Got my screen fixed by these guys awhile back recommend by an old boss. They did a great job fixing my screen and threw in a glass screen protector. Unfortunately when they gave my phone back my rear camera was not working anymore and my phone no longer vibrated. They first said it was because of corrosion or rust, nonetheless my camera worked before they touched it. Then they said they would get back to me and fix it all and they never did. I never would've fixed my screen if I knew i'd have to sacrifice my camera. Just 2 weeks after repair, phone is not sensitive to touch or is too sensitive. My phone clicks the wrong things and it's a hassle to type. It also freezes up and stops working periodically. My phone also overheats on the charger now. Will not be returning. read more

I was originally here getting a car wash since I was in the area for a business meeting. I noticed that they fixed phones while i was waiting for my car to get washed. My iPhone 7 had a small crack but everything was working fine. I got the phone fixed fairly quick in under 25 minutes, checked in and got a free screen protector. By the next day my phone started typing on its own and I would have to lock the screen and then unlock it to get it to stop. It was very annoying. I went back to get it fixed and they gave me another screen without any hassle. This time about an hour and a half later it was doing the same thing. Instead of going back i opted to make an appointment with Apple instead. Staff was friendly and told me to come back if I had any issues... I just didn't feel like coming back a 3rd time.. Gadget Tech is a whole in the wall cell phone accessory and replace shop. It shares its real estate with a car wash. I have only been in their to get phone cases and a screen protector. I have never had my phone repaired there. I bought a phone case and a screen protector and the gentlemen was very helpful and put all of it on my phone. These boys are real nice when you come in and they see dollar bills. I experience a bait and switch. Told me for higher price that they would replace my glass and it was standard for them to change the button and speaker ( for better apple quality product) now my button only works once in awhile. I go to gadget every few months it seems like, whether it be for my cracked screen or my battery & they've always taken care of me! The longest I've had to wait was 30 minutes! Absolutely terrible. I took my phone to get a screen replacement and they gave it back to me partially raised and open. When I asked why the screen was popping up, they said the batteries were swollen and the screen couldn't be installed properly. They still charged me for the service and didn't give me my money back! This establishment told me I could bring in my phone and that they had the parts in stock. I thought it was too good to be true for my phone to be finished the same day because other places didn't carry my phone part (due to it being so expensive) luke knew I didn't live in the area and I was driving around to kill time until my phone was finished. I even called a few times to check up on my phone and was told that it was being worked on. I went back to pick it up and what do you know, it's still in the same condition it was it when I dropped it off. This place probably didn't have my part in stock and thought they could play me by thinking they could lie and get away with it. I got my phone and won't be giving these idiots my business of 240.00 plus tax. I got a hold of rockstar phone fixers in upland for 215.00 out the door and was served with top notch customer service. Avoid this place with bunch of kiddies working on your gadgets. Big waste of time. Edit:Logan is who I spoke to over the phone promised me it could get done the same day or I wouldn't have took it in. I made sure of it. He told me that he could fix it by that day. I came in 15 mins later ( not a hour)as I rushed over there. As far as the "discount " I wanted a better price because you guys were the most expensive compared to other places I had called but the only difference is that they told me upfront that they didn't have the parts in stock but you claimed you did. I thought I'd pay a little more with you guys since you supposedly had it in stock and claimed that it would be fixed by 7. Upon further reading other yelp reviews a lot of people seem to think that you guys say that you have the parts in stock when you don't. This place had the most expensive pricing so I wanted you guys to price match(which most businesses do)Logan shouldn't have made a promise that he couldn't keep just to make the sale and that is why I took my phone back. Had my screen repaired on my IPhone for an absolute great price and the repair was quick! However I had some immediate issues which they initially tried to fix but did not. The actual screen on my nephew's iphone was so shattered after he dropped it that he actually cut his finger on a shard of it. Yes, there should have been a screen protector on top of the phone, but there wasn't. We took the phone to Gadget Tech and Jake replaced the main screen glass and then put a screen protector on top of that. After my nephew picked out a new case it looked like he had a brand new phone. Unfortunately, later that evening we discovered that it wasn't working properly. The phone seemed to lock up intermittently, and nothing would happen when we swiped up from the bottom or tried to move various apps left, right, up or down. A long story short, we took the phone back to Jake the next day and he fixed it on the spot. It turns out that the screen he had put on the day before had a defect that prevented it from fully transferring the pressure of the fingers on the phone to the icons and apps we wanted to move or open. Jake just replaced the screen with a new one and all was well. Simple and efficient. No extra charge. No sending the phone back to Apple, no waiting days or weeks for it to get repaired, and no hassle bringing it back to have an adjustment made. Just fast and great work at a very fair price. VERY affordable! Nice managers!! When I went in the first time a few weeks ago I spoke to this kid who didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and I was hesitant to leave my phone with him. However after speaking to a very friendly and knowledgeable woman manager on the phone she assured me everything would be perfect and I would get my shattered screen back and fixed in no time. Took my phone in last month to get the screen fixed. My phone was working perfectly fine until they fixed my screen, which had a minor crack on my screen. Went to pick it up it looked fine. But when I made a phone call the ear part was going working. I had to have all my calls on speaker. This was never an issue prior to getting my screen fixed. When I picked up my phone they did not inform me that anything else was wrong with my phone. I called them after I left to inform them about this issue. Of course they didn't answer nor return my call. I had to get a new phone which I was not happy about. I think they're unprofessional for one not even returning my call to discuss this issue I started having after taking it to them. I feel they ripped me off. Disappointed with this business. Terrible service and experience. Went in April 2019 because I had dropped my phone and needed a new screen. They encouraged me to buy the most expensive option which was an original apple screen with lifetime warranty, I paid well over $200 for this. Not even 3 months later my screen stopped working and green/white lines appeared in the center of the screen. My husband took my phone in and was told that the warranty wouldn't cover because the screen had been damaged. They said I would have to pay for the repair AGAIN. I called and told them that I have not dropped my phone, caused water damage to my phone or any damage since I got my phone screen replaced. The screen stopped working on its own as I was trying to make a phone call. The manager who was a very rude and incompetent lady insisted that the phone had been damaged, that it could've been from carrying it in my pocket or purse, that I could've accidentally or knowingly caused the damage to my phone. She also said apple products are not good quality and not durable.. This is NOT what I was told when they were originally trying to sell me on this - which happened to be the most expensive screen they carry. I asked to speak to another manager, she refused, I asked to speak with the owner, she refused. All she said was that she could give the owner my contact information for him to reach out to me. Which he still has not. She let me go with a non functioning phone, and unwilling to help me at all. I ended up going somewhere else because I will not give this place another dime. The new technician who was replacing my screen noticed right away that my screen had previously been replaced, he said they did such a poor job, even the way the glue was applied. He then inspected the phone and noticed that the bottom was bent from when I originally dropped it. He said the technicians should've caught that and smoothed out the bent because that causes pressure on the screen which causes it to get damaged. He said whoever worked on my phone was not diligent and did not inspect my phone thoroughly when they replaced the original screen. All in all going to Gadget Tech was the worst experience. The manager (lady) is not fit to have any type of management role. Especially not one that requires customer service. She didn't care about my concerns and her comments implied that she was questioning my integrity. She was completely incompetent and just kept repeating "this is our store policy". Total waste of money, though at this point it's not about the money, it's about the principle. I feel bad writing this review because the employee was fairly nice when working with me. However, i fixed my phone on October 18th, i made sure to ask if this came with a warranty because I've had bad experiences in the past and if I'm paying that much in price I want to make sure my stuff works, not so irrational right? Well, I had to go back two weeks later and get the screen fixed again because it just -stopped working. Bugged out and stopped. I have two days with this "fixed" phone and it is now glitching again. I have an iphone 11, so when i tried turning it off to restart it, the screen went black and i couldn't see what i was doing and the alarm on the iphone caused me to dial 911, I had to stay on the line and tell them my phone was messing up and not allowing me to hang up, and asked if they could hang up since I couldnt. Waste of my time and theirs and completely avoidable. Im very disappointed because I see all the good reviews but what happened to my phone? I haven't dropped it or anything and even when i went in the second time the employee was a little hesitant to fix it saying "ill fix it this time but next time bring it in sooner" as if i was supposed to know it would break on me. I am going to call and see if I can get a refund, I hope they are honorable and give it back because they ended up not being able to complete the business they promote. read more

Fast and friendly staff, Taylor and Vinnie went above and beyond to fix my iPhone 8+, other shops said it was hopeless and I should just get a new phone. Not Gadget Tech, they were able to diagnose and repair my phone in less than 36 hours. People seem to think good work is the same as fast work, you should never base your repair choice on price. You get what you pay for, if you insist on being cheap then don't be surprised when you're not happy with the end result.
