I took in my iphone to repair screen as soon as i picked it up i noticed the keyboard would not work,i went back and talked to same guy which was rude and would not do anything without my invoice. I told him its only been 2 days really?? He refused to look at it so i went back home to get it,what knd of business doesnt keep invoices after 2 days? It turns out the screen was defective so i told them go ahead and replace battery and paid $39 now the phone randomly dies and battery dies at 40% unfortunately i lost my invoice and they will not warranty it. So listen here guys. Its Friday night and I just had the worst day at work. Walked in on a busy Friday 3-4 other customers inside. Place was small, but looked very very busy and professionally ran. I felt comfortable since they were busy! My 6s plus had been ran over, and my home button had been completely ripped off. Didn't even think they were gonna be able to fix it! I brought my phone in to get the screen replaced because I dropped it and it cracked. When I brought it there they said they could fix it and it would take three days. On the third day they returned the phone to me. It had a new screen but the phone wouldn't work. The power would shut down after it turned on so I took it back to them that same day. When I took it back they said they would have there tech look at it in the morning. I called them the next day and they said there tech hadn't looked at it yet. A few days went by so I stopped by to pick up my phone but again they had not looked at it yet. After a week went by I just bought a new phone. After about two weeks I finally just go back there again and the owner said to give them an hour more to fix it or they will give me a refund. I wait the hour come see back my phone is still not working so he gives me a partial refund. I payed him 86$ for something that they did to my phone while they repaired the screen. The phone was working fine even with the cracked screen . They gave me A 60$ refund and I was pissed I had to pay them to ruin my phone. Bad customer service and bad business men.. read more

This place is a total lie! I had a broken screen and LCD and had it fixed here. It comes with a 90 day warranty so when my screen suddenly came off I brought it back with the receipt. The owner was there and I told him that exactly where I had a broken LCD, that piece came off like it was just glued. He said he will fix it with a discounted price for $60. I paid $75 for a screen repair so I told him why will I be charged again when no. 1 it is still under warranty and 2, my screen and LCD just came off like it wasn't actually replaced. The whole time we were talking, he also connected my phone to his computer which is very suspicious because I purposely turned off my phone so I told him nothing else is wrong with it but the screen. When I was showing him where I had a broken piece of LCD before, he started telling me that what I was saying sounds like a joke and that how do I prove that I am telling him the truth. He was a total jerk so I left while he continued to be a jerk who does not know how to value their customer. The worst customer service ever! Beware of this place. Save your time and money, there are so many places that could repair your screen who know how to treat their customers well. read more

I usually go to another repair place but this place was cheaper so I gave it a shot. A week after having the phone fixed I barely dropped it and the glass protector that I bought broke as well as the screen underneath. Please do not go here. I went here to get my motherboard fixed a while back and they had my phone for a month and half even though they said it would only take two weeks. Not only that, but when i received my phone back it stopped working the night I got it back so I had to take it in AGAIN. This time, they lost my sim card ????????????
