NewFlow is run by a team of brothers Arman and Armen that themselves do the work.  Very experienced.  Fair and transparent pricing.  Really appreciated the good communication (text, sending pictures, videos). Their price for lining a 15' six feet deep sewer pipe was half of that of RootermanLA.com, and included pulling city permits and installation of a cleanout.  Great customer service, responsiveness, prompt communication, well versed with pulling city permits.  Couldn't have been more satisfied with their work. I recently had cause to use New Flow Plumbing for a CCTV sewer inspection. Unfortunately, the city inspector concluded the sewer needed rehabilitation. After doing my homework, I contracted with Arshak and New Flow Plumbing to do the required work to get the sewer line up to snuff so I could get my signoff from the city. Arshak was great to work with - personable, communicative, and efficient - and he and New Flow Plumbing (along with another subcontractor that has a special license to work on city streets) got the job done quickly without any added drama. We have been using New Flow Plumbing's services since 2017, around 6 years. They have helped us with numerous problems, from big issues like root incursion in the main sewer line (fixed once and for all with a new extruded pipe inside the old clay pipe), to installing a new water regulator, to various smaller plumbing repairs. Most recently, Armen fixed an issue with a sink that would not hold water when the drain was closed; the job turned out to be more involved than expected, but Armen stuck to the task and got it working, for which I am eternally grateful! Should be put out of business. I rarely write reviews, but they are so dishonest I am compelled to let everyone know just how awful they are. They told me no charge to come out , and they will let me know how much it costs to fix the leaky garbage disposal when they get there. They dismantled it , said there is nothing wrong and then tried to force me to pay $180 to just put it back together , which would take 8 minutes. They refused to put it back together , leaving me with a non working sink. My husband put it back together in 8 minutes. Dishonest Thieves. Unfpfrossional. Liars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. TRY ANYONE ELSE. They tell you no charge to come out and then they hold your plumbing hostage and force you to pay them whatever they want. AVOID NEW FLOW PLUMBING LIKE THE PLAGUE. read more

I contacted Arman after discovering my kitchen faucet was leaking and the hot water value was broken. I cannot recommend New Flow Plumbing enough. Arman went above and beyond to help me get my kitchen back in order in a timely manner (I live in a condo and getting the water turned off was a process). I also was considering replacing my sink and disposal at the same time and he answered my questions about what that would involve. In the end, I decided to just replace the broken value and faucet but I did so in part because I felt comfortable with the rest of the sink plumbing after having Arman inspect it. I thought his pricing was very fair and I absolutely have piece of mind about a job well done. I also received an emailed receipt in a timely manner. Okay, I have to give kudos to Arman and his brothers at New Flow. They were good. They were priced very reasonably, they were friendly and professional in their demeanor, and they got an unexpected yucky problem solved quickly. I felt they went the extra mile in making sure all was well with two different sewer lines I have on my property. In my case they ultimately found it was roots in the sewer line, but that wasn't at first apparent. They came out quickly and rolled up their sleeves and dealt with this less than hygienic problem. They removed a toilet and snaked the line. But that didn't do the trick. So they brought out a camera and saw/measured how far down the line the blockage is. Then they brought out this wazoo instrument where you can walk the underground pipe from the inside to outside of the house, winding around, to find the exact spot underground where the problem is. In my case they had to dig 8ft down, and sure enough they found the blockage right where the wazoo instrument said it was. They worked hard, fixed it, patched up the part of the driveway they had to dig up, and followed up a few days later. They did a great job of getting the problem solved quickly and didn't break the bank in doing so. I promised them I'd write a review on Yelp (my very first one), so promise kept. Wow, finally plumbers with out all the run a rounds I'm use to as well as the notorious crack we all know them for. A friend of mine referred me to Arman and I have to tell you, he was the nicest guy. The person who answered the office phone was incredibly polite and understanding. Firstly I didn't just have a minor clogged sink or drain. No, I needed Water heater replacement which, as a young girl (read: Peter Pan Syndrome adult lol) this was way beyond my comprehension. Most of my friends are girls so I was lucky to find someone with a referral.... not many girls are willing to help me D-I-Y a project like this. First of all I was really excited when I realized he was available the same day and no joke maybe it was a slow day but he came right away, like within an hour. Arman came, quoted and conquered. I really appreciate service-oriented family run businesses with a heart and this is definitely one of them. I will def use them for my future plumbing needs. what a scam the owner tried to charge me 2500 for a drain cleaning after they broke my pipes!!! never ever trust this company run and run fast. they kept saying that a woman has no idea about plumbing and that I should just " shut my mouth" well once my husband got home they changed their attitude quickly but they still tried to rip me off for 2500 when they broke my pipes. our next calls is to the BBB and our congressman. read more

Literally just created an account just to write this review; this plumbing service is fantastic. They came within an hour of me calling, and the plumber I had was hard-working and focused, and he didn't rush to solve the problem. Instead, he made sure what the problem was first before rushing in and potentially flooding the place. Not only that, but he made sure I wouldn't have to pay as much by finding the most convenient route to solving the problem. Additionally, once the job was done perfectly, he checked several times before he left, told me what the wider problem with the building's piping was, then took a picture for me to show the building's manager. He also noted my toilet was using too much water per flush, which I can report and as a result save money on my water bill. He was patient, good at his job, and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering how quickly and well he completed the job. I couldn't have asked for a better service.
