This place is known for coffee, so of course, I got a chai latte... iced. And a pizza danish. It is in the Farm Fresh RI building. Street or lot parking is super easy and free. BUT! Walking is far superior thanks to the adjacent Greenway and one-way street. The cafe itself is medium-sized with seating for about 15-20 and 5-6 tables and 6 or so bar top seats. It was also a sunny-lit space. Several people were minding their businesses on their respective laptops. Seating can also be found outside or inside the building, so you don't need to worry about not finding a seat unless there's a crowded event happening. The danish was fine, it was cold, maybe a bit sour-ish. It cost $5.50. My chai latte was $6+$1 ($7 total) because I replaced the whole milk with oat milk costing that extra dollar. I maybe should have ordered it hot since that's how I prefer my chai, but it was over 90F outside so who can blame me. Service was fine! They just call out your order and you get up to get it. I came here as part of the April Providence coffee crawls. This was my second time coming to this building, with my first being the night before for an event. I parked in the lot where the GPS leads to and entered through the main entrance. We walked through the halls until we started to smell the coffee, indicating to us that we were close. We arrived, and of course, it was the last business. We realized it would've been a lot wiser to park on the street by ISCO the distillery and walk in directly through their entrance. I liked the ambiance; it was very calm with the dim lights and soft tunes (loved their playlist). I also noticed they have different plants all around which caught my attention. I decided to get iced chai latte, and my mom went for the matcha. We took our drinks to a table. They have about 8 tables inside the space as well as a couple tables out in the hallway where there is better lighting and maybe more loud conversation or collaboration friendly. I loved the chai latte. It was very creamy with a cinnamon flavor to start but ended with the taste of cardamom. My mom also enjoyed her matcha but she wished it were hot instead of warm. This was my last stop on the coffee crawl! The coffee is always good and the staff are always kind! It's a really cool spot too, and very clean. I don't get to their physical location as much as I should, especially in the summer when I can catch them on the local farmers market. Very happy I was able to swing by! read more

I was very impressed with New Harvest coffee. This will now be in my coffee shop rotation. I ordered an iced caramel latte and it was made perfectly and was under $6! They also had chocolate babka which made for an enjoyable visit. The service was friendly and fast. The shop is inside of farm fresh but you can access the shop from outside. There's parking and an ample amount of seating inside and outside the shop. read more

Coffee was delicious & priced well, this was their smaller size so well worth it. They have some seasonal drinks and also a spirits menu which would be fun to enjoy after hours. Live music & plenty of outdoor seating. Baristas were sweet and friendly! read more

In celebration of my birthday, New Harvest Coffee gave me a birthday treat of $5 off my next purchase through toast. I had 1 month to redeem my birthday treat in-store or online. I always like to see what seasonal drinks are available and I saw Peaflower Palmer was listed. I immediately knew I wanted this drink since it is a play off one of my favorite drinks Arnold Palmer (a drink made with half tea and half lemonade.) The large Peaflower Palmer ($6.50) was refreshing and really quenched my thirst on a hot day. In addition, the drink is a beautiful color. I also purchased a bag of Organic Café Marika Bold Blend ($18.00) for a friend. It has a toasty aroma of a dark roast with mellow tones of creamy chocolate; a well-balanced blend. This spot has some great coffee. Their syrups are exceptional too. I remember having a blackberry one several summers ago, and I couldn't stop thinking about how good it was. They also make cocktails! I haven't had one yet but they always sound amazing. This shop has adequate outdoor seating, but also has beautiful outdoor tables in the summer. It's really nice. I have always been taken care of while here. The staff is helpful and personable. read more

We absolutely love New Harvest Coffee. We usually buy the coffee beans, then grind it at home and use a chemex to make a freshly brewed container of coffee. One cup of coffee beans generally make about 4 large cups of coffee with about 1 liter of water. Our favorite coffee bean is the Marika, which is described as a toasty aroma of a dark roast with mellow tones of creamy chocolate. A well-balanced blend. We will come here on the weekends after our farmers market to get some coffee and sometimes a scone or another past selection. You need to try the Iced Pistachio Latte, soo gooood. This spot gets pretty busy on the weekend, but it's all good vibes. There are several tables to sit and enjoy the drinks. They also have live music on occasion. A cute coffee shop, tucked away at the back of this plaza. Honestly I'm not even sure what you'd call it. I parked on the opposite side of the coffee shop, but it was easy enough to find. I do appreciate how much they appreciate where their coffee comes from and how they roast it all themselves. I got their seasonal cold brew, it was good, but I like a little more flavor/spice to it. Always enjoy coming to this coffee shop on the weekends. Their food and coffee is amazing and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I love visiting New Harvest Coffee after checking out the farmer's market in the Farm Fresh RI building. They have a great selection of coffee and tea. There is a shop where you can buy bags of beans to take home and brew yourself. They also sell select coffee brewing equipment and merch. They also have a small selection of very good pastry including slices of babka from NAVAD, formerly BUNS Bakery. There truly is something for everyone. If you aren't a coffee drinker, they have options for hot or iced tea. I also got a blackberry lemonade today that was really delicious! The staff are always friendly and patient, even with the line in the store running through the halls of the Farm Fresh building. They are a great business and deserve all the great Yelp reviews! read more

Cute little coffee shop in the same building as Farm Fresh RI. They have an entrance from the building as well as an outside entrance facing Sims Ave. The inside area is not too big, maybe 10 table and some stools by the counter. The patio area is a bit larger, with nice benches and sun umbrellas. My husband got an iced coffee and it was well priced and delicious. The staff was very busy when we were there, so be patient when you visit at peak times. The store offers classes for people wanting to learn more about coffee and its preparation and they sell wholesale as well as retail. read more

New Harvest can be quite popular on the weekends but on a calm afternoon it is a great place to enjoy a refreshing buzz ( whether it be alcohol or caffeine ;P ) under the shade of an umbrella surrounded by flowers. The coffee is always delectable - the iced coffee has a hint of cherry notes which I liked having black and today I decided to pick up my own blend to enjoy later at home. Service is always very helpful and quick! The staff here also often make great recommendations. Would highly recommend stopping in if in the area especially after busy hours because that is when you can really enjoy this place! read more

My husband's coffee was good no issues there. Unfortunately mine tasted a little burnt. It just messed up my entire experience. Such a cute spot, went here for the first time, and got an iced coffee and blueberry scone. The coffee was so so good, sometimes it can be difficult to find iced coffee that's strong, and this was strong, and had great flavor! And the scone was honestly the best scone I've ever had. Nice and moist and delicious, full of flavor with great icing on top. The workers were very polite and the shop has indoor and outdoor seating. Already a favorite of mine (also featured at Latte Love), I really like their new location! They do coffee right and have a bit of fun with it too. I got a cup of iced coffee and added milk and syrup. Simply so good. This location is just so sweet. There's the farmers market on the weekend and the WiFi is strong enough that you can grab a picnic table outside and get to work. I stumbled upon Providence's Go Club. One of my favorite spots to visit this year over the weekends. The space is beautiful inside and there's a variety of indoor and outdoor seating (with outlets available in both). They serve several types of pastries along with your standard menu of coffee. Wifi is not always consistent. There have been multiple visits where it was spotty and I had to a neighboring business's wifi or it just cut out altogether. read more

One of my favorite hidden gems in providence- new harvest is a coffee shop/bar that both functions as a quiet spot to grab a cup of coffee and is open late for cocktails, with a space next door for both professional and novice barista courses. The roastery directly sources their coffee and offers a good selection of beans for your home brew. Seriously one of the best lattes I've ever had. Their cocktail menu is seasonal with a selection of hot and cold drinks, with everything being reasonably priced at around the 10-12 dollar range. They have a number of coffee based cocktails which are quite unique. The atmosphere is casual and quiet so you don't have to yell over loud music, which is always a plus for date nights. read more

I still love their beans and buy them regularly to make stellar coffee at home. But their brewed coffee at the shop has gone downhill. In the past few months I've gotten hot coffee, iced coffee, lattes, etc and it just isn't hitting the mark. It tastes one-dimensional and mediocre. Their iced coffee is made with their snap-chill formula that is flat tasting and doesn't have any bright or fragrant notes found in a good brew. Their lattes aren't strong enough. It's very puzzling because I make GREAT coffee at home (I'm not even a trained barista) with their beans that I love. But what I'm getting at the cafe just isn't doing it for me these days. Well, this place is just delightful. This location is essentially within the farmer's market, so initially we would just go there on market days. Now we find ourselves driving in for morning coffee during the week. One of a handful of "enthusiast" coffee spots in PVD. They roast beans (which are really good), they carry pastries from Buns (which is off the charts) and, frankly, they have good vibes. This location also does classes for pros and semi-pros (read: people like me who might spend $200+ on manual coffee grinders at some point in their lives). Cool spot, good coffee. Cute cafe tucked next to Farm Fresh. We stopped by in the afternoon for coffee and ended up having two delicious cocktails on their outdoor seating. There is limited indoor and outdoor seating, but if you come on a weekday afternoon, you should be able to grab a seat. The pastries and beverages are delicious. read more

The NW corner of Providence has been lacking good coffee options for years. The addition of New Harvest on Sims Ave is a game-changer! This new location combines the cafe and roastery. The shop features a modern, clean aesthetic but suffers from highly inefficient operations. The layout makes it unclear where the ordering line actually begins, and the printed menus do not match the menus displayed on the wall. This forced a rushed ordering process, leading me to order a standard Strawberry Matcha. While the drink's presentation was pretty, the flavor was only average and did not justify the steep, overpriced cost--especially for an establishment located in a prominent college area. Color was on point but flavor was very milky and slightly tart. I don't say this often, but it needed sugar. Service was interesting. Drinks are served filled to the brim without lids. You retrieve the lids yourself in a separate counter area. This design flaw was highlighted when a nearby couple spilled their entire order onto the floor simply while walking over to get a cap. Rather than stepping in immediately to help clean up the mess and offer new drinks, the staff stood and stared at this couple for longer than they should have before offering assistance. Also, I would've liked a teddy bear too but didn't see it on the menu so I didn't order it. My guess is it's a labor intensive mix, with the drizzle of syrup, coconut milk, cinnamon that would slow things down now that the brand has exploded from its serious TikTok game. I was unable to finish drinking that. The friends we met up with mentioned they are surprised how many tables were open on a Saturday. In the past there was 'always a line' of people ordering and waiting for a table. During our visit there were several empty tables. The pastry were very tasty though, so that was nice. They do have a nice selection of pastry available and we might try some more of those offerings another time. The ambiance is very cute. Bus your own tables. On street parking.

In addition to the market, there is also a counter where you can order hot foods to eat there or take to go. There is a nice seating area with chairs & tables, and there is also a counter with chairs next to the window. We'll be back earlier in the day next time to see the full selection of sushi.

This coffee shop is located inside Still on Main, which appears to be one big two story building…read morewith multiple businesses inside. Conveniently, there is a 2 hour free parking garage to the right of the building which is where we parked, but there is also street parking. Downtown Pawtucket is sadly almost abandoned, but businesses like these give me hope that it can make a comeback. When we walked in, we saw signs pointing downstairs for Dissent, which helped us a lot to locate it. The actual store is small, with only 1-2 chairs in the corner and some high chairs along the counter, but there are also about 4-5 tables and chairs in the common area. The menu is perfect not too long, but lots of appealing and unique options with cool names. I ordered the pistachio 2.0 latte which has espresso, peruvian cacao + maple syrup, and pistachio milk. My mom ordered the masala chai. Both were ready in about 10 minutes. Like most coffee shops, they make the coffee right in front of you, which instills a lot of confidence. The pistachio latte had a very nice color and was very rich, creamy, slightly nutty, with a hint of mocha flavor which might've been the coffee. It reminded me of a liquid form of dubai chocolate but not nearly as sweet. The masal chai was also creamy and you could taste the spices. It's a very nice place to study, read, or hang out with friends.

I walked over for the first time - this coffee shop is on the lower floor of the Still on Main mall-like building, and you have to go down a flight of stairs to access it. I'm not sure if there is an easier, more handicap accessible way to get there. The Still on Main building seems partially under construction and has a musty smell to it - if you're a big antiquer, it might feel homey, but is a little offputting. Anyways, onto the actual Dissent review! I was delighted by the long list of caffeinated drink options as well as specials on the bar. I ordered the honey lavender latte drink - the name escapes me and I lost the menu photo, but I know it was very cute - which could be ordered either as a matcha latte or espresso latte. My co-worker got the matcha version and was absolutely in love with it! I ordered it as an espresso latte, and it came with bright blue foam on top. This didn't seem to match any of the ingredients on the menu, so I was a bit thrown off, even though it was fun (and changed the color of my tongue a la middle school fruit snacks, lol). I'm usually a big lavender flavor fan, but something about this leaned a little....soapy? to me? The recipes and barista seemed very authentic and educated in all things coffee, so I'll definitely be back, but was just a bit bummed that my first drink here wasn't my favorite thing ever. I'm not sure what it was, but the flavor was just a bit too 'cleaning supplies' esque for me. There are tables in the hallway to chill at if you need a nice spot nearby to hang out and sip on your beverage, or there are some chairs in the corner of the coffee shop and a couple bar stools. It's a small shop but seems to have some solid regulars and a dedicated barista. They have lots of milk alternative options, which is appreciated, and when I went in a group of 3, our drinks were made one by one with care, so allow some extra time to soak in the vibes if you go at a busy time or in a group. I'm really happy to have this option nearby and can't wait to try their summer specials (the strawberry drink comes to mind, although on the day I visited they were offering a watermelon one instead!)

We ordered an oolong tea and a chocolate donut--the donut was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The tea was good, though not quite my husband's taste. Service was friendly and attentive, and the space itself is great--you can enter from the street on the side of the museum (up the hill) or walk directly into the museum from the café. Overall, a very enjoyable stop and worth checking out if you're nearby.

I was influenced by TikTok to come and try the dulce de leche latte…read more I happen to have a soft spot for Latin cafes, I find coffee that comes from countries that have a coffee culture to be better than most. Saints Cafe has been on my radar for some time, but after seeing three TikToks over the past two days about this dolce de leche latte I felt like the universe was telling me it was time to come by. And the universe continued to reward me as my drive here had basically no traffic at 8:00 in the morning. A rare moment to be found in a Rhode Island commute lol The aesthetics of this place are beautiful. Clean lines, open space, tons of light, and homages to the Dominicans who cultivate the coffee we're drinking today. The service was wonderful. The gentleman who took care of me was soft-spoken and kind, making small talk as I mentioned my excitement about trying their coffee. Before long, I had my latte. In a word? Divine. The espresso is rich and smooth, the deep caramel notes of dulce de leche playing beautifully with it. They use "the good ice" (iykyk) and the latte isn't overly sweet. You can still taste the coffee, which is what I prefer. This place is still relatively new in the city, and the south side is often overlooked as a spot you can find quality options. So for them to open here? I have extra appreciation for that. They also offer free off street parking which gives them TWO gold stars from me I will be back to try other selections, do yourself a favor and see for yourself!

Cute cafe, clean and welcoming, friendly staff, free wi-fi and great AC. Tamp was everything we were looking for and the coffee was incredible. Thanks so much for being part of our 4th of July!
