This place is simply amazing! The staff is super friendly, professional, and very helpful when I needed advice on what to do because it was my first time. I am so happy with my results! I got my lips done and Botox in my forehead. My lips look absolutely amazing! They look very natural which is the look that I was going for. My lips have always had a great shape but just adding extra plump makes a huge difference and it's not obvious I had them done. As for the Botox I love that too! My whole life I've always had wild facial expressions and my forehead started to show it! The Botox definitely helped me control my forehead movement and made my skin beautiful and smooth! I love my results! This was my first time getting lip filler, I received one CC of Restylane Kysse. Noralyne was so informative and suggested a few options that would work best for the lips. I healed very well and fairly quick. I had slight bruising for about 3 days and chapped lips for about 5 days. Without a week, my lips seemed to be fully healed. I did have two areas that had a hard ball/bump but those went down within about 2 weeks. I received the filler in October of 2021 and they say that it last about 3 months. I do think that the filler is still visible even after 5 months, especially in the mornings for some reason. Overall, such a great experience and I love my results! read more

I was treated so abhorrently at this place. The appointment took an hour for botox (30+ minutes in the patient room, 20 mins in the waiting area) and Noralyn rammed the needle so aggressively and painfully to my face, I had bruising. In the 8 years I've received botox, I've never had that feeling/experience, it was obvious it was intentional. I had my baby and mom waiting for me in the car and I had to ask twice where she was because i was worried about them. I asked if I should reschedule after having to ask again where Noralyn was. Finally, she came in PISSED. And I hate to say this but I don't believe I actually received what I paid for (46 units I think). My face had a lot of movement as if had received half the amount of units. I went to another medspa recently and I can safely say now I did not imagine this. It was not painful at all and I received less units then at New Image and my results are waaaaay better and it took the normal 30 minutes to be in and out. Anyways, I just want them to know, that people have lives outside of your life, don't be so quick to anger. Normally I don't mind delays and keep quiet, but that day I had two very important people waiting for me in the car for a long time I was worried. I did not deserve to be treated that way. read more

Andrea and Sarah greeted me right away and were so sweet and welcoming. I had scheduled a Dermal Infusion with Sarah and it was the most relaxing thorough facial ever! Sarah is seriously the sweetest and made me feel so comfortable. She addressed all of my skin care concerns, left my face absolutely glowing and I even purchased a new Obagi Medical Hydrate Facial Moisturizer that she recommended that I cannot wait to try. This is the best Med Spa I have ever been to. I have been going for two years and I am always happy when I leave. I use Leanna for my micro needling! She is amazing! She takes her time and explains everything and is always checking to make sure you are ok during the procedure. Not only does she take good care of me, she also keeps me busy. She tells me stories and is just a lovely person to be around. Leanna is so well educated and actually teaches other nurses. You are in good hands when it comes to medical procedures. Went to get laser hair removal with a groupon today somewhere else... and I'm sticking with Leanna from now on. Obviously did it to try and save money since I can get 3-4 sessions for the price of 1 but you get what you pay for. This other place didn't even have coolant on the laser machine and then told me its bc corona has delayed everything. Hmmm yeah right, maybe you shouldn't be operating it then or maybe you just don't want waste coolant on someone who barely paid anything for a Groupon! Leanna makes sure to ice me, use coolant, and lower the setting if I am being a wuss. Next time she told me to come in earlier so she can apply numbing cream beforehand and she even shaves my parts as well! Talk about SERVICE! read more

Recently found this place and have gone in for two facials with Lupe. I have been dealing with some acne breakouts and needed a new estetician. I am so glad I found Lupe, after the first facial and using the products she recommended I saw a huge difference in my skin within the first week. She's so nice and professional that I don't want her to get too overbooked, but seriously, if you're struggling with acne do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Lupe. Leanna is always willing to answer any questions you have, whether it's about the actual treatment or another treatment you're interested in. The girls at the front are also super sweet. Make sure to subscribe to their emails as they have monthly specials. They also have an annual patient event which I highly, highly suggest attending. During this event, they offer snacks, refreshments, hourly raffles, and promotions for specific procedures or treatments.
