This particular part only cost me $25! They give you a 30-day warantee if you need to return it. There's no refunds, but they'll get your the part you need if the one you picked out is defective or doesn't work. Replacing the part on my car was a breeze. I literally saved over $800! Don't be afraid to take on some small doable projects on your own. You'll be surprised and proud of yourself! Not to mention the big bucks you'll save.

They asked for photos of the title, our drivers licenses, and then my marriage certificate since the title didn't match the name on my ID. But it was a fairly easy process online. Since my schedule is limited, I actually put in for the car to be picked up. Originally, I had picked an evening timeframe and they called me an hour into that timeframe to tell me that they weren't able to send anyone. Pretty frustrating. But they did re-book it for the following day. The following day, someone did come during my appointment time. It was super easy! He was only here a few minutes and ran diagnostics on the car to make sure it was good to go. Handed me a check and then towed it away. You do have to pay $40 for them to come to you, but to me it was worth it. I was able to cash the check a day later and yeah, everything worked out great. I would definitely sell my car to Carvana again because they definitely did give me the best rate out of all the places here in Vegas.

Great customer service and genuine caring attitude on making sure all of my needs were met. More recently the attitude has changed. They really don't care if you buy the car you like. They know that they will eventually sell it to someone. Because of that, the 7 day money back guarantee is just a gimmick. If the car has scratches or chip they couldn't care less. You either buy it with the damage or you don't. It's no sweat off their backs. Like I said this is my fourth Carvana purchase. They have no problem watching your sale down and returns, as they just don't care. It wasn't always like this. I think their popularity went to their head. They would rather your deal go down in flames than to fix a scratch that they should have fix before they offered it for sale. They enjoy putting you in the position of either accepting damage or returning the car. So I will probably have to live with it because I like the car and it runs good. However, this will be the last time I use them. I guess my advice is if you like a vehicle from them, all due diligence is useless since they will not negotiate under any circumstance thus making their 7 days return policy useless as leverage on a purchase. Back East I'm used to having salvage yards where you can pull your own car parts. It's relatively…read morefast, inexpensive, and you are recycling which is always good. Vegas has some pick and pull type yards but more often than not they are too picked over. I had someone recommend Any & All for an alternator when I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere and I've been coming back ever since. If they don't have it they are typically able to get it at least if it's a "hard part" like starters, alternators, air conditioner compressors, etc. If you need "soft parts" like someone smacked your mirror off the car in a parking garage (Happened 2x now since I moved here), they were able to order me one in and at a cheap cost. Parking is tight. It's right on Sunset just about 1/2 mile East of I-515. You'll be able to park but getting out can be interesting. Also be aware Henderson PD patrols this section heavily so don't make a u-turn in a bad place or you may pay for it. Inside it's not the Taj Mahal. But it's functional, and for the people working there it gets the job done. You'll be in there long enough to order a part, pick something up, and pay so don't critique the interior. And the prices seem to be very reasonable compared to other salvage yards I've been to both here in Vegas and out of state. 4 Stars: If they have it or can get it, they have saved me some serious cash.

Trusting my word, he picked up this car and got it off our hands. It was heroic but when I visited the salvage yard a few weeks later I understood. Among 100's of cars, Eddie and Will know every single one, what happened to it, what it can do and what it needs. Thousands of engines, parts, are all over the place and those are all carefully accounted for and catalogued. These guys know their business and they are passionate about it. This was one of the most impressive places I've seen in Vegas, forget the strip!
