It's got such a great vibe now, casual enough for a quick weeknight bite, but upscale enough for drinks after work or a nice dinner with friends and family. It's no surprise they're busy every day of the week. TBT is honestly such a gem for Roswell, and the prices are shockingly affordable for the quality and effort. The staff are all so sweet and treat you like family. It's that real Southern hospitality you just don't get back home in California! Standout dishes for me were the lobster mimosa, deviled eggs, or burrata salad to start. For mains, the Arctic Char and Pappardelle pasta were hits, and you HAVE to save room for the chocolate mousse or banana bread. For cocktails, Far Cry, A Pear of Lies, and Infinite Lies are all amazing. I even got to try a couple off-menu test dishes and it's clear they're always working to make things even better. Roswell has a total winner here. I just wish I had more time to try out their brunch on Sunday. Can't wait to return every time I'm back in town!!

Since my husband wanted potatoes with his chicken, he asked if he could substitute the side it came with for the same roasted fingerling potatoes that were already being served with my steak. The waitress said she would have to ask the chef. She came back and told us the chef said NO. That made even less sense. The potatoes were obviously already being prepared and served in the restaurant, so why couldn't they simply be substituted as a side? He ended up with the very different fingerling potato salad with peas in it instead. He got his potatoes I suppose. The fried chicken itself was very good, as was my steak, which is why I'm still giving the restaurant four stars. But between mashed potatoes apparently being a Wednesday-only event, the chef refusing a very simple side substitution, and inattentive service that left me sitting with an empty wine glass, the whole experience was unnecessarily strange. We have visited this location previously and had a great experience with both the service and food, so we were looking forward to returning while visiting the area. When we arrived, we noticed there was a large party being hosted in the private/back party room, which was nice to see that the restaurant is able to accommodate larger gatherings. Our waitress was also very kind, friendly, and attentive, and we appreciated her customer service throughout our visit. There were, however, a few concerns we wanted to bring to management's attention. First, we noticed several desserts sitting off to the side behind us that appeared to be uncovered. We are not sure whether these desserts had been prepared in advance for customers to order, but if that was the case, we strongly recommend that they remain properly covered or protected at all times. With customers and employees walking nearby and insects potentially flying around the restaurant, leaving uncovered desserts exposed does not appear sanitary or appropriate for food service. We also experienced an issue with the temperature of some of our food. Two of our seafood dishes arrived only semi-warm rather than hot and fresh. We ordered the Pappadeaux Platter with stuffed shrimp and fries. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, and the seafood on top was only lukewarm. This was particularly disappointing because we were looking forward to enjoying the seafood while visiting the restaurant. I ordered the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and broccolini, and my entire meal arrived hot. Because my meal was served at the appropriate temperature, we were confused as to why the other dishes were not. We understand that different items may require different preparation times, but customers should receive their complete meals hot and fresh. Our suggestion would be to coordinate the timing of the food preparation, particularly with items such as fries, so that they are prepared as close to serving time as possible. Food should ideally arrive at the table hot and fresh rather than having one component become cold while waiting for the other items to be completed. We did bring the issue to our waitress's attention, and she was very accommodating and provided a $12 credit toward the fries. We appreciated her effort to address the concern. However, the credit did not change the fact that my husband and daughter were unable to fully enjoy their seafood dishes because the food was not served hot. We are sharing this feedback because we have visited this location before and had a great experience, so we know the restaurant is capable of providing excellent food and service. Our goal is simply to bring these concerns to management's attention so they can be reviewed with the appropriate staff. Thank you for taking the time to review our experience. Over the bar was a large screen TV showing beautiful scenes of Italy, with contemporary Italian pop playing in the background. I started with the soup of the day, which was lobster bisque that was so full of lobster that I would call it a stew versus a soup. The complimentary bread was slightly toasted and topped with aromatic herbs that paired perfectly with the olive oil with which it was served. My entree was a special, and was the short rib. There was nothing "short" about it as the huge beef rib had a bone that overhung the plate that a caveman would be proud to own. The beef was fork tender and the steak knife provided with it wasn't necessary. It was paired with a delicious and sweet wine sauce. And the side was tender gnocchi (al tartufo) in a rich and creamy sauce flavored with truffle. Since they also have Risotto al Tartufo on the menu, that will definitely be on my list for my next visit. And I definitely want to bring my wife to that next visit because the flavor and food were so wonderful, it's a great place for a date night.

That seemed to throw a wrench and there was much back and forth between the BT to the kitchen explaining what that meant aka do not cook the food with butter use olive oil- not so complicated, right? 30 minutes later - despite the kitchen staff not being busy- reminder, we are sitting at the bar and watch the cooks looking at their cellphones instead of working... The small portion of a couple shrimp and scallops arrive. They were panned seared- highly seasoned but tasty. Pasta arrived dry ? Huh? Who serves dry pasta- ugh? The weakest link was the mashed potatoes, served in two round scoops reminiscent of school cafeteria lines. Other than the shape, there was nothing memorable nor particularly flavorful about them.
