This dental place new image came highly recommended by my sister. I am a guy that do not like mouth pain. Unfortunately, I went there a couple of weeks ago to get a cavity filled in the front of my mouth unfortunately, after the work was done and the numbing wore off the cavity was half field. Updating!!!!!!!! I went back y'all as you can see from the comments she acted as if she was going to help but instead F'd me up again!!!! They started this procedure which was a chip tooth being replaced and removed! They stated Delta dental wasn't paying for everything so I had to also get Care Credit!! ‍They removed it then put a temporary in and kept telling me come back because I wasn't healed then kept telling me the permanent wasn't there yet! Lol This was heading into 6 months yall Then while in the chair being numb she stated she wanted to do something else and had the finance lady come in for me to sign paperwork. In pain and uncomfortable wanting things to be over with I'm thinking I'm signing for them to use my insurance again but nooooooo they're trying to have me owe more money! ‍Typical! So I came back with my husband and again to receive the permanent and again she sent that financial aid in and I explained to her no I don't want nothing else and you came in here the last time after she started working before trying to have me sign and no I don't want it .....just complete this one tooth please! The lady got mad and said well why did you sign the first time lmaooo no why are you mad ‍ So i said because I was forced while in the chair with my mouth opened waiting for the numbness to work lol you walked up to me in the chair Maam I was unaware and you wasn't clear! I believe that's why they waited until I was in that position! Then my husband joined in and said can we just complete this! The dentist came in again said the permanent wasn't there and had another dental assistant put in a temporary!‍‍ So now I went to another dentist who explained to me to call Delta and tell them it was never completed! Yall I did they did appeal and while waiting I paid only $2000 at another dentist for it to be completed plus the permanent was at their office within the 3 weeks So now Delta Dental is on New image to show completion and they can't because they never put in a permanent!!!! First and foremost, fastest service with a very bright and friendly staff immediately when you walk through the door. I have been here twice so far, and it has been both a very pleasant experience. The doctors are very attentive to care and made sure I was okay before proceeding with anything. I've been a loyal customer of this office for years and always had positive experiences, but my recent visit completely changed how I feel about this place. The woman at the front desk, Bernadette, was disgustingly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, her tone was dismissive and hostile. When I asked a simple question about my appointment, she responded with attitude, rolled her eyes, and raised her voice in front of other people in the office. It was embarrassing and honestly upsetting. There was no reason for her to speak to me that way. I tried to stay calm and polite, but she kept cutting me off and talking over me. It reached a point where I felt uncomfortable even being there. And left This is not the kind of behavior that represents a professional business, especially one I used to trust. I'm filing a formal complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs because this kind of treatment toward customers is completely unacceptable. I was terrified of the dentist because my past experiences from childhood to adulthood have been traumatic! I saw the sign "We Cater to Cowards" and figured I would try them out and I'm so glad I did! It's been 10 years now and the staff feels like family. They are so fun and welcoming I just love coming here! I've told anyone that would listen about them! I can't say enough good things about this place. I have a dentist phobia and told them that when I first went. Dr. Adams is SO SWEET and patient and kind and helped me through my anxiety. I think I've been going there about 7 or 8 years, and I've cried so many times due to my anxiety. The assistants and office staff are all so sweet and patient as well, and never seem to get flustered or irritated by all my questions, nervousness, or tears. Everyone there is always kind and understanding. I've lately had Dr. Caraballo, and he's amazing. I had to get a root canal last week and I was terrified. He prescribed me one anti-anxiety tablet to take the night before and one for the morning of the procedure and it was so helpful. We were greeted with warm welcomes and very cheerful staff. I can honestly say this was one of the best cleanings I've had by a dentist - legitimately pain free. Very up to date dentist machines. Taking photos and X-rays and describing in detail what work was needed. I had some silver fillings that needed replacing and they showed me exactly why even tho they were currently pain free too. A coworker referred me thanks C. N great guy. My appointment was at 11am and when I tell you they didn't have me there all day waiting 1st off. The reminder texts about the appointment much needed and appreciated the paperwork form filled out day before through text so I didn't have to be sitting there frustrated with anxiety and waiting longer just to fill out paperwork. Wendy took my X-rays great job my gums wasn't cut up afterwards.
