Come here for the convenience of having Asian food in Cobb. We got the spicy fish, kung pao chicken, cabbage, mapo tofu, soup and more. The spicy fish dish was very watery and there wasn't too many pieces of fish in there. The kung pao chicken was very salty. I think the service here is nice but definitely can be improved. They forgot many of our items and we had to constantly ask for items such as our rice, water refills and even chopsticks.

We had a feast at Fire Stone. Beautifully served food! Attentive wait staff. We started with dumplings and lettuce wraps. Dumpling sauce was very tasty, and different than I've ever had. I loved it. Not my boyfriend's favorite. We also had the lettuce wraps which were beautiful but only so so in taste. We shared the duck and lamb chops. Lamb chops were tasty but lots and lots of cumin. I liked. Too much for my boyfriend. The duck was on point. Staff was super friendly and kind. Bathrooms needed a little attention.

The food here is excellent. It's top of the line when it comes to Chinese food. The chef is mainly a Szechuan Chinese chef so a lot of the food tends to be spicy but they certainly have non spicy options. I had mushrooms in brown sauce with chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly. It had the high sear with some smoky and aromatic hints that you expect from good Chinese food that cooks in high temp woks. It had a good variety of mushrooms too. The brown sauce was a perfect consistency and a great flavor as well. It was not too think or too thick. It was perfect to coat much of the dish so you got it in every bite. I also enjoyed the soup. It was one of the most flavorful hot and sour soups I have ever had. The food here cannot be beat. I will say the server was slow for only 2 tables to be in the restaurant and he did not seem to know the menu. He could not answer any questions and had to look at the menu when we said we wanted something because he didn't seem to know what they do and do not have. He did everything out and accurate though so no real complaints. I will certainly be back.

I have seen several foodie comments about this place being new(ish) to East Cobb. I had a quiet an unplanned evening pop up and decided to treat myself to Firestone via delivery. I ordered the Mongolian chicken with medium spice (with extra veggies), fried rice, and steamed shrimp dumplings. The portion size was plenty for me to have a very fulfilling dinner and the hubby to enjoy a lunch-sized serving too. Spice levels - I like spicy food, but am always a little cautious ordering heavy spruce levels at Asian restaurants. That said - I didn't find the medium to be overly picante, but the hubby who doesn't prefer the heat said it had a kick. I can't comment on ambience or service, as I didn't dine in the restaurant. I can say that the delivery process and timing took about 45 mins from order click to the doorbell ringing.

I've had their braised spicy beef noodle soup, salt and pepper tofu, mini juicy buns, and Szechuan style Wonton and they were all amazing. They also have a whole sushi and lunch section, but I haven't tried them yet. My friend got the Szechuan spicy beef and the portion size was comically large. I view that as a good thing but it also confused me because I don't see how anyone could eat even close to that much so I'm wondering if it is expected to be eaten differently than I am assuming. Not only was it a lot of food, it was also quite spicy so you'd have to be a tank to finish it. I gave this a lower score originally because of a bad health inspection, but they fixed it so I'm bringing it up to 5 stars. This is what I originally wrote: I really want to rate this place 5 stars based on my experience. Unfortunately, I must inform you that they received a 51/100 health inspection score yesterday (2/18/2026), so imma leave it at 3 for now and hopefully update once they fix that problem. It was on a routine inspection too. I've worked in a few restaurants that have had that sort of visit and we always knew long beforehand, so we'd use the few days prior to make things look perfect for the inspection, and then the kitchen would fall back to their usual lower sanitary conditions afterwards. I can't even imagine how a restaurant gets a 51 from a routine inspection. It implies that the regular conditions are bad and the management is ineffective or that the regular conditions are so awful that the preparatory cleaning wasn't enough. I think a grade of U forces them to have a follow up visit sometime soon that determines if they can even stay in business. So hopefully I get to update this quickly.

They're not just noodles, they're noodle artistry. The broth was rich, cozy, and the kind of thing that makes you pause mid-bite and go, "wait... why is this so good?" (Apparently this place is known for its fresh, handmade noodles and hearty broths, and yeah... that checks out. ) We ordered: * Sesame balls (dangerously snackable) * Chicken hand-pulled noodle soup (add the egg, trust me) * Shanghai pan-fried pork buns (crispy-bottomed little pockets of joy) * Lamb noodle soup (deep, savory, "I might become a regular" energy) Everything came out hot, fresh, and in portions that basically said, "we care about you... and your leftovers." Also, bonus points for being the kind of place where you can go full noodle goblin and nobody judges you. Final verdict: 5/5 Would absolutely return. Would absolutely bring friends. Would absolutely think about these noodles at random times like they're a past relationship. If you're anywhere near Kennesaw and not eating here... respectfully, what are you doing with your life?

Really good and consistent food, with my personal favorites being the kou shui chicken, pan fried buns, and spicy chicken. Lo mein is generally good and so are the noodles overall. My only complaint in the past has been the duck noodles, as the amt was small and mostly bones. Flavor wise the soups really have great flavor. Typically get take out or delivery but have enjoyed the occasions I've dined in as well. Will def keep coming back.
