Like TOO responsive. She got back to me within mins on a Sunday night and quoted me a reasonable price to strip and refinish my tub. Leo came through and did the work and it looks good to go by the next day. Just note, the odor from the glaze is really strong and you can't be around when the process is done and for 4-5 hours after while it sets. I am quite handy at fixing household repairs on my own and purchased a variety of epoxy materials too. Given the size of the crack, I decided to inquire around. Most of the folks suggested replacing the entire countertop. That was not an option for us as it was going to cost thousands of dollars. Anna responded quickly to my Yelp message and she answered all my questions patiently. On the appointment day, she showed up on time and got to work right away.
