They called and the guy apologized and said he would put it up front so that I could pick it up in the morning. Jump to today. The guy at the front named "T", first of all he was wearing sun glasses inside, he rummages through the drawer for a second and says he can't find it so he leaves makes a joke about me thinking I can't hear it. Then comes back yelling at me talking about he's going to be manager soon. The managers are all looking for my id. Meanwhile the only employee I actually recognize calmly looks in the same drawer, sees my id and gives it to me. Idk his name. He had long hair. But he was truly the only one who was taking my situation seriously. T should not be a manager and the security guard who tried to escalate the situation more needs to be checked too. The girl helping us assumed I was just an Uber driver dropping off tourists, and immediately started upselling them. She fed them nonsense--like claiming Stiiizy Diamonds are harsher than Provisions--just to push their $50 total up to $90. ​Now I know exactly what happens to my passengers when I drop them off here. That $20 driver kickback means nothing to me if my people are getting scammed. I would much rather take my chances driving all the way to The Dispensary or Deep Roots Harvest to make sure my passengers are treated fairly. Never again.

I have continued choosing this dispensary over countless others because of the service and consistency I have received over the years. My interaction with Alfred fell well below the level of professionalism I expect from your brand. Rather than answering my questions respectfully, he was dismissive, condescending, and lacked basic customer etiquette. Instead of educating a customer, he made me feel as though I was asking foolish questions. No customer, especially one who has remained loyal to the same location for over eight years, should leave feeling belittled. As someone who regularly reviews businesses, I know exceptional customer service is what creates loyal customers and positive word of mouth. Poor customer service has the opposite effect. After this experience, I understand why this location has accumulated so many negative reviews centered around customer interactions. One employee can have a significant impact on a business's reputation. Alfred's communication style is undermining the customer experience and, in my opinion, diminishing the reputation of your brand one interaction at a time. Every month for the past two years I take advantage of your matrix ripper 2 for 1 deal usually buying 2-4 of them. This morning, I put my order in as usual and it seemed fine. Later that morning I checked my order status and it stated the order had been "dismissed." Now as an ally I am sure you must be aware that "dismissed" is a popular vernacular in the LGBTQIA+, community for some years now. FIGURING SHOPPING AT THIS STORE FOR YEARS, KNOWING YOUR FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HUMOROUS STAFF, feeling like you WERE an ally with a trans founder, charitable outreach to the lgbtqia+ community. This morning when I placed my order and my status had been "dismissed" I resubmitted my order and in the note/joke to budtender stated, "my last order was dismissed is it because I'm a homosexual and that I feel like when Julia Robert's in pretty woman was rejected by the Beverly Hills sales clerks" well that was apparently against some type of policy or code of conduct you have for customers. When I came to get my order. There was a delay and the timid female budtender had to go get my order and give it to another unpleasant female employee who had to go in the back room. Come back out. Go to another register and then come state to me while pointing at my message, "we do not take this type of thing lightly, we do not discriminate and I want to let you know that we are now FLAGGING YOUR ACCOUNT." In shock I said okay, she stated that TOL is inclusive and I replied "it's obvious" That is why I am/WAS a loyal customer. There is lgbt signage around the store and online. At that moment I wanted to immediately cancel my order and leave but I kept quiet. I asked the lady if she knew what "dismissed" meant to which she said she was unsure that she would have to contact Jane to find out. I told her it's not necessary, knowing that I will not be back to Tree of life. I felt comfortable and happy to come to tree of life every month for the past few years. Enough to joke with the lovely staff. Tip pretty well. Recommend your store to others. Anymore? Absolutely not! After yesterday, knowing that my account is "flagged" makes me no longer comfortable using your business. For me, I will never step foot in a place that has flagged/labeled me and my account to warn all of their employees that I am I am actually unsure of what was to be put into my account 1. I falsely accuse (joke) about being gay to an established I believed was gay friendly. 2. Disliking the movie pretty woman and Julia Robert's. And at this point I don't care. I was made aware that I was flagged/labeled and that makes me not comfortable patronizing this business again. I am upset that the thousands of points I've accumulated spending money at TOL will not be used , but I will find another of Las Vegas various dispensaries to go to. Thank you for creating a negative environment from what use to be one of the best and most comfortable parts of relocating to Las Vegas.
