Horrible experience I took the day off work and waited over a week for my appointment. They called me the day of my appointment after I took the day off unpaid to let me know that they accidentally over booked and that they need to cancel my appointment. I explained to them that my gums are swollen and I really needed to see the dentist today. They did not care. Arlene was extremely rude and lacked consideration and empathy for others. Jackie tried her best to keep my appointment but then Arlene picked up the phone with a horrible attitude. I would not waste my time at this dental office. This place used to be great. This year has been terrible service all around. The wait from signing in to being called back is long (typically 30min to an hour). And then of course more waiting after that. Some of the staff is still pleasant but many are dismissive and rude. They do things like place extra charges on you after they've already agreed to a different price and forget that you have an appointment and ignore you in the waiting room. Overall I would not recommend this place. It feels like a cash grab, where the employees lack social skills and understanding of logistics. Just constant mistakes, extra charges, and ridiculousness. The service was really horrible! I got my deep cleaning there and the dental hygienist a guy when he numbed my gums I felt pain usually I feel a pinch but that time I felt alot of pain and ever since I was left with a bump which is always bothering me and if I touch ever touch it, it hurts. On top of that they shame you. They make you feel uncomfortable with their comments. One dentists said I needed a crown for a tooth discomfort and when I was paying I still brought it up to their attention and he said "I'm trying to help her and she's worried about the discomfort" I never went back took my money to another dentist which did help me with the discomfort that I had. 1) A David (a sous or assistant dentist, I reckon) was extremely professional and welcoming at the same time. Friendly with no attitude, he just kept the ball rolling. That's the kind of customer service I like and that's what we like. I requested for his name especially to drop this review. 2)As for the front desk personnel, out of the 2 women I met (those in the early morning shift when I signed in at 9 am on 08/20/24), one was welcoming with mannerisms and the other needed a microphone (and that's in reference to how she kept on letting the world know that I ain't got insurance by asking the same question of whether I have insurance, after I already told her I ain't got one). The latter felt extremely xenophobic, based on her actions, and that truly pissed me off. And it's funny, cause the lady was the manager. We then locked horns again when it was time to get the analysis on my teeth. I informed said person that I didn't want to talk to her and yet she insisted that because she's the manager, that I had no choice. Nope, I wasn't buying that, and had to argue with the xenophobe again just for her to get out my face. What an irritating experience. 3) In summary, clean establishment, with some cool signage, strange however that I couldn't locate a trash bin anywhere in the front desk or lobby. I wish I could give no stars I'll give the 1 star to the overworked underpaid technician who did my Xray's he was the only professional employee at this place. I have been in so much pain for months and this place offers same day appointments you will be in the waiting room for at least 2 hours with a appointment or not I was the only one in waiting room these employees just sit around talking. I need 2 route canals the office told me my insurance doesn't cover it so I purchased more insurance and had to wait longer for that to become effective then they told me it takes no sooner than 6 weeks to get authorization so I asked them to send request to get the ball rolling I asked 3 times I felt like the employee did not do it so I called the office and obviously I got her again and she lied and said she sent it and even gave me a date as to when it was sent well the week before my appointment I called to ask if I was approved yet I was told to call back the day before my appointment so I called the insurance they told me nothing was submitted it would only have taken 10 business days not 6 weeks and I am covered for route canal so I called and spoke with the manager Laura a few times she said billing would be in in a hour 2 hours went by so I called back billing still wasn't there so I called back again and finally got Veronica who confirmed nothing was sent and Laura the MANAGER didn't even care enough to deliver the message of my concerns I found a great dental office who is doing all my dental work for me in 10 days after this place played with me for months have me going through unnecessary pain and paid $1054.00 for additional insurance that I don't need all I asked them to do was send my referral to the new dental office ( this is my right ) they never sent it claimed to be busy and under staffed which is not my concern or problem this place is horrible do not do business with them and the male Dr. Is very Flirty this place is very unprofessional 1 of the staff members hung up in my face read more

So I went to this dental office on Monday. I was given a packet to complete. As I am going through filling in the required information, I get to a page which is requiring me to sign confirming I was given some information. I peruse through the packet looking for the document, it was not in the packet. I go to the counter and inquire about the document. The response I received was "oh you want it?" Uh yea! You're requiring me to sign this. Read the information (which was quite enlightening as to the materials used). So I continue completing the packet and guess what? Yep another document requiring my signature which I did not get! So back to the desk I go. This time the staff member was not able to give me the document because her Supervisor was not in. WHAT?! I had my teeth deep cleaned by Dr Arias, he made me feel comfortable & at ease. He talked me through the entire procedure, Dr Arias explained everything he was doing as he was going along & he also let me know how my mouth should feel as he was giving me different injections & etc. For the 1st ever I wasn't scared @ the dentist.
