They have shields between you and the nail tech and it looks like no one has ever cleaned them. They wear black outfits with white nail dust all over them. The girl who did my nails seemed angry and was insulting my nails. Afterwards when she lead me to the dryers, I had to ask her to bring my handbag. I brought my own polish and she just put it on the table, not in my bag. Forget about the little massage while drying. She said thank you and walked away. There's a reason why they had no business on a Friday afternoon.

Right after COVID they raised their prices a bit however, they are still the cheapest around and I got to know the girls so I kept coming back even though I don't live in the area. I always get mani/pedis. I once or twice got gel, but I don't really like it, it made my nails very dry and with ridges. Also, I get a special pedicure once or twice a year. Recently, maybe a few months now when I call to make an appt. They say they are busy and tell me to come at the end of the day close to closing, or 3 days out when I need it that night, or they don't answer the phone so now I'm forced to go somewhere else new and for more money. Also, when I'm there I see very few customers, sometimes it's just me and someone else. When I walk in I see the attitude right away no hello, no goodbye, no small talk, only talk to the customers who come in for more expensive treatments, they push the expensive treatments when I don't want them, they rush through the mani/pedis with no finesse, they put glitter on all toes when I only wanted it on one. So I have been very disappointed lately. I was there today, and they charged me $40. It has been $38 total for mani/pedi since the last time I was there which was less than a month ago. when I asked if they raised the prices she repeated $40. This is such a shame that they lost a good customer who comes frequently who drives 20min to get there, now I will have to search for a new place
