My husband needed his work iPad fixed since he was going to get a new one from his job. Since we didn't know how the screen cracked, we had it fixed. They charge us $120 and the iPad looks good as new, like nothing happened to it. We took it in and it was ready the next day. Which was a good thing since my husband needed his iPad back for work ASAP. Totally recommend them.

Came to get my iPhone 6 a new oem lcd and glass. Got them for a good price. Took the phone home the first day, and my boyfriend pointed out that the screen had three dots and a bend on the lcd at the bottom. Took it back and the tech replaced it with another oem screen for free, as they have a 60 day warranty. Overall, happy with the purchase, but I live pretty far away from this place, so it kind of sucked to find time to go and get a new screen. Still really happy that the warranty was honored. read more

Honestly, first time here from a recommendation but their customer service was amazing and you won't get it anywhere cheaper. I drove around trying to find a place that would fix it for a cheap price and the closest price was 90 dollars but they fixed t here for only 59.99! Definitely recommend this place!!!! read more

Had charging issues with my iPhone 8 Plus. And asked around most places wanted to replace the charging port for $40-$80 and $30 to clean it if it didn't need to be replaced. Gadget tech would replace for $30 and had good reviews, was a little drive but they seemed honest. I get there first thing in the morning and the young gentleman stopped what he was doing and checked out my phone. Said it just looked a little dirty and cleaned it out. Asked what I owed him and he said don't worry about it! Other places want to nickel and dime, well steal $30 ! I'd highly recommend Gadget Tech, and wish I got the guys name. Came here to get my battery replaced turns out they didn't replace nothing! Or probably just put in a messed up one because my phone dies at 10% all the time! So I came back to let them know he first told me to wait 15 min so I did then he told me to wait 5 more min so I did.... And then when I went again he told me his "tech" wasn't there! The fact that I payed $30 for their crappy service they told me it had warranty but yet they don't stand for their own policies shitty place shitty service and the guy that owns that place is a complete douche!!! DONT GO TO THEM BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! read more

This place is a Joke!!! I took my phone there to fix. They charged me $200 to change the LCD screen. I took it home and it's not working. I took it back to them to check it, they practically throw me out of their store. I've never met a worst service in my life. Don't waste your money at Gadget Tech. They are bunch of Rip Offs!!! read more

They did an amazing job! It took them like a month almost 2 months to fix it. (There was something wrong with the my "circuit board" in my iPhone) There was a little bit of communication issues tho but overall they did a really good job. I highly recommend getting your phones fixed here. read more

I came in to get my iPhone 6S repaired and I have absolutely nothing bad to say! I got the OEM glass screen and had them replace my camera. They got me right in and repaired my phone within 20 minutes. Luke had amazing customer service and the technician was very friendly and did an amazing job on my phone. My screen looked brand new with the original Apple screen and their prices are amazing. Other customers that were in the store seemed very satisfied with their repairs as well. The whole team was very quick and efficient from getting me checked in to repairing my phone and testing it with me to show me everything was working great! read more

Do not get your phone fixed here, first they charge you just to check you phone around 27 bucks, they couldn't fix my phone and these idiots still charge me after telling me my phone can't be fixed the day I came to get my phone, another 27 bucks. Stay away from this shitty repair shop! read more

I spent an hour calling around San Gabriel Valley and I.E. and not only were their over the phone customer service excellent and pleasant, but the price and speedy service out beat anyone else! Guillermo was incredibly communicative when I requested a quote, answered all follow-up questions I had promptly, and offered a very reasonable price for the entire repair, especially considering I'd also asked to additionally have its battery replaced (and checked that a waterproof seal would be installed). He explained my options thoroughly and was very honest with me re: the options I had (he offers both OEM and aftermarket repairs). Throughout the whole process, he communicated immediately with me regarding the delivery status of the parts, the repair itself, and finally how long they would remain open for me to pick up my phone. To top it off, the price was the best across six separate repair shops I had asked. He also installed a new screen protector for me, and did not charge anything for it. It's been a little over a week since my phone was repaired and it's been working like new. DON'T COME HERE!!!!! Dropped of a ps4 to be repaired early October 2020 and everything seemed fine. They warned me prior that it might've been something that isn't repairable. No problem, gave them $35 to diagnose and just make sure. Long story short I heard no update for 4 weeks. Called and spoke to a guy who told me their repair person was not returning calls, taking forever and wasn't coming in on expected days. Even mentioned they were trying to fire him over the phone. Told me that if I hadn't heard anything within a week please call back and ask for another update and assured me they'll be getting to it soon. Gave them TWO weeks (again I wasn't in a rush because it might not be usable anyway) and no updates. I had to call again and finally they told me this was the case and it was ready for pickup. We're in mid November now and I came in to pick up my ps4 and another guy tried to give me the wrong one. Once I told him it wasn't mine he began asking me if any of the others they had was mine. After showing me 2-3 more with no luck he texted his manager and repair guy to find out what's going on. Mind you I stood there for at least 30-45 minutes as he was waiting for replies and texting back. Can't you make phone calls to speed it up while I'm there? Not my fault it was wrong. After waiting he finds out that the repair guy apparently still had my ps4 at his shop. So basically a BIG waste of time showing up for them to realize they should double check their own stuff. In the meantime I needed to repair an iPad so I dropped it off and gave them a second chance, luckily they didn't screw it up and I got a text about a week later on Dec. 9th saying "my device was ready to be picked up." Knowing I had two I asked them which one. THEY SAY THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE IN MY NAME IS AN IPAD AND NO PS4. Obviously I'm thinking this is crazy and I tell them which ps4 it is and the person texting me says they'll take a second look. Told them it is one that isn't repairable so hopefully they have something to go off of that they really should've already known but whatever. I pick up the ipad and there's no issues there. iPad looked good so I will give them that. All this time I get no updates on the ps4 unless I have asked or called!! FINALLY, on Dec. 16th they tell me my ps4 is back at the shop and ready to be picked up. I come in today which is Dec. 23rd to pick it up and to my surprise, THE SAME GUY FROM THE FIRST TIME HAD TRIED TO GIVE ME THE WRONG ONE AGAIN. The second I saw it I knew it was wrong (mine is slim and they had the regular) and he tells me this is the one his manager insisted was the right one and it's the only one they have in the store. I told him his manager (Taylor) can say whatever they want but you're not going to convince me what I know is not true. Basically tells me Taylor will be there tomorrow and I will need to talk to her. THANKS FOR THE HELP!! I asked if Taylor can call or text me instead and he said he can't give out personal information. I thought to myself obviously I'm not asking for a personal call they can call me from a store line or text me like they did before from there even tomorrow but whatever at this point I will be going in tomorrow or calling to figure out what their problem is this time. I've been super patient with them but it's been almost 3 full months since I dropped off my ps4 and I'm just trying to get it back. For god sakes it's broken so I'm not mad at the world but it definitely is not professional and it's really a big waste of time going through this . Went in to get an iPhone 7 screen fixed. Over the phone they said it would take an hour from when we come in. We get there and they say sorry we've been slammed all day, come back at 530. Which was 4 hours later. Ok no problem. We come back and the phone was ready. Except the screen wasn't sitting flush at the top, and the whole lighting of the screen was really yellow. He said it was his mistake and he installed a different screen rather than an oem screen because they were out of the oem! He then recommends we wait for another hour until he has someone go pick up the right screen. As we wait I was watching him change out another customers iPad screen. He got hostile with and asked me what am I looking at? We immediately asked him to put back the old screen. Yes the broken one. That's how much we were fed up with their service. I am so happy with my phone repair :) my boyfriend referred me to Logan and he was a great help, got my phone repair done in like thirty minutes which is was extremely convenient. He even let me switch from a white iPhone screen to a black one. Thank you! Will be back and will refer my friends :) -------------------------------------------- Update: My boyfriend got his phone fixed here a few months ago and the battery shut down again. We brought it back to Logan and he was able to swap it out for a new one free of charge. I brought in my iPhone 6 plus because i was experiencing these weird issues with my touch screen. It turned out it was "touch disease" that i discovered on Apple's website. Apple did not want to do anything about it but Gadget Tech did! I called around and many shops were not capable of foxing motherboards. The turn around time was great and they let me know that it is covered under a 3 month warranty! Tom and Freddy were very knowledgable and the atmosphere was friendly. Loved their set up and continued communication with me throughout the few days. Very happy and will be returning. read more

Thank you for saving my week GadgetTech! I come in fairly early on a SUNDAY and they are thankfully open. I'm greeted by the person at the front desk (Luke) and he tells me that my phone (which was so bad I couldn't even turn it on) will be fixed in 15 minutes?! He wasn't wrong. 20 minutes later i walk in and he's ready for me with an invoice already written up and my phone looking brand new! WOW! What an experience. I had broken my work phone a Samsung Note and needed it in a jiffy, I had come in a little flustered, and Vince and Taylor did such a great job explaining the process and with such good spirits. It only took 45 minutes and my phone is like new! I can't believe I didn't come sooner! Highly recommend! I was even able to get a Glass screen protector, and they install it! I could not be happier! I brought in my Macbook Pro for battery issues and they did an amazing job. They took it in for a diagnostic and I was called by a tech 2 days later with an explanation of why my battery was acting the way it was and a price! Very good communication from them and the price was very fair. Ive now had my laptop back for a week and it is running amazing. Always an awesome experience. They came to my business and fixed two of my phones. Both times I've received them in immaculate condition. This is coming from someone who has taken his phone to another place and have had issues there. Both my phones are still working perfectly the same as the day I first purchased them. I just picked up my laptop from being repaired and I am very satisfied. They're open 7 days a week which is really convenient for me being as busy as I am. I noticed they had cleaned all the surfaces of my laptop and my keyboard (really appreciated that). I brought it in because it was lagging. Tom replaced my SSD and cleaned up some of the software. I came in because my screen was cracked pretty bad from a fall when I was hopping out of my car. The guy working the counter, Logan, was very helpful with diagnosing the issue and dealing with it in a timely fashion, replacing my screen, cleaning all the gunk out of my charging port, and placing a tempered glass on my phone to protect it. Gadget Tech is as good as it gets. I have never had better customer service anywhere. They explained everything efficiently and so I could understand. I had an iPhone x fixed and my Samsung S10 while they had to order parts for the Samsung it was quick and painless to get the parts in and to then get it repaired. Brought my iPhone here to get the battery replaced. First he told me it wasn't the battery. Then it was the battery. He changed it (I'm assuming). Few days later phone just shut off. Took it back he fixed it. But the battery he replaced it with goes from 100% to 50% in 20 minutes. Now when I call and text I'm ignored and placed on hold. Don't go to these frauds read more

This is a really awesome place to get your phone fixed. It's a little hard to find but don't worry just go inside of the car wash it's nearly tucked away. Came in early Thursday morning, my iPhone 7 had black spots all over it. They quoted me a reasonable price and got it fixed in less then 30 min.
