Although I think it was a lot of money ($369 plus tax) to replace the screen and frame on my Galaxy 8 plus and I probably paid a little more than I would have if I had gone somewhere else, but I will say they have great customer service! They have a mobile service that comes to you and in most cases can fix it right there but they can't this particular phone so Logan picked it up at my work, took it back to his shop and brought it back to me, all within a few hours. Came in to replace an iPhone 6 screen. I learned that the advertised price of $89 is ONLY for glass repairs (where LCD works fine), they charge $139 for both LCD and glass replacement. Ended up paying about $160 with an add-on tempered glass screen protector. Job was done on time, it is conveniently located inside a car wash so I got my car washed in the mean time. They have good salesmanship, they will offer highly up-priced accessories at a discount ($10 item, for $30), and give you the impression that you are getting the best deal. I would go back if it were actually cheaper than getting it done at Apple ($129). Luke seems knowledgable about the stuff and answered all the questions I had about broken screens. I have used this place a number of times to repair cracked screens. The last time I brought my phone in for water damage and I felt they really over priced the repair because they knew I needed it in a hurry for trip. They claimed they replaced the battery, yet the new one will not hold a charge. Stupidly, I went in again to fix my son's phone. I made it clear, I had insurance and would not pay more than the deductible to replace the phone. The girl quoted me a price and said it would be done in 25 minutes. I waited for over 30 in the car wash lobby, went in to check and another guy was there and said that it was actually going to cost $200 more than my quoted price. He said if I didn't do the added repairs, the phone would not work. I said no, I can pay a lot less for the deductible and get a new phone. He then proceeded to charge me $25 for a diagnostic. I was clearly upset and said I never agreed to that and I only agreed to the price I was quoted for actually fixing the phone. He then tried to get me to let them do the repair they quoted me even though the phone would still not work. They basically wanted me to pay $70 to walk out with a phone that still didn't work. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
