After my review, the customer service team reached out to me and gave me credits to use at COSM which I felt was a very fair gesture. I went to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory a few months ago, and my girlfriend and I had a blast. The food was great, the servers were nice, and there was no Dancing with the Stars Reception making a bunch of noise behind us LOL. I definitely recommend this place. The fact that establishment actually responded to my complaint and made a very nice gesture to rectify the situation shows a class act company who cares. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks again! Michael

The other was a vodka soda but I didn't get that. We got the popcorn which was kettle popcorn, cotton candy, and chocolate red syrup, cherry sour candies. It was okay but the presentation was 10/10. They have multiple bars here, they validate parking and it's very spacious here. For 2 people it was $100. Our tickets were $51 each but we got 2 cocktails ($36), side of fries and the popcorn ($18). I was so nervous with what seat was best to get but I loved our view. I'd come again, just wish they had more movies playing here and not only 5.

I really liked our seats. The Delta 360 has a nice bar area with M&Ms and jelly beans, and everything in there is really nice. This was my first time at this arena ... I love the layout for concerts! This was as close as I've…read moreever been to the stage. I've had a row 1 seat at other venues but found myself much further away. The stage isn't huge, but it was more than enough for the four members of MAMAMOO and their six (four women, two men) dancers. Now the bad: The concessions, save for the automats "selling drinks and packaged snacks" didn't open until 6:30pm. I found the food and drink offerings to be extremely limited: pretzels, hot dogs, smash burgers, chicken tenders, pizza. I could not find a place that offered a gin & tonic. The doors opened at 6:30pm and the concert started at 7:30pm, leaving scant time to find and consume food and drink. There was an AMEX lounge two floors up, but their list of "free" drinks was limited (no gin & tonic), and I didn't see any food offerings. Alas, I suppose this is the downside of a smaller venue. I paid $23.59 for a 20oz can of Sapporo Draft from an automat and $34.05 for very sub-par chicken tenders, soggy fries and a can of Diet Coke. The chicken tenders came sans any sauce. There was a ketchup dispenser ... Uh, that's not sauce! I never found a place selling pizza and at least two venues weren't open, Ludobab and Trois Familia. Thus, I found Crypto.com sub-par for food and drink. Venue rating: 4.5. Food & drink rating: 2.5.

Need a good team that play well to win. Oh well, I will not go to a Yankees/Angels game again. Not the Red Sox or the Astros either.... May not go to an Angels' game again. Good luck to Stan Kroenke! We were here mainly for a band that was playing there that night, The Simpkin Project, as well as watching the Angels play against the Brewers. For food, we ordered chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. A little pricey, but they always charge a lot at these places. They did have a good variety of places to choose from, but we went with whichever place had the shortest line, it was the chicken sandwich place. We ended the night watching fireworks after the game, it was awesome. Overall, it was a great experience and I would come back.

As they have tried to update the venue the challenge is usually the same issues....how can you get a large group of people safely into a tight location in the hills - amazing place to see a concert but parking or trams are not easy- I have tried it all , parking at the site - not good if you get stuck behind a car that doesn't leave right away- schedule buses are not easy either- when concert is over they try to max load them with standing patrons which is not all that safe and causes lots of delays in getting out of there. Last week we saw Santana and Dobbie brothers and it's was a sold out - parked at LA Zoo for Schuttle bus - my suggestion is if they could get some lights into that lot and have 3 people to direct people out it would make a huge difference. 11:30pm in the dark trying to find your car with aisles of merging traffic is not good. I however will tell you the staff for group sales are amazing! I put together a large group for smooth jazz every year and they are the best to work with, help you even get better seats along the way. Love them!

LAFC was playing Portland Timbers, and the '3252' fan section was in full force throughout the match. I was the only goof who forgot their Son jersey at home in our party of five. The match ended in a 1-1 draw. As expected, there were a lot of ethnic Koreans at this game, most wearing their Son jerseys as well. Noticed for the first time that at the Alley concession stand, that umma kitchen kimbap was available for $12, and gimmie seaweed for $5. The only new thing to report is that certain concession stands now offer $5 Modelo cans, limit 2 cans per person per transaction. A scan of your driver's license is required, and tax is not included, so the total was a bit over $11 (no cash accepted in the entire stadium). Our group of five got ours during intermission (halftime). As one would expect, there were long lines which moved relatively fast, but still required us to miss the first couple of minutes of the 2nd half (yeah, we were that annoying group that messed up other people's sightlines during play, though we certainly were not the only ones). Note: Pacifico is owned Grupo Modelo, which also owns Modelo (now the most popular beer in the U.S.) and Corona (top ten). Grupo Modelo is a part of Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's largest brewing company. However in the U.S., it is owned by Constellation Brands (the beers are still brewed in Mexico by InBev, but marketed and sold by Constellation in the U.S.)

The most impressive part was the engineering of the building. Since it's on the earthquake belt, the columns have shock absorption base. We also visited owner's lounge. The tour is about 1 hour. At the end, you can spend time on side of the field as long as you can and a staff will assist to exit when you are ready. The sound system and wireless mic had issues when it was Lionel Richie's performance. They fixed it after a period of using wired mic. The Earth Wind and Fire concert was fine...very high.... I only watched about half of Lionel Richie's performance. Because I was tired, and wanted to beat the tariff rush. I also went to look for Dan, the usher supervisor and Tiffany, one of the ushers. Did not find anyone. Went home. Got a T shirt for $5. Tip: the shirt has date on it. It is unsoldable after the day of the concert. They can still make money at $5, simply not much, but that is better than nothing. Now the parking...the cheapest parking is at Hollywood Park Casino at about $35. All the other parking is about $50.00 and up. I pay $62 for a parking space on Century Blvd. To my surprise it was a strip mall parking lot. A company rented one of the unit and then started to charge for parking for events at Intuit Dome. They do not own the property. There was not even an attendant. I guess they did not sold enough passes to justify hiring an attendant. At the site there is a QR code, which charges $50.00 for six hours of parking. The only worry is if they tow our car, so it is better to pay the $50.00. Towing and getting the car back can cost $300.00 and up. I had my rental car towed in Boston. It ended costing me $300.00. It SUCKS. Conclusion: everything was ok except the parking which costed me a lot of stress. Other than that the concert was enjoyable. The night average out to be a three stars experience. Ray out.
