I used to be more into that stuff as a kid, so while it's not quite my thing anymore, I still enjoy dropping by to check out the novelty goods. I got my favorite mug here and for a pretty fair price too! They make a huge variety of tea blends, available in tiny pouches so you can sample lots of different types without making a commitment to a huge bag. There is a shop cat who lives here named Pepper. She seems clean and friendly, and the teas are hung up on the wall and not placed on a table so you won't get litter paws all over your tea leaves. Maybe it's just something to be aware of if you have cat allergies or just dislike them.

I appreciated how everything has clearly marked prices as well as detailed ingredient lists & explanations. Service was fine. There was one customer in front of me who was buying a lot of items. One employee was helping her and the other was on the phone. No one acknowledged me for a few minutes and finally the employee helping the other customer asked me if I was ready to check out. I said yes, and she rang me up. It was slightly awkward as I'd been standing there for a bit. Oh well. Despite that little setback, this is a cute shop and they have interesting blends and items that you may not be able to find elsewhere. It is worth a visit! Peace.

You will find a great variety of artisanal oils here. They also offer a tasty selection of balsamic vinegar. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on the products offered. They have great suggestions and are always willing to provide sample tasting. They don't have bread with the samples ( like similar Northern California artisanal shops provide). So just bring your own baguette if you can't taste oil and vinegar solo. I bought a set of oil and balsamic vinegar to give as a birthday gift. .
