I've had a ford Explorer, ford mustang, jeep wrangler, 25 4-runner, and now a 26 4-runner and tint always comes out nice! Recommend this place obviously or I would not come back 5 times.

I actually almost went with Insta Tints because of their flexibility, but I thought using this Groupon would save me some money. In the end, I ended up paying practically the same price due to their hidden costs! When I arrived, they hit me with $35.47 in unexpected extra charges ($20 for 'quarter windows' and an outrageous $15.47 'shop supplies' fee). When I questioned these extra fees, the receptionist (Leah) looked back at the owner and made a nasty face behind my back, mocking me for simply asking about the price, before turning back to me with a fake professional attitude. To make matters worse, there was a tiny bit of leftover tint glue on one window. I had already spent hours cleaning the vast majority of it myself. Instead of showing any professional courtesy, the installer (Freddy) became extremely arrogant and demanded an extra $70 just to wipe it. When I declined, he literally told me: 'You don't want to pay for a professional service, so it's going to look like this.' They intentionally applied the new tint right over the residue, leaving permanent marks, and then even typed a petty note on my invoice to void my warranty. Avoid Hot Tint Speed & Sound at all costs."

They came highly recommended the first time, and that recommendation absolutely held up. From scheduling with Aaron to getting clear and timely information from Chris to Hector taking the extra time to walk us through the phone app setup, the entire experience was seamless. That level of service is exactly why we came back. If you're in the market for a dashcam and want to make sure it's installed properly and set up correctly, this is the place to go. Aaron and his team genuinely take care of their customers. Free parking is available.

When I asked them to justify the labor, the salesperson and owner became hostile and asked me to leave the store. A confident shop welcomes questions about its pricing. I took my business elsewhere and saved hundreds. Get every line in writing before you commit here. Aaron and Adam are not to be trusted Edit in response to the owner: My review reflects my own experience: I asked for the labor to be itemized in writing before committing, and the conversation ended there. I'll let it stand and let readers judge for themselves. But look at other low reviews. They all talk about getting ripped off for labor. I've never been asked to leave a store before and rarely have ever reviewed anything Lastly, I was willing to spend $3k yesterday and terrible attitudes mixed with 150% labor costs turned me off. Enough said

I called several shops, none of which could promise the repair work within a reasonable period of time (2 weeks). Cost was not a factor as the repairs were covered by my insurance company. Levon was very straightforward in estimating the time required, which would be hard to determine before removing the door and viewing the frame damage, which turned out to be considerable. The repairs were still completed in a little more than 2 weeks. The quality of the work was excellent, and Levon provided excellent service in driving me to and from the Rockville library, when I had to wait a couple of hours for some minor follow-on repair. I would not hesitate to use his shop again should the need arise.

Not only did Levon give me an estimate during my lunch hour, he was able to do the job the next day. What really blew me away was that I added in a custom headlight replacement to swap out my dim and aging bulbs that were borderline dangerous at night and polished the haze off the headlight lenses. He replaced a few other market bulbs as well at no charge. Fast service and quality work at a fair price. Will definitely be going back to Obsession for any other auto customizations. Recommended all the way.
