I was referred to this shop after I lowered my dodge challenger and installed new suspension parts which left me way out of alignment. I Initially called their other shop just down the road, Thomas listened and referred me to Brent/Nick at this location. Brent answer, listened to my issues/concerns and assured me they could handle this and get me back on the road. They got the alignment handled and also reset the programming on the steering angle so my traction control would not give me errors. The work was completed quickly and I was able to pick the vehicle up in the morning the next day. After purchasing a new tire and new lugs for the rest of my tires, I was informed that one of my lugs had been cross threaded when my tire was last changed. ARGH! The company through which I was making the purchase of the new tire and lugs was the same company that last changed my tire previously. They provided me with information about Network Automotive (NA) and advised me to go there for the repairs, which they would pay for. I immediately called NA, explained the situation and was set up with an appointment for the next day (my choice). Upon arrival at the NA shop, I was a little concerned because there were several people in the waiting room and no one behind the counter. However, shortly after my arrival, I noticed a technician (whom I later learned was the manager), pull a truck up outside the door, then walk in and hand the keys to a waiting customer. He quickly explained what adjustment he had made to the customer's vehicle. When the customer asked what he owed, the reply he received was, "Nothing, come back when it's really broken!" The customer was pleasantly surprised (as was I though I can't say that I honestly know the entire story here). Witnessing this interaction gave me a much better feeling that I originally had when I walked in. The manager, Brent, then asked me how he could help. I handed him the card I'd been given from the tire shop, which explained my situation. He looked at it, said asked I'd be waiting there for the repair or leaving the vehicle with them. I said that my husband was in his way to pick me up. He said he was happy to hear that because he wasn't sure how long it would take, but he promised to take care of me as soon as he could. I gave him my contact information then left, not expecting to hear from him for several hours. However, in just over 2hrs after dropping my vehicle off, I received a text stating my vehicle was ready to be picked up along with a link to a report about what had been done to my car. When I clicked on the link, I was surprised at not only how thorough the report was, but also that it included pictures! I can honestly say that this is the best, most extensive experience that I've ever had when going to a mechanic. I would highly recommend Network Automotive. read more

‼ Got an oil change on my 2021 Tahoe. The next day, my vehicle said engine oil low, add oil. We Checked the oil and it was bone dry. I drove many miles with no or very little oil in my car - without knowing. I trusted the service was completed. My husband added 5qts so we could get it back to them. Brought it back, they looked at it for a few minutes and said there were no leaks and it looks fine, I'm good to go. Paid for an oil service, didn't receive it and wasn't even offered a reimbursement for the service + the extra oil we had to add ourselves. I called and spoke to the general manager. I mentioned not even being reimbursed and he said he will send a check. Which really isn't the issue, the $200 check isn't my main concern (but would've been the least they could offer initially). I said it would be preferable to have it checked by the dealer as I'm worried about long term issues. He said I can certainly have them do that but he isn't sure how they will see anything different. I asked if the dealer can check bearings and other issues that may have occurred and he said no, they would have to take the engine out to do all of that. He responded as though that was a crazy request and I kind of felt like an idiot at that point. He kept trying to assure me it was fine and there would be no issues. I have 5 kids and this car was big investment for us. I'm worried about long term issues and feel as though I was just left hanging. read more

Went in to get brake inspection and assumed I needed new brakes after more than 100k miles. They pulled it in, removed all four wheels, measured brake pads, checked drums, calipers, etc. I watched the inspection then saw technician walk over to manager with a clipboard. I'm watching, thinking cmon, just tell me the bad news, I'm ready for it. Manager walks up to me and says, your brakes are good! Not time to replace yet! I was blown away. He explained that ceramic brake pads like mine seem to last forever...over 100k miles. He hands me my keys and says see you next time! Over an hour of work and no charge! I'm not used to this. I felt the need to pay for it, but instead just told him he just earned a customer for life! read more

Just came here after getting new tires at discount tire store. Discount will give you a coupon and you're all set. Treat your new tires right with a fresh alignment! I had been here a few months ago and service was pretty typical. Now there is a new manager and he is on the ball. He is personable and will show you if there is a problem and explain how it affects your vehicle. I watched as he "managed" his crew in a very professional and respectful way but let them know that something on my truck did not need attention at the moment although the tech working on my truck asked about it. Major crooks here!!! Warning stay away from these crooked S.O.B.s. Brent was the service advisor that I felt with. I will never bring anything there again. The told me my wife's car needed $2400. In repairs and parts. After I said I cant afford that they gave me another alternative with used parts $1200. Said it needed a drivers cv shaft, drivers side bearing and hub. I found shaft and Hub and bearing for $200. And put them in. Only to find no change in the sound I was getting. Turns out it was a $35 rotor. Rotor has damage. They are thieves!! Be aware read more

I found out by taking my car to a Toyota dealership that the dip stick was dry. The last time I took my car for an oil change was just outside of a month of Network Auto indicating that I needed to come back. My car uses synthetic oil. I average 9-10,000 miles per year. NA owner, managers and supervisors: As I've indicated to Brent, PLEASE have your managers verify the work was done, and show the dip stick to customers once the work has been completed. I bought a 2011 F-150 last year and found out the AC doesn't really work all the time. I had taken it to 3 different places they all charged me for service. I took it to Brett Stultz at this Network location because my neighbor Bob highly recommended them. He has done business with them for years even though he is a quality mechanic himself... just doesn't have the time. They listened to my crazy story, found the problem, found that it was a frequent factory defect. Reached out to Ford found a work around and got it done for me in a day. CRAZY!! I have been chasing this for 8mo and they just nailed it. Oh... by the way... they did it for half the cost that others had estimated. in addition, because he was trying to get it done immediately at my request one of the parts was more expensive. I approved the costs. while they were working on it they were able to find the better priced parts and significant;y lowered my bill. If they didn't tell me i would NOT have known. Thank you for your efforts Scott, but I can't trust you guys so I took it to Ace Performance Automotive. I had them look it over and they found that you guys put the cracked and broken dust boots back on with the new struts. They did not find a broken mount. Because I was insistent there was something wrong while driving I made them disassemble the entire front end and they found that the right side mount had been improperly installed onto the shaft so that the spring was clocked wrong. In the end the entire front end had to be disassembled and the correct parts put on it properly.I need to speak with you about recouping my expenses for having to do your job over completely again. At minimum I deserve a complete refund. I really deserve compensation for pain and suffering and all the effort it's taken for me to get this right. read more

I've previously written a review about the Network Automotive in downtown Mesa. I have since moved and continued to use their service on Main St between Val Vista and Lindsay. I can not say enough good about this place. They consistently surprise me with their honesty and helpfulness. Bret is amazing, always taking time to look up parts and cost for me, in an attempt to save me money. My car is a money pit when it needs serviced or parts and I always walk in sick to my stomach assuming the worst. Every time I've left I've felt better because they always find a way to help me and keep the cost down.The guys remember you when you come in and are sociable. I have completely stopped taking my car to the dealership and only use Network now for everything. I personally feel that one of the most important things a business can do is show respect of your time and money and I promise you, these guys do that. Sent there by Discount Tire to remove a lug nut. They had to pull a hub to replace the stud. When my husband left, He heard metal rubbing and it was the rotor rubbing on the brake caliber bracket. They didn't tighten the hub. He called them and they said they would take care if it. So when they went to fix it, they said it wasn't covered under warranty. So we made an agreement that it would cost over $300 but they would separate it on the bill so we could file a claim with Discount Tire. The manager didn't do that and so now we can't file a claim because he didn't write it up correctly. He told my husband that he filed the claim and we didn't have to worry about it. So now we are left with $360 bill and a scored rotor that we never should have had in the first place. Find someone else and pay attention to the paperwork. This business will protect the people that send them business and not their customers. read more
