Hybar Windows and Doors could not have done a better job. Legit 5/5, job came out perfect. Every single employee was friendly, on time, helpful, responsive. They have a beautiful showroom, I highly recommend you go in and take a look around. I spoke with every door company I could find. They legit have the best Showroom in Vegas with the best selection. Its a family business and Xander (the son) who i did most of the interactions with gave me a no nonsense price, unlike so many other door companies that would start at a ridiculous price that they knew only a sucker would agree to and would make me fight tooth and nail to get it down. Hybar started right at a fair and reasonable price (based on all my research) and made the process seemless. The installation crew came and did a great job, I tend to have a lot of questions. They kept me involved in the project, worked efficiently, cleaned up after theirselves and at one point the one minor issue that I had (and i mean really small) the owner of the company (Dad) came out and resolved it on the spot and went way above and beyond even what I expected. At the end of the day, I am happy with the price i paid, the workmanship is perfect. It couldn't look better, and i couldn't be happier. I almost feel bad posting pictures because I suck at taking them, but i can assure you I'd do this transaction over and over again.

I was pleased that they were able to come out the day after I called. I was also pleased with the new door sweep that they installed. The installers were professional and efficient. Even the lady that I made the arrangements with was very patient and accommodating. My gripe was that the ad cited $119 for the job, but she kept quoting $120 even after I pointed out the discrepancy. I didn't really mind paying the extra dollar, but it's not what was quoted in the ad. Bait and switch? One more thing. Apparently "door weatherization" does not include the sweep at the bottom edge of the door. That's $45 extra. Who knew?

    Door doesn't close right.

We had the entire house retrofitted with replacement windows. In all, 21 windows and the sliding door were replaced with upgraded beautiful vinyl windows and what a difference they make to the overall aesthetic, temperature and lighting in our 1989 home. No question, they are well worth the investment of 20K. Shoutout to the Desert King team: Robert was very knowledgeable and provided us with lots of information and options so we could make the best decision for what product would work best with our home and also be in compliance with our HOA regulations. Jason came by to measure twice to ensure accuracy and Bridget kept us updated on the timeline of the project. The shining star was Freddie and his installation crew. They knocked the entire project out in one long day! From demo to cleanup the entire crew worked like skilled clockwork and were all very respectful of our home. They left it very clean and tidy. Freddie came the next day to finish trimming out the sliding door and reinstall the security door on the slider. Very professional!

They took a design from fiverr and made it a reality They did stuff that I didn't expect like paint and install appliances too. We hired this company for a fairly large custom project totaling around $20,000, including custom…read moreFrench doors for our office and built-in living room cabinets. Early in the process, communication was inconsistent but acceptable, and our calls were always picked up or eventually returned. The project took a little longer than expected, but not to an unreasonable degree for custom work. Unfortunately, the finished product and post-payment support left us very disappointed. The French doors, while functional, do not look professionally finished. One door is slightly angled at the base, and there are multiple visible imperfections in the caulking and paint along the edges. For the price point, we expected a much cleaner and more polished result. Instead, parts of the finish look closer to a DIY project than high-end custom craftsmanship. The living room cabinets are definitely more professional-looking, but if you inspect them closely there are noticeable defects. Our biggest issue has been with getting to fix problems after payment. One of the shaker-style cabinet doors on the living room cabinets broke shortly after installation. Since we had not yet made the final payment, they repaired it quickly, and we paid the remaining balance. However, the repair appears to have been temporary because the same door broke again within a couple of weeks. After that, communication became extremely frustrating. They initially sent someone out to take the door for another repair, but then we experienced months of unanswered calls and texts despite following up weekly. After roughly three months, we finally got a response and were told the door could not be repaired and would need to be remade. Someone came out to take measurements and promised an update within a few days. That was nearly 3 months ago, and once again we have received no responses to calls or texts. At this point, we have been without a large, highly visible cabinet door in our living room for over seven months and no longer believe this issue will be resolved by the company. We will be finding someone else to fix it. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution future customers that once final payment is made, getting follow-up support for issues or warranty-related problems will be next to impossible.

This company was recommended by Yelp. Our front door was sticking and difficult to open. I submitted a description of the problem and two pictures. They called right away and said their rate was $155 per hour but said it probably wouldn't take that long. A man showed up the next day and said I needed a new door handle and some adjustment in the door frame. He needed to run to Home Depot for materials. He called me from the store and had me pay for the $193 in materials (he never provided a receipt). I live 3-4 miles from Home Depot. It took him 45-50 minutes to return AFTER the phone call where I paid for the supplies. Not only was I charged for his time shopping (which I understand) but the company also tried to slip in a $189 service fee that he claimed was for his time to run to the store. What?!? I'm already paying $155 an hour for his time, including the store run that took over 1 1/2 hours. In total, it took him over 5 hours to do the job. A few hours into the job I told him I could not afford for him to continue due to his hourly rate and slow labor. I received a bill for over $800 that included the $189 service fee and a 10% discount due to my protest. I spoke to a woman at the office who tried to justify the high price and the $189 fee. When I told her I was not paying the fee or the high price, she threatened to send me to collections. When I told her that was fine, she waived the $189 fee and upped the discount to 20%. I reluctantly paid $620 for a very shoddy job. The handyman still needed to paint the doorframe and the wall that was damaged from removing the door frame but he took so long, I didn't want to be charged for more time so I told him I'd do it myself. As he went to leave, he literally could not get the door open! It was worse than before he worked on it. That was the ONLY reason we hired him. It took him another hour just to make the door work. It's not perfect, but at least we can open it now. All this to say, we had a horrible experience with this company and we feel ripped off and taken advantage of. Like I said in the beginning, I don't usually write bad reviews. I'd rather just cut my losses and move on. But this time I thought about it for a few days and decided that if I could save someone else from making the mistake of hiring this company, then it is worth it. I've also attached pictures of the finished product. In all, I'm out over $800 and still need to have the door and door frame fixed and repainted. Note: Yelp was gracious after hearing our story and viewing pictures and videos and agreed to refund the labor fee I was charged. Thank you Yelp!
