based on the details, I was given a quote of 120-150$. I again called 2 days before appointment date to confirm and this time someone else picked up who said the same thing, if we want to move things from the rooms like bed etc., we can do it, it is totally fine, no additional cost mentioned here. The guys came in, Daniel and one other guy, and after checking the apartment said that the apartment is bigger than what we "thought" and the charges would be 200$. I mean I don't understand if they don't know the meaning of carpet area 1000 sq ft or what!! But I still agreed to that. Then they said, you cannot move your bed because it increases the area and it is the "traffic" area that they would clean, nothing else. I tried to work around if they could at least get it to 175$ but they didn't budge from 200. So basically, we started with 120-150$ for cleaning complete apartment to 200$ without moving the bed. This is extremely unprofessional of these guys. STAY AWAY FROM THEM OR BE PREPARED FOR LAST MINUTE CHARGES. read more
