Fantastic full service company! Fair prices and they were the only ones who provided a written price quote and confirmation job order. The foreman Alfonzo arrived approximately 15 minutes early to confirm which trees and which stumps. The crew of 4 arrived ON THE DOT at 11:00 with all the heavy equipment. All were polite, in uniform and went straight to work. Big job completed in about 2 hours. Very clean and neat. They even stationed one crew member in our neighbor's yard throughout the job and made sure that was clean as well. I was in need of a tree service for my drone that got stuck in tree... The drone was stuck about 70 feet up. I search Google located several companies called a few. He gave me a quote and said they would be able to do it later in the week. Later the same day I called the company to schedule the date and spoke to the receptionist Jackie. She told me she would call me back with a confirmation date and never did. This happened 4 more times.. throughout 2 1/2 weeks. Every time I called, Jackie would say she needed to speak with Alfonso to confirm a date and would call me back. To this date I have yet to receive a phone call. They never called even after I made her aware no one has called me back the last three times I called and said they would. I ended up using a different company and they came out right away. For a business to completely disregard a customer like that is unacceptable. They obviously do not have any common courtesy. I have been using New Image Tree Care for the last 4 years because they do an outstanding job at a very reasonable price! A few years ago I started having Alphonso and his crew come out annually every January to trim, lace & shape 1 large tree (see picture), 1 medium tree, 2 Cypress trees, 3 small fruit trees and a 40 foot hedge and as a result, they are looking better and better. I think being consistent with the trimming, lacing and shaping is why my trees are looking so nice. What a great landscape company, I made a request thru yelp to get some estimates to install sod and trim my avocado tree. Alfonso called within an hour of my request made an appointment to come out and give an estimate. Alfonso came out right at scheduled time, which was a great sign now days you can't get somebody to come out at the right time or even show up at all. After receiving other estimates I called New Image Tree Care to schedule a time for them to do the job. Don't let the name fool you. New Image Tree Care has expertise in more than just trees. We are first time customers and we needed to have our crab grass ridden, dead lawn ripped out, a huge tree removed, another large one cut back and our back and front yard planters cleaned up. We were pretty overwhelmed and were pressed for time as well with the HOA breathing down our neck. I had a quote within a few hours of them stopping by. They promised us a 7am start time and their team was at my home and ready to work by 6:50am! I would have left this much earlier but I have just come across the receipt. Install 06/2010 Ref No. 0610-102. Terrible job. -Drainage is not adequate and placed improperly with respect to grading. Drain pipes were all perforated and subject to root invasion and subsequent clogs. -Sprinklers were installed with a hodge-podge of Sched. 40, ABS, and sprinkler pipe which have different thread sizes and have lead to numerous leaks over the years. -Garden border was installed too high in some spots, too low in others and with wood stakes that quickly corroded away. They did not use a dedicated in house crew but independent contractors that sub out as gardeners, tree removal contractors, etc. Basically the cheapest untrained labor possible. I know this because I saw the same people doing work for my neighbors but for different companies. If you do use them because of the low bid I recommend you project manage them yourselves and do not depend on the expertise of their own foreman, specifically Alfonso. Also plan the design of any drainage and sprinkler layout yourself, because mine was placed with no real functional planning. read more

I feel their price was very affordable and fair, with no hidden costs. The crew arrived on time and worked very quickly, they had the entire job done in about 6 hours which was impressive!
