One of them tried to make us feel better by saying the new windows would save us money during the hot summer. I reminded him I bought the windows for all four seasons, not one. This is not the quality and service we expected from this company. If the Andersen salesperson Kris Riggs told us to expect cold drafts to occur, we would never have signed the contract. It was a same day appointment. As soon as we called in, a team member arrived at our house in the evening. We informed the team member about several of our windows and the crack in one of the panes. After inspecting the windows, he had taken all the necessary measurements. From there, we went down to discuss quotes. A example window replacement was provided. He had mentioned it would be better to replace all of the windows in the house to match since the new design would look completely different from the builder grade windows we have now. After informing the team member that we were really just looking into the 3 windows in the upstairs bedrooms, the team member provided the quote.
