The cake on top was stale and rock hard, basically inedible, and the shake tasted like plain vanilla instead of Biscoff. For $16, that's just not acceptable. Our server did comp the shake and gave us a voucher for a future visit, which I appreciate, but it doesn't undo the experience. Overall, this trip was very disappointing, especially for my girlfriend's first visit. I've been coming here for years, so it's frustrating to see the drop-off. Hoping this was just an off night, but this one missed the mark.
