I cannot attest to how the buying experience would be at Creation Auto because I did not end up buying the car I test drove (with owner John Cooper). Yikes! From the beginning, the whole experience was creepy. So incredibly glad I did not purchase. Mr. Cooper agreed to let me take the vehicle (over 215k miles), to my mechanic for a new buyer's inspection, though my mechanic was not optimistic about the car and I got a bad feeling driving back to the lot. The car made a sort of grinding, rumbling sound from underneath. Hmmmm. Cute little SUV though. Just couldn't trust the situation. Mr. Cooper was pushy, arrogant, condescending, self-righteous, and downright rude. His sales methods and manipulative tactics are outrageous! I had been searching for a car for my daughter for more than six months, looking and driving multitudes of vehicles. This guy takes the cake! Perched behind his pretend "good christian guy" persona with the television blaring TV evangelists in his office, it really is fucking shocking he gets away continuing his circus! For what it's worth, my two cents: stay away. This man is not a good or kind man that cares about you getting into an affordable and viable working used car. It is best not to take the risk. I want to say this is not a man of God. He's rude, low down, sneaky, snake in the grass and will avoid you by any means necessary. My daughter bought a car there. She is a single mother with 2 small children. He sold her a Jetta. She wanted to have it looked over by a mechanic so he suggested 1. She went to this man and he said the vast was in good condition. No major issues. Not even 2 months after she had it the car started making a funny noise. We made sure it had fluids and everything and then it stop working all together. Took it to an auto mechanic and was told the engine wasn't any good and she needed another 1 due to the cam shaft falling apart. I was told by several mechanics this takes time to happen to a car. My daughter called to try and work something out and the person whom answered the phone said they'd have him call back and hung up on her without even getting a name or number. She called several times and nothing. We go up there and he was so busy trying to sale a car to his only customer that he tried to brush us off. When I asked him what was he going to do about the car he said she better finish paying for it and threw us off the lot and told me to never come back. Now if that ain't taking advantage of a young mother I don't know what is. I had a friend refer me to him back a few yrs ago before he got the new lot. He was good to her but did my daughter wrong. Don't ever, ever buy a car from this dealer, whether iits Japanese, European (which is the worst, please stay away), or American. I'm warning you used car buyers, this dealer sales cars that they get for 'free' from junk yard. First thing I saw when I first walked into the dealer's lot was smoke coming out from the vw jetta's engine after seeing two guys that were driving it,I guess They were doing a test drive. "Okay, well that's unfortunate for them, maybe I be lucky getting this flawlessly looking, low-mileage bmw ('98 328i, silver, with 143xxx miles) at a good prize!" I said to myself. Well, that was not the case, lol! I was really really interested in buying that car, so I asked the salesman for the key. He was being all kind and sh*t, and he handed me the key really fast without having to take a look at my driver license or anything... After I got the key, I cranked the car and gave it a little rev to see if there's anything wrong. After letting the car running for about a muninute or so, smoke started coming out from the engine,more smoke as the engine was getting hotter. That's before I even started to do a test drive! Btw, the dealer stated it as in very good running condition car, a ready to drive car. And then I returned the key, and told the salesman that the engine is f**ked on that bimmer and you're asking for 3 f*cking grand! You motherf**ker, you gotta be kidding me! Get ur prize and facts right, asshole! After all that bullshits, I asked him for another key for A new bimmer that they have available. I cranked the car, checked under the hood, revved it a little, and there it came the salesman coming toward me and telling me not to rev the car like that, which I think he got scared that car was going to smoke like the first one. And so, he took out the key from the car and just walked away from me and said, "thanks for coming in to check our cars today, have a good day!" My reaction was, , hope you sale lots of cars in the the future ( this dude is black btw, don't know his name). I understand they're trying to make money, but at least sale safe to drive cars instead of junk yard bunch of f**ked up sh**s. It's very dangerous. Buyers, keep out!! Went there today to possibly buy a vehicle that was listed at $1195.00 (when I drove by). I came back a hr later and the price wasn't listed on the vehicle. So I made sure before I drove off it was still at the price I saw 1 hr prior and the African American guy said "you're the last person to see it at that price". So I take it on a test drive (longer than the 10 mins he gave me). Got back to the dealership with my boyfriend (who met me there to test it out as well and to make sure I wasn't getting a lemon). The African American guy straight up said "I have bad news, someone saw the ad on Craigslist and paid with a debit card so the car was sold, I'm sorry"! Total f*cking bs. Checked Craigslist and don't see a ad for this car from this dealership. Mind you the vehicles dash board cluster didn't work and a few other things. This would be my get to work car, Not my main car. Long story short don't spend a dollar at this shitty used car lot. So my experience today leads me to believe all the other reviews are ACCURATE! I'll just stick to Car Craft Auto (in Lynnwood) like I've done for the last 5 other vehicles, I've purchased (with no problems what so ever)! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I bought a 2003 Volvo s60 from this dealership for $1,195.00 outright and was told that the only thing that was wrong with it was that the cluster was out. There was no check engine light at the time of purchase, and everything seemed to be okay. I was more than happy to fix this issue because it was a really good deal for a car that appeared to be in great shape. I've now had this car for about 2 weeks, and it is sitting in my driveway with a blown up engine. I took it to a Volvo dealership and they informed me that the dealership cleared the codes for "Camshaft position timing over-advanced" which is exactly what they did to prevent the knocking sound from happening until I had the car in my possession for a short period of time. I paid their full asking price for a vehicle that "runs and drives great, but just needs a new cluster." Thankfully, I printed off the ad and have provided that to my attorney as well to show him that they were falsely advertising this "perfectly working vehicle." they claimed for it to be in "EXCELLENT" condition. I contacted the owner, John (who is a real treat, by the way.) and told him what was going on, he told me that they have never cleared codes at his car dealership. I asked him when they got my car on their lot so that I could line that up with when the codes were cleared but he flat out said "I am not giving you an answer to that." This guy is a scammer, big time. I informed him that I will be taking legal action to which he also responded "You want to play hardball, lets do it." I would advise everyone who has ever bought a car from this hole in the wall dealer, have someone check your paperwork....see if it is even completed or properly filled out. What a great selection of beautiful PARTS cars. Oh wait did I say parts cars? I did. Because that is what you are buying if you purchase from this lot. I test drove a couple vehicles from New Creation and all seemed to have major issues. One that I actually had traveled there for was a Mitsubishi Eclipse. While driving it on the freeway Parts literally started to fall out of the bottom of the car and a small fire ignited. I pulled over called the dealership they said just drive it back. I said the car is on fire they said it's okay just drive it back and we'll look at it when you get here. They still tried to sell me this vehicle LOL. They told me it was just a wire that became disconnected. I'm not a mechanic but that made absolutely no sense. This was about half an hour before they closed for the night. The thing that really irked me was the next morning when driving by I saw the same car parked in the front of the lot for sale and it was $1,000 more than it was the day before. After returning the Mitsubishi I saw a car that was previously owned by a friend of mine for sale in their lot. I thought it would be fun to see what they said about this car. They told me it was an excellent car that had been taken care of and they knew the owner personally. I knew this to be 100% false. The car was a POS and had been drove into a river at one time. It was my friend's car she got when she was 16. I knew it was her car because of a bumper sticker on the back that I had put on for her. When I confronted the owner with this he started back peddling. Obviously caught in a lie. He still was trying to sell me a vehicle. You could tell he was pretty desperate. When I said I was going to leave he literally just walked away from me. Didn't say a word. I will say buyer beware the owner is not an honest person. When purchasing a car from here take the price and double it because that is what you're going to have to spend in repairs. read more

I was a female, I was alone & they took full advantage of that. Basically using the someone else is interested tactic. They even had the pregnant receptionist, Monica, play along with the theatrics. Long story short. They broke so many laws. They let someone else sign for the car in my name without me even present & since I wasn't there, they added $200 dollars more to the price then what we agreed on. We had no proof of insurance & the call I got was "Wait, do you have insurance," after the car was off the lot & at my home. They made false promises about letting me switch out the car if something went wrong with it which later acted like that I misunderstood that promise. Do not trust them & make the same mistakes I did. Alex, is a grease ball, he'll do whatever to make a sale. He'd probably steal milk from a baby if it meant he'd get a buck or 2 but the owner, John, he's a piece of work. He'll play up the whole, I'm a devout Christian, family man, Asian wife, you can trust me b.s. I paid $3200 to get a new transmission after the '02 Acura 3.2TL broke down on me a couple months after I bought it. The mechanic told me, they used this device which temporarily disables the check engine light. The light only came on a day after I bought it & when they said all it needed was an oil change at there expense. It came on again a day after that oil change was done by them. You see the pattern? They even knew I was a single mother solely supporting my 5 yr old & that this vehicle was my lifeline to be able to drive to & from work. This place seriously needs to be shutdown. read more

I bought a Subaru from Mr. Cooper in April 2011 and come to find out it had an engine that should not have been installed in the car and started to blow fuel gaskets as well as the seal on the window being broke and in need of rotors needing to be turned. Needless to say the engine blew about a month after buying it and the lug nuts falling off the tire and needing to be replaced that nearly could have come off while driving down the road and hurting if not killing me. Filed a complaint with Attorney General and took him to small claims court. Unfortunately the engine he put in there the warranty went null when the engine blew due to apparent over heating. Do not buy a car from this place you will not have good situation unless the car didnt have problems before he got it on the lot. This experience was devastating since I asked my Grandparents for help and really turned me off to ever trusting small car lots ever. read more

I purchased a car from New Creation Auto Sales that was far from a good or honest deal. Soon after purchase, I realized that I was sold a car that had a different VIN than the one on my copy of the purchase agreement, I thought "kinda strange..." and turns out it was quarter of what it is worth. After several failed attempts to get John, or anyone at New Creation Auto Sales to cooperate, I took the said "owner" Mr. John Cooper to court. When John did not show up for the first hearing, the judge ruled in my favor. Despite the judgment against him I did not hear anything from Mr. John Cooper or New Creation Auto Sales. This in my opinion qualifies this business, and owner as shady and rather very unprofessional. When I did eventually reach him to get an answer, he stated that I was just a "thief" trying to steal money from him. I don't expect to get a professional response from Mr. Cooper anytime soon considering the way he deals with his shady transactions. Not to mention, he is approaching this as if he has been down this road before. Obviously I would advise no one to even consider doing business with him. I wish there was a way to give a -5 rating because even one star is too good. read more
