Very friendly staff. My experience from getting x-rays to deep cleaning was the best and painless.

I have been a patient of Dr. Forge since middle school. She never disappoints. I moved away few years ago and the dentists in my area were disappointing. One was even insistent I needed a very costly root canal. Overall I wasn't impressed and went back to Dr. Forge last week. She saw no need for a root canal, just a replacement filling and that's all! This woman has saved my teeth from being a tragedy for years and I trust her judgement whole heartedly. read more

Dr. Forge and her team of specialists is the all around best group of dental professionals I've ever encountered. In addition to be superb professionals, they are knowledgeable, warm, caring, and empathetic for those who are dental phobics. They have state-of-the-art equipment, and are stick to their schedule. If you have a 9:00 am appointment, you'll be in the dental chair soon after you arrive. I've referred a number of family members, friends, and colleagues (some phobics) to this practice. My family and I have been supporting them for over 20 years and we will continue to do so. If I had to change one thing about this practice, it would be that you have to ring the buzzer on the right side of the building and the door is on the left side with a metal separator. In essence, you ring on the right... then have to go around the metal post to open the door when you're buzzed in. It's kind of a weird inconvenience...but other than that, this place is perfect. read more

It has been a few years since my fist visit and I have to say I am very happy with my Dentist and the office staff. Everyone is friendly and professional, to me that alone means so much. My inner child wants to bolt for the door when I hear my name called but if i want to keep my teeth in my old age, I will see my dentist regularly. (Im sure she has had younger patients who are not as scared as me.) After each procedure I gladly schedule my next visit. See you in a few weeks! read more

I found Overhill on Yelp. I called to make sure they took my insurance so they took my info to check. They called me back to say that my insurance would cover 100% of the exam and cleaning so I made an appointment. The experience was good, wait wasn't unreasonably long but not quick either (20-30 minutes) and Dr. Forge and her staff were very friendly and competent. 2 months later I got a bill from them because my insurance didn't pay the full 100%. I called Overhill and they said that while they accepted my insurance provider they were not on the PPO plan (annoyingly complicated stuff) so didn't get fully reimbursed and so I was responsible. When I reminded them that I had asked before hand that they'd told me I was 100% covered they realized that a mistake had been made and rescinded the charge. The woman I spoke to was very courteous the whole time and they weren't under any obligation to eat the charge, they could have been jerks and stuck me with the bill like a lot of other companies will do, but that didn't happen here. I would definitely go back if my PPO was fully accepted. read more

My minor granddaughter begin going to Dr.Forge at Overhill Dental in 2017. She went for a cleaning and mentioned she had concerns with the spacing of her teeth. Dr. Forge suggested Clear Correct. My granddaughter was assured Clear Correct would help push her teeth together and eliminate the gap's. It's been 2 years and $3000 later with no visible signs of progress whatsoever! Her teeth have the same gaps as when she first started Dr. Forged suggested corrective process. I paid for this waisted process & I called the dental office twice to no avail. My granddaughter has also called requesting some type of refund for being a misdiagnosis. We've had two separate consultations from reputable orthodontist... both stated they would have never recommended Clear Correct for her corrective dental needs. Both recommended traditional braces as the solution. Of course Dr. Forge is not willing to provide compensation for the waisted time and money spent. Dr. Joni Forge is GREAT!!!! You must schedule an appointment-Seriously!! I was refereed to this office by a friend and I am so glad I followed through. Dr.Forge's staff was so welcoming and helpful. Everyone explained to me the process that was expected to take place with my appointment and everything. As a first time patient of Dr. Forge's office I greatly appreciated the new patient interview, which was helpful for her and myself. I can see she really does take her time in addressing each patients needs and this interview proved that. I have never experience a service or office ambience as Overhill Dental. I DID NOT fell rushed, overlooked or like a walking checkbook. read more

Very horrible service. I went to get a clear correct treatment, they are clear aligners opposed to getting traditional braces. The process took extremely too long and I have yet to see results halfway through my treatment plan. Several other dentist have now told me they would have never recommended clear aligners for my teeth and that traditional braces are the best option for me. Dentist did not offer any type of refund for the service that DID NOT WORK. Very dismissive. Would not recommend. read more

The worst dentist I've been to. Extremely heavy handed when doing a cleaning causing my gums to be very sore. Dr. Forge did a filling and now I'm having complications and issues I've never had before. What dentist can't do simple filling? When I brought it to her attention she was very dismissive and offered a root canal. No thanks, I will not have any other services done here. read more

I went to a local dentist who said I needed 3 crowns. Dr. Forge assessed my teeth and performed much less aggressive procedures which did not compromise the integrity of my teeth and which have been very effective. She is an excellent technician with a competent, professional and warm staff. I used to be so anxious, nervous and afraid of the dentist, but I have none of these feelings in Dr. Forge's office! read more

Anyone who knows me is shocked to find out how delighted I am with my dentist and her staff (the mere word dentist has always sent me into a panic attack). Overhill Dental is an experience that incorporates both dental health along with the educational aspects that makes each procedure necessary. This office is not handicap accessible. Access to the office is difficult. I need to find an office that is more suitable to making accommodations for handicap patiences. Also, there is no handicap parking for patients. read more

I started seeing Dr. Forge about 5 years ago, I guess. I wanted to wait to make sure the service remained constant, and it has. First, I am so happy that I found a dentist whose office staff is both helpful, plesant and knowledgeable. My last dentist's office staff was pushy and cold. Dr Forge's patient to doctor interaction skills are excellent. I feel my dental needs are well taken care of. You feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you walk into the office until the time you walk out the door. I don't know of anything more one could expect from a dental visit. Proximity to where I live (Windsor Hills) is also a plus! read more
